I called them so they could make an appointment for me to stop by and they said they would put me on the schedule for the next week, then i called and they said they have me scheduled for 2 weeks!!!!! When those two weeks came no one showed up, apparently they mixed up my phone number and I have to wait another week and they said they would put me on for the next Tuesday. After the week past I called off from work just to stay home so there would be someone at my house, just to find out they didn’t put me on the schedule AGAIN!!! I’ve been waiting to fix my dryer for over a month now! I do not recommend this place they mix up numbers and lie.

Our washer and dryer has been broken for over a month. The first time they came out they just looked at it. A week later they came back but had ordered the wrong part. They were supposed to come back today and fix it, but they were running late on their other appointments and now it will be another week before it is fixed. Unreal.

They have great service and I will use them again.

Pro Tech is great! We have used them for years. They are very professional from start to finish. They work around your schedule and call you the morning of your appointment to confirm. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and never try to upsell you. They explain in detail what is or is not happening to your appliance and advise you, not harass you. I’ve had them work on numerous appliances and never had any complaints. Gerald Rood was our service tech today troubleshooting our washer. He explained in detail what he thought was the issue saving us from purchasing a new valve. I would and have recommended Pro Tech to anyone.

My dryer went out and it was under warranty through speed queen. I called and made an appointment to have my dryer fixed. Gerald Rood came out, took it apart and said it my thermostat and might be good to replace the vent which was to small for the dryer. About 5 days later, gerald came back out and fixed it quickly and he was very friendly and professional. You have a customer for life...thank you

I ordered a Dishwasher from Lowes in Twin Falls with installation. Apparently Pro-tech does their installations. When I placed the order I was assured I would hear from the installer with in 24 hours and 48 at the max. 78 hours later (not including the intervening weekend) I heard. They would come 8 days later. OK. On the morning of the installation I heard from the tech that he would arrive between 1 and 2 PM. At 2:15 I had a voicemail that he had to reshuffle his schedule and would be at my home between 3 and 3:30. I called at 2:45, it was clear he wasnt going to make it that day but he would be back in week and could do the installation then. I called their office and talked to Chris, apparently a supervisor, and explained the circumstances. I dont think he cared. If they dont, neither do I. I canceled the order and the installation.

My dryer was not working I called pro tech first it took them two weeks to get me a appt. so finally they send a guy out he was very rude now this was just toLook and see what’s wrong so when he took my dryer apart he was beating on it. So he told me he had toOrder parts first I don’t understand why they don’t already have certain parts stocked. So finally weeks later my parts came in they sent the same older guy back that was rude before. When he put my dryer back together now my set I keep in excellent conditioner this guy was beating on my dryer I thought but I happens he was beating on washer and dryer and put dents in both no dents before. I called pro-tech sent pictures of the dented set and the owner would and has never called me back! I would not use this company for nothing ever again soI’m left with a dented fairly new set and the manager would not even call me or come see

Iv been using Protech for years. They have always done an excellent job for me. Ive dealt with a couple different techs and they have all been great. They are always helpful when I call in with questions about my appliances. They have an awesome supply of parts and if they dont have what I need they usually get it for me within a couple of days. I would highly recommend them.

Pro tech fixed a problem with our Electrolux Washer. Jake, the technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issue and then ordered the parts necessary. He returned and installed the part very quickly. I would highly recommend this firm. So does Lowe’s.

Called to schedule an appointment for a broken fridge. The people are friendly, but their timeliness is terrible. I was told they would call between 8:30 and 9:30 the day of the repair and give me a time. That time came and went, but he did call after that. I was told he would be out between 1-2 and I asked if they could call me to meet them. They said no problem and would call me 15 minutes before coming out. That time has come and gone also as it is now 2:40. I called and told them never mind. If my time is not worth anything, they dont deserve my money.

We had a double problem with our ice maker. Pro Tech came out twice and got it fixed. They charged us just one time as they wanted all things fixed right. They gave us good professional help and follow up.

