Good people. Family like business. I bought a hard to find gas stove from them about a year ago.Today I bought a fancy washing machine, to be delivered shortly. They have both new and Refurbished appliances. I am glad I found these people. I like doing business with them.

We brought our cousin in to find a good deal on a washer and dryer set, Mike was an amazing help. He didn’t try to sell him something he didn’t need, was extremely helpful, and got us a great deal. He also made sure we had all the parts that it would need to work great and gave advice on how a HE set works versus the older set he had previously. We are so thankful that he was there, we had previously been to Home Depot and the guy there was trying to sell him a set that was double the price but didn’t have all the features that the set from Express had. Thank you so much for all of the help!

I woke up to water on my kitchen floor. The relay on the compressor for my refrigerator had gone out and the ice had melted leaving a mess. I was able to take the old relay into Express Appliance and they were able to provide me a new one for free! I have use Express Appliance over the years and they have been absolutely amazing!!! I contacted Express Appliance for a quote on a repair, even though I knew it was probably not going to be worth it. The gentleman who answered answered all my questions and at the end, pretty knew I was scammed by a local washer and dryer guy. I was better off getting a new washer.He also said he has new and cool washers, but for what how much I wash and how much I will use it he has a real good washer. Well, just did my first load and Im Soo damn happy with my whirlpool heavy duty. Delivery driver was awesome and courteous and spoke highly of your company, which is a good sign for me. Thanks guys!

Amazing price. I got what was easily a 1200 dollar washer for $500. You get a 3 month warranty which most places only give you 30 days, and then you get 9 months 30% off any repairs needed. If they don’t have what you are looking for on their floor, they have inventory in storage as well as access to inventory in Boise! *UPDATE*The store manager called and ended up coming out and looking at our washer again, he quickly realized that the problem may have been related to the hose positioning, he ran a quick cycle after adjusting the hose and everything sounded good. Will run laundry again this week and see if that fixed the problem but at least now I feel like I actually paid $90 for something. And hes going to call with the cost to fix the clip. Will call them again, they really do seem to care and want all of their customers happy and satisfied.My husband called these guys because our washer door clip got broken and it sometimes OEs during a wash cycle. This guy showed up, had my husband run a short load to see if it OEd and it didnt so he said it is probably the bearings and we can fix that for $400... Oh and we can fix the clip but it will cost more for us to do it. Then he charged us $90. FOR NOTHING. He literally did nothing and he charged me $90! Apparently everyone else had a much better experience than we did, wont ever use them again.

We purchased a fridge when we bought our home. The waterline wasn’t hooked up when it was delivered and they said they could come back once it was done. We weren’t home the first time they came back and after a few months things were taken care of through me calling several times. They are kind and trying to do a great job.

Express Appliances in Twin Falls, ID is the best! We just moved into the area and needed to buy a washer dryer for our rental. Their knowledge, expertise and customer service was beyond belief. This is a great place to get appliances for a very good price. They dont pressure you to buy anything and give you space to actually think about what you want. I would recommend looking here first before you buy new, it might just save you a lot of time and money.

Our dryer broke a couple of months ago. We called and ask if they could fix them. The guy came the next day and take a look at the dryer. After checking on it and saw what’s the problem he gave us a quote how much it will cost, Well, we told them we bought the dryer from them 2 moths before it broke. After that he said he’ll call but he never did we waited a couple of days but never heard from him. So we ended up buying a new dryer. Is it because he didn’t find out the first time that we bought the dryer from them or they just have a really good costumer service. 😉

Purchased a slightly damaged, but new Samsung refrigerator for a great price in August 2018. The refrigerator was missing the top freezer drawer, which the salesmen mentioned. We asked if they would get this part for us and they said yes, we will include this for free in your purchase. When we went to pick up the fridge they still did not have the drawer for us, but claimed they would call us when it was in. At this point we were still happy with Express appliance and would have left a 4- 5 star review because we have also purchased a few other appliances here and have been very please with them. We waited a month and heard nothing, so we called and inquired. The person who sold us the fridge answered and was extremely rude to my wife. He yelled, we will call you when its in do not call us about it again. That phone call occurred in September 2018, it is now February 2019 and we have heard nothing. Very disappointed in their customer service.

The staff were phenomenal in providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service. We came in looking for a fridge and the staff showed us what would fit our space. The price was just right and the staff were very willing to deliver even with our schedule. I would recommend anyone who is looking for appliances at a reasonable cost to this store.
