The store is clean and has some good products, but if youre looking for help, its just not going to happen. I walked in the store and spent about 15/20 minutes and didnt get offered one bit of help the entire time I was there. I called and talked to the assistant manager and she just seemed like everything was okay and it was fine that people werent getting help. Id spend my money where people were actually going to help me, regardless of the high priced products. D&b is where I ended up going and they had 10 times the amount of selection at half the price. I usually dont leave bad reviews, but I would encourage people to support businesses that actually are happy that youre there to spend your money.

I used to love going to this Boot Barn. Not so much anymore. I will shop elsewhere. I purchased a couple items at another Boot Barn location (in another state and the difference in the staff, friendliness does not even compare-other location was SO much better). Anyways, I did not notice that a bracelet I got was broken and a pair of pants that I had ended up not fitting. Well I took them back to this location and the help that I received was not good. I planned to shop around for an exchange but that changed instantly with the snarkiness of the help that I received at the Counter. My family and I are huge Boot Barn fans and have spend a lot of time and money at multiple locations. Twin Falls has just lost every bit of business from myself and our family.

Great clothes and wonderful quality. I love all of their boots highly reccomend. But its a bit pricey.

Customer service was excellent if their prices werent so high they would have got five stars. I know you get what you pay for and so far the boots seem to be of the highest quality. In all actuality I could have got the same brand for about $40 cheaper but I would have had to wait 7-10 days for shipping through another vendor.

Generally like the store. But they sold someone mismatched boot sizes. How do I know? Tried to buy my grandson boots but they caught ours. Thank you. We needed boots right away and that particular one was only one that fit him, too bad

Ridiculous! Purchased a pair of Chippewa boots approximately a year ago and already have eyelets falling out. Getting different stories from both Boot Barn and Chippewa. Boots Barn made promises on warranty which I’m now finding out to be a lie. Chippewa said I would have to mail the boots themselves in for formal inspection. No consideration for cost of mailing steel towed heavy boots or what I would wear during this time. Customer service is not only lacking but nonexistent for both Boot Barn and Chippewa. After shopping at Boot Barn for over a decade it’s become clear they no longer care about quality or customer service

Ive been buying boots from the Boot Barn for about 3 years now. It had a brand that used to be good that recently is not quality it once was. They took my old boots that were prematurely wearing out back, credited me back my purchase price and help me get the superior pair. Highly recommended. Thank you Boot Barn

My husband and I went in yesterday to get him a new pair of Ariat work boots. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Great service and good selection of boots and other gear.

All of the men working were very helpful without breathing down our necks. The one gentleman was very helpful when we couldnt find the other boot that was misplaced!

Update: My previous review was great. Manager and employees very observant to the customer needs. Went out of their way to satisfyNow the manager left and customer service went down the drain by the first mistake. An employee entered a credit as a debit, what followed next is unbelievable. No return phone calls several times to look into the problem and to keep me updated. After calling on an other order which was paid for no returned call either. To find out that after contacting the 800 number, customer service canceled the paid order, did not reimbursed the money or had the courtesy to call to inform what they did.Bad communication by employees. The other store can be happy to get such a great manager who puts Customer first.

I was greeted the second I walked in the door. I was informed about sale items and other items that I may be interested in. A salesperson was available right away to offer assistance as needed. Friendly staff nice merchandise.

Very helpful. Ordered boots from the online store and they not only matched the online price, they beat it by an additional $15 off the price. Good selection and if you enjoy the smell if leather, this is a place to visit.

My experience at Boot Barn was better than even anticipated and all the credit goes to Brittny. At first I was hesitant on how country she really was, but turns out she is way country and a darn good salesman! Brittny is honest and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
