We purchased a 2021 3.0 inline 6 Duramax GMC Sierra, AT4, sight unseen, straight from the factory and did not even have a VIN# assigned yet. Kyle our salesman kept us well informed and our experience was fantastic. We were so pleased when the truck arrived. It is so comfortable for our first long distance travel. This is proof of phenomenal gas mileage on our 600+ miles trip one way.

The sales Rep. (Hunter Hoskins) was great to work with and maybe because he was young, he didnt have the callused outlook that sometimes a more experienced car salesman can get. I would recommend Hunter to anyone.

I was passing through Twin Falls on a cross country road trip and needed to get my oil changed. I called Rob Green less than an hour before I got to town and they set up an appointment for me that afternoon. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Shane, my service advisor was super helpful and made sure I got back on the road. He also had the technician perform an airbag recall on my truck while I waited! I manage a high performance Subaru shop for a living and I have worked on cars professionally for the last 6 years so I am always a little nervous taking my vehicles to the dealer for recalls and warranty stuff since I normally do everything myself. But my experience here was amazing! Thank you to Shane for getting me taken care of so quickly and professionally! And thank you to the tech who worked on my truck! 10/10 would highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a clean truck. I wasnt expecting the full wash and vacuum, but it was a nice surprise. They checked some extra things but did no unnecessary work, the office staff was very polite offering to get me something to drink, and their waiting area is clean and comfortable.

We had a great pickup purchasing experience at Rob Green! Our salesman, Kyle, went out of his way to make sure we found a capable pickup in our price range. His positive and professional attitude, willingness to stay after closing to finish the paperwork, after I asked questions about every pickup on the lot for an hour (which didnt seem to bother Kyle at all), and his openness made the experience comfortable for us. By the time we left, we were satisfied that we were getting exactly what we wanted and, thanks to the finance manager, Tristins, willingness to also work late, a great rate to boot!

These guys want to argue and act like they own the whole town. High pressure and tons of hype. Never going back recommend no one do business with them.

We had a very enjoyable experience purchasing a used pickup with our salesperson Kyle. There was no pressure and the process went very smooth. I would refer Kyle to my friends and family.

Most the people that work there are awesome!! But when you buy a vehicle outright, they dont want to fix any issues you have. Oh and I had 1 oil change left on my vehicle, but because I called late they wouldnt do it. They said that my contract was up. Question, why did no one tell me on the last oil change when my contract would be up? I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle there, but I would recommend chatting with the employees. Some are pretty awesome.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced- I was negotiating with this dealerships for 3 days and we came to an agreement on a vehicle. I had arrange to come in to do the paper work and understand a few minor details of a maintenance program- when I showed up they were meeting with another customer and sold them the car from underneath me. Got a new set of tires on my truck. They failed to balance them correctly the first time but I called Dave Miller and brought it back and they got it taken care of.

I had a couple issues with my credit. The sales staff went the extra mile to find .e the lowest rate possible. Rather than taking the first offer and sending me down the road, they continued to look for a better rate (Wich actually took about 48 hrs). The hard work they put in has earned some professional respect from me. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Sales manager gave us loan payments that didnt add up. As an accountant who has audited dealerships before and worked with amortization schedules frequently, I know for a fact that the payment amount was EXTREMELY high for a credit score as high as mine. Sales manager refused to tell us the interest rate used and was very rude and flat out told me to go to another dealership. Never going back here. Its insane how the people at the Rob Green Hyunadi dealership are respectful and honest unlike this place when they have the same ownership. If youre looking for a vehicle, DONT COME HERE. Instead drive a half mile further and go to the Hyundai dealership and find Jackie.

Took my pick up for service and check engine light. $550.00 dollars later for a “deep vent cleaning” only to have the check engine light come back up the next day not even 24 hours since I dropped it off. Also both headlights were operating just fine when I dropped it off the second time. Then I get a call saying my passenger headlight is out and it’s $127 to replace. Coincidence that it’s in the area they were working around. Just seemed like they were trying to get as much money out of me instead of actually helping me. By no means I want anything free just want good service do right the first time. Had no problems with previous visits but sadly will not be returning

Great to work with, found exactly the truck I wanted at the best price across 3 states. Met me half way and financing was easy.

Went into lot to find a used vehicle. We told the new salesman and manager what our price limit was, what our trade in was, and how much we wanted to pay for payments. The sales manager stated for the salesman to show us trucks for 3k more and said he can make it work with our payments. After finding a truck we liked, the manager failed to come down and our payments were going to be $90 more. I will not recommend them. Yes we have good credit our bank told us it was an A rating.

Sold me a truck in which The motor shortly seized they replaced the lower end but I could tell something was still wrong I took the truck in several times but they almost refused to find the actual issue I got tired of fighting the issue and traded in for a new car so I ended up owing money on the truck and a new car as well terrible management
