I ordered a new bike and when it arrived they were more than happy to help me get it set up and answered my questions about the accessories I’d need. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I’d highly recommend purchasing a bike from this store!

Prett’s bike rental owner, Andrew provides outstanding service. He brought the bikes to our hotel and picked them up exactly as scheduled. The bikes are in like new conditions. Very good comfortable mountain bikes as shown on the ad. We rented from 7 am to 11 am. Cool and nice weather. Rode along the rim trail all the way to the Shoshone Falls. Did not go down the step road to the parking area. We stayed on the rim from where you have a great view. On the way we stopped at the Visitor center and the Perrine bridge where BASE jumpers were free falling and parachuting down. On the way back rode to Starbucks and then back to the hotel. Plenty of time to do the full 12 miles rim trail stopping as we wished. Bring water and sun protection. These were the best bikes I have ever rented and at very reasonable price of less than $25 per bike for 4 hours. Including a lock and helmets if you need them. I will highly recommend Prett’s bike rental.

I called yesterday to talk to Mike at the service/maintenance desk. Mike asked what type of issue I was having and asked me to bring my bike in anytime to diagnose the issue and see if they could fix it on site. I came in this morning and met with Mike and another Mike that work together at the service/maintenance shop. The store was easy to find and easy to us their entrance. They figured out the issue I was having on my PowerFly5 e-mountain bike and found a solution I was comfortable with (essentially I had worn out my smaller gears and needed to replace them). I also had a flat they replaced. Bought a couple accessories, had some lube/cleaning done (they also updated my wife’s PowerFly5 ebike software and lubed/cleaned her chain. I bought a ringer bell (wanted one for a while). It was so nice to just come into a professional shop and get everything taken care of and be back on the bike. Thanks for everything.

I have never ridden a real mountain bike like this before. The staff took the them to measure me and to make sure I got the right size for my height. Also took the time to show me how to properly get on and how my legs show be extending. Great service and people!

Definite wow factor here. I have had personal dealings with a few bike shops between Oregon and California and I can honestly say that the entire staff here are hands down the best people I have worked with and experienced. I came in looking for a new bike but needed something less expensive to use as a commuter with the occasional need for gravel or off road use as I had sold my last bike a long time ago and I wasnt looking for anything with more features than I could handle. Anthony immediately greeted me at the door, asked the right questions and understood my needs well. There was no pressure to spend big money here (as they have many nice options to choose from). I picked a less expensive model that needed to be ordered and we picked out a few add-ons from their selection of accessories. They told me it would be about 5 days and exactly 5 days later I got a call from their service manager stating my bike had arrived, been assembled and they even added all my accessories on at no charge. When I came in to pick up the bike they had it front and center on a rack to show it off. Anthony offered to size the bike for me to make sure the seat was set properly and he spent the time to make sure I was comfortable on the bike. They had a few little service perks that came with the purchase that they went over every detail on as well. They have some great bonus freebies like free adjustments for the first 30 days which is nice. You can tell the staff really wanted to create a first rate delivery experience here and even though I didnt spend much or need all the attention, they made it obvious that my satisfaction was important to everyone there. Even the guys working on the bikes in back were wearing smiles and offering to help in any way they could. I will recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike in the area. I appreciate these guys and will be back for all my service!

I recently moved to twin falls, and let me tell yah- this is a 5 star shop! Their lead mechanic, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and has given me great advice on my current mountain bike set up. I will continue to go to this shop for any of my cycling needs. Thanks guys!

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are so quick with repairs and take the time to explain everything. They don’t pressure you into buying things. You can tell they care about what they are doing. Definitely trust them. Would highly recommend!

Out of town visitor-- visiting family in Twin Falls for a few days. My son got 2 flat tires, and Trek Bicycle got me right in. Fixed the bike in less than 24 hours. so friendly and nice!

Already posted a comment. Only thing I would change is buying a Trek Marlin in medium instead of medium large. Do to the shortage of bikes, they had no mediums in the bike I wanted. They did inform me they had a medium in a different bike but it was out of my price range. I was in desperate need for a bike and chose to buy a bike that was slightly to big for me.

Customer service was beyond what I expected! Twin Falls went out of their way to get me on a bike and they were so kind throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone!

The Trek shop in Twin Falls was great! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! Tanner was amazing in helping me make my decision. He made sure I was picking the perfect bike for me!

Everyone here was disrespectful to me and I had to go through three salesmen before I could finally get help. Worst if all they wouldnt help me once they found out I rode a Walmart bike. I came to upgrade and the made fun of me for it.

We stopped in with no reservation looking to rent a bike for my son. All their rentals in his size were out, so they pulled one right off the floor, and had us out the door in about 15 minutes on a brand new bike. Super nice, Great customer service. Id recommend them to anyone!

The people are great and they truly care about getting you riding.Update: After my fitting we went through Bob entered my measurements into his computer and found a list of road bikes that would best fit my body. I selected the bike and got it ordered. In addition to the bike Bob and his team spent 2 hours with me going over shoes, pedals, helmets, shorts, jerseys, and bottle cages. I had a lot of questions, but they didnt rush me out of the shop. They genuinely wanted to help and get me riding comfortably. Would highly recommend Cycle Therapy.

I needed some item adjusted that required a special tool that I didnt have and a bike mechanic stopped what he was doing to do what I needed done and I was out the door within 5 minutes so yes talk about excellent service.

My wife and I purchased our Giant brand road bikes here and couldnt be more pleased! We were fitted professionally and have been enjoying the bikes ever since. Also, now in the winter we take advantage of the cycling classes they offer to keep ready for summer riding. Love this place!

I had two flat tires from GOATHEADS, they fixed them, tuned my bike and fitted me to my bike on a trainer and that made a HUGE difference in my riding! They really understand the value of customer service. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations, theyre very knowledgeable, motivated to help you and they make you feel like youre family as soon as you walk through the door! Love this place!