Pro-tech technicians are incompetent and shouldn’t be allowed in your house. My mother-in-law’s wash machine quit working over a month ago. Pro-Tech came out and diagnosed the problem as the computer/mother board. Ordered the part and we waited. After a few weeks we called to see what was going on, at which point Pro-Tech realized the part was on back order. So THEN they decided to order directly from LG. Part came in, technician came out and installed...problem not solved.Oh! It must be the OTHER circuit board! Claims the technician. So yet another part ordered and we wait again. Part comes in, they come out to install and... SHOCKER! Wash machine still doesn’t work.Now they claim it must be the motor. But this time they’ll sell us the part at their cost. So far we have $300 into a two year old wash machine that still isn’t working.We don’t trust that these technicians know anything and just have a list of parts they work their way down.Save your money and either call someone else or just buy a new machine. It’ll be cheaper in the long run.

I purchased a new washer for a facility when the washer wasn’t working they had me call pro tech... Chris was able to squeeze me in because of the urgency!!! The tech who came out (Gerald) was very professional, fast and gave us tips about the washer!!!!!

Gerrald came to the house and was able to quickly determine the problem with our freezer. He said he would order the part and it would take about a week. He called when the part arrived and had it installed in minutes.

My double oven broke right before Thanksgiving. They were out within 24 hours and it was fixed up. All staff and technicians were wonderful. The new owners are fabulous.

The new owners are unscrupulous!We know someone who used to work there, and she told us that we must be very clear before hand to give them the model number and make before they come out, to make sure the stove is still in production and they still have the option for parts, and we did. We had proof as the man showed up at our door with a preprinted form with the model and make on it. Once there he never even looked at our stove, he just got on his computer looked up the information we had given them several days previously and told us that the stove was outdated and he could not get the parts. He charged us 90$.We found out yesterday that this company did this exact same thing to another elder woman we know in Buhl as well, and I’m sure we will find many many more as we keep asking around. Protecks excuse for not refunding our $ was because “the woman who supposedly took my information by phone two days previous no longer works there” but the exact information was typed on his repair slip so she obviously wrote it down correctly....weather she works there any longer or not.My mother lives on $700.00 per month and she paid them because she is a n elderly widow and did not know better, but when I explained to them what hapspened I was left with ... “there’s no way you will ever get your $ back.” ... Coincidentally the other lady in Buhl who had the EXACT same thing happen to her, is also like my mother...and elder widow. These people are taking advantage in the worst way.We would like to file a lawsuit aginst these people. Please contact us if this has happened to you as well because we have two people so far interested. We tried to talk to them, they refuse to return our calls or give us any information such as even the owners name etc.since the new recent ownership these people have become extremely unscrupulous. BEWARE!

Terrible costumer service!! They came out to fix my refrigerator on June 5 said it was under warranty. So it wouldnt cost me anything. Now more than a month later(the part is finally in) theyre telling me they made a mistake and itll be $600! What!? Mind you weve been using ice chests for over a month waiting. Not good costumer service!! Use someone else.

Needing repair on new microwave started with online signup. I signed up for next morning for 8:30-12:00 time slot because it fit my schedule. I got called soon after making online appointment by Pro Tech office in Twin Falls saying repair man would call at8:30 next morning scheduling appointment, got call from Chris at 2:00. When I asked him about online appointment by noon and office saying he’d call at 8:30, he told me he makes his own appointments. He came out the next afternoon, so I wasted two days waiting for him. He came and said problem was with fan bearings in convection over portion. He made out bill for $300. I told him I bought oven only 10 days so under warranty and had to produce invoice to prove to him, big disconnect between whirlpool online signup and ProTech. He came back one week later and after looking at microwave he said it was a 2 man job to take oven out, so another week goes by before CHRIS and other repair man comes back. They replaced parts only to discover these parts didn’t function correctly. He reinstalls oven, orders parts and calls 2 weeks later and wants to make appointment for next afternoon, which didn’t work in our schedule. Asked him about morning appointment and he said he does Twin Falls appointments in morning and Buhl in afternoon. Wife and I changed schedules so we could be here on Friday afternoon. He and other repairman came then and over, I think, is fixed now. Chris Is probably a mechanically good repair man, but he doesn’t have people skills. Overall disappointed with ProTech service
