Addison Collision Repair was great! We just moved to Twin from out of state and had hail damage from a recent storm just days before our move. They were on the shortlist of approved shops to work with from our insurance company, and we were glad for that! They allow you to schedule appointments online or over the phone if youd like, for both quick estimate appointments as well as when you drop off for repairs. We ended up just dropping in one afternoon and they saw us immediately. They were helpful, fast, and clear about the process. Best yet is that they submitted the estimate to my insurance an hour or less after they completed their estimate inspection. Much appreciated!

Never a good day when you have to visit a collision shop. Luckily my vehicle was still drivable. After arriving I had about a 5 minute wait for someone to come out and look at my vehicle. They took several photos and inspected the vehicle before we went inside for the estimate. After approximately 15 minutes on the computer he had entered in all the damage and was able to offer me the estimate and the time it would take to get the repair. He explained the cost and asked if I would be billing insurance. I let him know I needed to check around due to the time it would take to get it in.I visited several other shops and he was spot on with the pricing of the other repair shops. I ended up going with another shop because of the time that they were going to take to get it in for repair. They were roughly 3 weeks out just to get it. The other shop was able to get it in right away. If it hadn’t been for the time I would have gone with this place they were friendly and several people had recommended them to me.

I was so impressed with this place of business and their amazing customer service.. We were traveling through Twin Falls and a couple days prior during our travels a severe wind storm bent our door hinges making it impossible to open the passenger door. These amazing people went above and beyond to fix it immediately free of charge. I’m super thankful that there are still amazing companies out there that pride themselves in great customer service. We have family in this area and I will definitely recommend this auto body shop to them for future services.

We had our car repaired after an accident a few years ago. They did a fantastic job, so you wouldnt know the car had been hit. Recently they helped us replace the internal door handles on my older truck, and the price was very reasonable. Their staff are very pleasant, professional, and do a great job of keeping me apprised of where my vehicle is in the repair process. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication and detail. Someone was tired of waiting at the McDs exit onto Poleline and backed up into me. I first went to someone else and wasnt happy. I stopped by to get an estimate of damage done on my car at 12:30 p.mThe girl at front saidcomputer was downshe went outside took bunch of pictures, chin, leave and my name and said they would get back with me soon but that day. I never got a message or email from them after calling 3 times and reassured they would get me that estimate. Very poor customer service.I never did get an estimate. Went some where else that wanted my business and they were very professional and speedy.

They did a great job on fixing all my cosmetic issues of my truck after I hit a deer. But... The repair took a whole week longer than they estimated which is understandable things happen. What wasnt was the fact that they missed two notes that I had mentioned was wrong. Great customer service just a lack of effort.

I absolutely love Addison Collision. They are super helpful and make it easy to communicate with them via txt message and are always quick to answer questions. My car has, unfortunately, had to be taken in for damages twice this year and they have made my car look and drive like new everyt time. They even went the extra mile to remove paint damages unrelated to my accident that had been caused to a neigbborhhod prank gone wrong. Highly recommend!

Took my car into Addison Collision Repair after I got into a small accident based on their online reviews. Have to say, they did not disappoint. There’s a reason they have such a high rating. Joe and his staff took care of me unlike any shop I’ve ever been to. The staff helped me set up my rental vehicle, the whole two weeks, I kept getting updates on my vehicle. I decided to stop by and check it out after it was painted and I was blown away. You can’t tell the vehicle even had a dent and the paint job was outstanding. Even the guy that reapplied my clear bra was impressed at the work they did. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get some body work and paint work done on their vehicle. Addison Collision Repair has fixed two vehicles of mine. A 2012 Honda Accord after getting hit by a deer and a 2017 Subaru Outback after being sideswiped. They did a phenomenal job of repairing both cars and had them looking new again. They always clean the inside and out of the cars, leaving them in tip-top shape for pick up. The office staff are wonderful and make the whole process as easy as can be. Best of all, Addison Collision Repair is a locally owned business and customers interact with one of the two owners to figure out a plan. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

I have no relation to any individual at this shop, nor did I know any of their staff prior to my repair, so this is an unbiased review. I had a great experience at this shop. My F150 was involved in a collision and Addison Collision repair did a great job. Their front desk employees did a great job at keeping me up to date with the repair status and finished repairs on the estimated time frame. Also, what was the icing on the cake for me was when I went to pick up my vehicle, the shop manager went through my repair step by step using pictures to explain what was done and why taking the time to answer my questions. This was Friday evening at the end of the day when he took the time to do this for me. Great service, great experience, great repair!

I took my truck there to have a good sized dent repaired in my tailgate. They sent me daily messages as to the progress of the repairs and all the repairs were done on time as promised. My tailgate looks as if it was brand new and had never been damaged. They have a nice, friendly staff as well. Good job guys.

I stopped in for an estimate to repair damage to my vehicle from an accident. I was treated very well including having staff come out to make sure I was comfortable while waiting which was great because when I am in the area I dont have a lot of time. In total, I was attended by two staff members while waiting not much more than five minutes! Well see how things go for the repairs as well as some modification work Id like done; if that goes as well as I expect, my sons vehicle will go in for body work and a new paint job. I have used ACR for a few different jobs. Always been pretty happy with the results. The most recent was a front fender replacement. The color dont match so Im not real impressed with that but they usually do a good job. Im sure if I complained about it they would make it right.
