Awesome service, amazing employees, great protein shakes!

Friendly staff and locally owned, part of the reason I wanted to check this place out. Was looking for a real fruit smoothie and preferred one with yogurt in it. Staff suggested I try a shake but I don’t tolerate soy protein isolate in any form, so they said a chiller had collagen and was like a healthy slushy. I bought two; one strawberry for my friend and one blueberry for myself. The blueberry appeared to maybe have some real fruit, but was so sugary I couldn’t finish it. Same with the strawberry, my friend said it was terrible. Tasted like straight stevia or some other artificial flavoring. I’m sorry but it wasn’t worth the $5.50 each spent and I since they don’t have what I’m looking for, I won’t be back again. To me, healthy means fresh. There was nothing fresh about anything on the menu I could find.

Very friendly staff and yummy shakes. They offer group exercise classes which are modified for individual abilities. Nutrition classes are very informative too. Glad I found this nutrition club.

I love this place. I have been going there since February of this year and have seen dramatic changes in the way I feel, the extra energy I have. They have different meal replacement combos you can choose from. I recommend anyone and everyone to stop by and give it a try.
