Just had a great experience at Tradehome Shoes! The new manager (Matt) was incredibly helpful and made sure I was happy with whatever decision I made there (no weird pressure to make but something I didnt want). Will absolutely go back with my wife for more shoes.

I went in this store for the first time today to try on some sandals and the guy that was helping me actually got down and put them on my feet! I don’t know if this is a normal thing that you do here but I was definitely very surprised! Though it was unnecessary I had just got off work and appreciated this a lot. ☀️ Thank you!

Went in the store as I saw some On running shoes I liked and was in need of new ones. Once in the store I was immediately greeted by a friendly saleswoman by the name of Bree (Apologies if I did not spell that correctly). She asked a few questions to get a conversation going and returned with a few options to try on. While trying these shoes on I was greeted by the store manager Kyle, who went out of his way to make sure I didnt have any other questions. Ive been buying shoes the wrong way. Im so used to going in a store and rummaging around through shelves of boxes hoping someone will eventually show up so I can see if they have the size I need somewhere in the back. I walked in to this Tradehome (which is the first and only time I have ever been in one) and received first class treatment at the very beginning from an employee who was genuinely pleasant and was interested in helping a clueless customer. The experience I had at this store is why Tradehome will be my first stop from now on. Found exactly what I wanted and didnt have to wait around. Thank you!

Today was my second visit to Tradehome Shoes. Kyle helped me and a friend who is a frequent customer. Kyle gave me an excellent recommendation for a sole insert to increase the comfort of the already very comfortable Hoka shoes and I am very glad he did. They are beyond comfortable now and should serve me well touring Nepal next month.In addition, Kyle and Tradehome did a service you would never see at a big box shoe store or even a department store for my friend. She bought a pair of Hokas 2 weeks ago that did not fit comfortably when put to the test of walking for hours on a concrete floor.. He swapped the shoes for a new pair in a wider size and it made all the difference.. Thank you Kyle and Tradehome Shoes!!

Very low on shoes

We had the best experience here today. We had spent all day visiting every single store we could think from Burley to Twin Falls for school shoes. My daughter has wide feet so we couldnt find anything that would fit. Aaron at Tradehome Shoes was the first person at any of the stores that actually took time to find out what we needed. He worked with my daughter until she found something comfortable and cute. From now on Tradehome will be the first place, and most likely the last, that we go to shoe shopping.

Aaron was very friendly and professional. I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable so Aaron brought out numerous shoes for me to try, and with great relief I found several pairs that worked for me. I would definitly check this store out if you want outstanding service, a quality shoe and a good fit!
