I dont go to the one in kimberly, dirty and never has the shelves stocked always a excuse. Go to the one in twin falls or the one one washington st. They are courteous and friendly and plenty of stock on hand, very clean.

A good place for quick shopping trips. They have a variety of seasonal decorations along with some nice year round home decor. Conveniently located for those living just outside of town. They have most basic items youll need from a quick stop shop like snacks, detergent, cleaners, cookware, even clothing. Good prices across the board.

Worst customer service experience ever. Assistant Manager was upset for getting cash back because it ruined his till. He proceeded to tell me I need to ask him next time if I want cash back. When speaking to Manager Shoshonie over the phone she said it is corporate policy to ask the cashier first for cash back but they are not allowed to advertise that. There are signs that advertise cash back but no sign that says you must ask the cashier first, nor did the cashier bother to ask if I was needing cash back before it was offered to explain the policy. There is a $1.00 fee for cash back, which I accepted to. Will never return to this store that is being run by incompetent management with zero customer service skills.

Was really let down when I purchased a bag of nuggets today 7-26-19 and the bag was best used by 6-29-19 and some of the chicken nuggets had mold on them. Be careful what you buy from this place. Check the dates on your food. Im very disappointed with this family Dollar. Also have photos of the food and date of the bag.

I love this place except yet again I was not at the Family Doller store in over a week and a half or maybe longer for sure

The two gals workin this afternoon were both polite and helpful. When my husband went to get a second cart, one of the gals said if you need another cart well be happy to keep one up front with us. I hadnt been in there in awhile. The last time the gal workin made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Then kind of huffed when she saw how much stuff we had in our cart. Today was totally a different experience, makes want to come back!
