They literally have the best selection of tobacco products in Twin Falls. They also offer soda, candy, chips,etc. They have no competitors when it comes to prices as well as customer service.

Awesome service always greeted with a smile and you guys are open late. Also the drive thru is a plus. Love the jello shots! Both locations are great and its where i choose to get my cigs beer scratch offs....support local!

Ive always had a good experience here wether it was buying tobacco and/or alcohol products to just stopping to grab some regular non alcoholic drinks. Like most smoke shops Ive been to, smells like tobacco and has an old times style gas station vibe to it. Great employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions and they somehow dont know the answer you seek, they will help you look for it instead of just telling you that they dont know, but good luck in your search.

They are always fast and always willing to help you find what you need and if they dont have it they will let you know that and send you where you can get what you need

I have been a regular customer to both locations for a year, and im not sure who the new faces and employees are.. However I do not like being rushed after looking at the beer for several minutes.. I will be taking my business to the Blue Lakes location instead of Washington St.

I went in to get cigarettes for an elderly client I care for. I was surprised to find I didnt have my I.D. Im 37 I understand not selling without I.D., however i had my Costco credit card with my picture on the back and print stating Ive been a member for 9 years. Still wasnt good enough. Thats fine, good for them for being consistent Im sorry, I still cant sell without I.D. So 20 min later I sent my coworker to get them. They didnt card her. I take back the consistency statement.

People that work there are always willing to listen to me try and speak Beyond The Mask and then even more challenging here with their small voices are saying but by golly theyre doing their part in me smoking those toxic and deadly cigarette toes

This place has everything & is decently priced the only problem I have had is that they are never opened When the website & door says they open. I have sat outside making myself almost late to work several days in a row waiting for them to open. Maybe they should update the website & hours of operations sign so people know what time they actually open. The blue lakes store is always open when it’s supposed to be it will get my business now!

This a very clean store. They have many products to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt very welcome and my experience was good. I will stop here again when I am in the area. Parking was a little tight. If you smoke cigs or drink beer I would recommend this place for you. The prices were competitive too. Love this place its a good local smoke shop and I would recommend it for anyone. Cheap prices on cigarettes and a lot of commodity items such as lighters and things like that.

Lacy Dean we card anyone that looks under the age of 39 every single time. Its not worth getting written up or fired. Who doesnt keep an ID on them? Legally, youre supposed to. We get underage stings often and if we are caught not IDing ppl we risk getting fired and a huge fine and possible jail time if youre gonna come to big smoke and u look young, be prepared to get IDd!

I absolutely love this store! It happens to be my all time fave store in this world. Angie, at the Washington St. store, is amazing. I also need to give a shout out to the lady (whom I had never seen b4 the other day) who took the time to check her invoice to see if what I needed came in their order that day, and then went to the back to find it. That was awesome, cuz they only had ONE single bottle of Kratom (the only brand of Kratom Ill take) in their order... And she took it upon herself to dig thru God knows how much stuff- just to please her customer. Thats going above and beyond, and I appreciated her very much. Not to mention the fact that she wrote down the exact description of my product, and is going to make sure to order more of it (as I shop in that store 3x a week for said product).
