It was pretty cool we kinda got there late so we really dident have all that much time to look around but what little I did I was pretty impressed with all the different things from clothes lamps furniture things you wouldnt even think they would have and the best thing was out of everything we got nothing was over $6.00..So you could amagian how much we got spending $130 great place with really good buys....

A couple of years ago my husband was donating a lot, after his mother died, and an employee told him that he could not accept that much. Finally the manager showed up and accepted it. Today I was threatened by another employee to call the police if I dropped the donation before they were officially open. We are from Arizona where they accommodate all kind of schedules and people are not rude and seem to understand that their salary comes from donations.

Great cleanliness! awesome finds! we were traveling from out of state on a family road trip and my daughters and I are advocate thrifters. We had to make a point to stop at every goodwill in each state. This goodwill definitely did not disappoint 👏

This store is kept remarkably clean and organized. The employees are nice and have a lot of patience, considering some shoppers allow their children to just run amuck and destroy the place! I went in looking for preemie and newborn outfits for a new grandson, because, lets face it... for the length of time babies are in them, it is very expensive for most new parents to afford much! So, the amount of clothing was remarkable. They were well organized, and nothing was overly worn, and everything was clean, nothing with stains or spit up marks or anything. They were priced so affordably I just filled up the cart. $2 an item, and like I said they were all like new. There were new and used items throughout the store. I am thoroughly impressed with this store! It is in a great location, it is a giant store, and from what I could see a great alternative for a lot of people. Keep up the good work.

I had an exchange but my purchase was 8 days ago, not within 1st week. They wouldnt budge. I rely on rides everywhere I go and had trouble getting there. Otherwise, I always enjoy it visit to Goodwill Store!

Great selection of used halloween costumes. The store is organized well, and well kept. The customer service representative was really friendly and personable. They have a Great book and DVD selection. We just find lots of really good and unique things. My kids find it a real treat to get there and spend a few dollars.

Prices have gone up, u can go to Walmart nd get similar NEW items for same price.

Goodwill. Please go back to being 4/5 stars. Youre starting to get a little unrealistic with your prices. Just today I found some used weight plates and you had them stickered only $1 less that Walmart sells them new. Come on give us a break. Anybody shopping here aint rich and were barely scraping by.

Its ok, but open hrs for dropoff suck.

Whomever does the pricing is out of touch with what the going rate for some items are. Many are marked higher than the original retail price for something used and dirty. You can find better deals on the Walmart sale rack. Prices should reflect the actual value of the item. No one wants to pay $6 for a used pair of jeans when they can get a brand new pair for $5 at Walmart unless its name brand. There are also many random items that arent used at all and arent a deal. Not sure why I would want to buy Goodwill Brand sheets or socks when real stores like Walmart have better return policies and quality.

New pricing policy seems better. Store was clean and well organized. Personell were extra nice.

I love goodwil, but they have changed up their prices lately. They have blanket prices for items now. If the item doesnt have a price they will make up one. Had a bad experience today where an employee argued with me about where I got an item and how I had supposedly taken the price sticker off. Then she made up a very high price for the item.

Employees are nice, but for used items most of it is over priced. I dont like how everything is blanket priced now because there are many items in sections that are NOT worth that blanket price.

Higher prices for a second hand store and isnt very organized, but has lots of variety so its fun to shop at.

Good selections, clean store, and I totally love dealing with Rebecca. She always smiles and greets me! Even when they have her running everywhere, she stops and gives me a bit of time. It makes it very nice to come in. And she is very nice to look at!

Goodwill you took the fun out of thrifting. Shoppers like sales and bargains. Flat pricing is a really bad move. Half the fun of thrifting at goodwill used to be finding the 50% off tags and dollar days. Now your store is empty with cashiers standing around with nothing to do. Much better deals and nicer quality at the other thrifts in town.

More expensive than most other Goodwill stores

The store was very clean and organized. The selection today was no exceptional however, still left with a bag of second hand treasures. I would reccomend this thrift store to others.Pay attention to the discount tag colors and you can find some real savings.

I like this Good Will. When it first opened it was very clean and organized. It seemed to have lost a bit of that and the prices on some things are a bit much. I like the color of the day when its half off. Not my first pick for a thrift store but I wouldnt say no to it either.

Mustard Seed has better deals and nice quality but Goodwill has a decent selection of clothes.

I love to buy in their stores but honestly some of their workers have a terrible treatment for customers

I have spent so much money. The tag colors change on Tuesdays and Mondays are dollar days. Its within walking distance from where I live so its easy to stop on by. I have found all kind of oddities here and its always good fun here.

Disappointed this store had no options for people with disabilities, no wheel chairs or electric chairs available to provide a good shopping experience. Had to sit out in the car while my family shopped. Also very messy and unkept inside store.

When they first opened, was a great reasonable experiance. However when they got the new managment place went to pot. Prices doubled seasonal isle is non existant. Been in other goodwills that are more organized, cleaner, and reasonably priced. 😟Doesnt seem like the owners and managers pay any attention to customer concerns or complaints. Went to our so called goodwill for the first time in 9 months and it is worse then ever. Outrageous pricing, dirty, disorganized, poor customer service. Who wants to shop when nothing is priced and get a huge shock when you get to the counter and the clerk can pick what they charge. Customer before us was charged 2.99 for the same item we were quoted 7.99.Most likley will not be back. Nothing to choose from anyway. And you couldnt find seasonal items other then during that month if you tried. Bring back the origional pricing and staff otherwise close up and go away.

I tried to drop off my van full of stuff today that was pretty good quality stuff, old lamps, collectables, etc and they didnt wanna take it cause, they said there was one item that was junk And they could not resell it. so I took on my stuff back and took it to another thrift store desert industries. I will never step in good will twin falls again.

Clean and new (opened fall ‘17) Best 2nd hand option I’ve found in Twin. Quick and easy donation lane in the back, if you’re clearing out your closet. Certainly worth seeing if they have what you need, why not reuse and support a worthy cause?

I came in to the grand opening! Love the store and how clean it was! I had an amazing experience with Rebecca. After asking two others for information on a few items, Rebecca was the one able to assist me. Very knowledgeable and super nice. I came in again today and again I dealt with Rebecca. Not only did she take me directly to what I was wanting to look at, she chatted and explained how every day new items are put out, so that if I couldnt find what I wanted that day, to come back often to see if its there. I will come back!

I personally feel that places like this are supposed to cater to those that are less fortunate or financially strapped. My personal opinion which may be wrong is I dont go to places like this looking for second hand shoes to pay upwards of 30 dollars.

Goodwill surprised me with their cleanliness, service, and selection of great goods. Id say their the best thrift store in twin falls this 2017.

Went in today for their dollar Monday sales and the lady who checked us out was very friendly. Their prices for some of the items are a bit high but found some gems

Implies they are a charity, they are not. It’s just a for profit thrift store.
