Went in to pick up a small wheel part and was told that I better bring it into them if I wanted it done right! And also was told that since I didnt have a wheel truing stand that I couldnt compete the job. There are a couple times I have got a wheel dead nuts strait without a truing stand. Not polite at all and laughed at me when I asked a question. Treated me like I was an idiot!!! DONT USE THIS SHOP!!

A new skier entered with questions about used beginner skis and was informed that he should ski more before buying skis. With that, the ‘salesman’ walked away without any tips or information and an unhelpful attitude. For such good ratings, we expected a better experience and were surprised when questioned about our choice to look at the overpriced skis available. I highly recommend Idaho Water Sports in Burley.

Like all bike shops its pretty empty in there right now, but still had some decent bikes and good deals. Nice accessories selection, and friendly service.

Knowledgeable staff, custom equipment, and expert service is found here.They have high dollar and affordable bicycles.What sold me on them was their ability to make your tires basicly flat proof. My most recent purchase was only a $500 mountain bike, but I added Ice Spiker Pro tires, selfsealing tubes, and Kevlar belts and super high tech lighting. It doubled the price, but it turned a showroom beauty into a highly usable, real world, Winter Storm Bike. Notice the red metal spiked peddles. Very important in winter when riding in steel toed work boots.

We were really happy with our ski rental experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rental package was significantly less expensive than other places we had looked at renting from.

Just got my bike fit done on a new Secteur. From making a special order to changing almost every part on the frame, Lee and Jack took care of every detail. I am a difficult customer and lesser bike shops never give this much attention to a mid range price bike purchase. The Epic Ride crew was more worried about getting me the right bike and the right fit, than actually making the sale. I bought a Stump Jumper last summer and these guys have taken care of even the smallest brake issues with a smile and an expert hand. If I have my way I will be buying more bikes at this shop in the future. Quality product with Epic Service can’t be beat.

We took the free tire repair clinic and learned how to repair our flat tires on the road during a race. It was a great experience and we learned alot. They have given me fantastic repair service every time I go in for help, and I have never had a problem. Give them a chance to help you!
