Good prices on tools. The quality is reasonable.

An item I planned on buying was gone off the shelf; 12 ton hydraulic pipe bender and certain types of grinding disc for paint removal. The store is small and jammed packed, could spread things out.

Love the people that work there. They are all knowledgeable in every question Ive asked. One of my favorites.

I really enjoy coming here if not for something I need, then for the stuff people buy. Plus the workers are always helpful and just dang nice and full of info. Yeah, sometimes the line is long and sometimes takes a while. But they are worth the wait.

Harbor Freight had a manual battery charger in the store. I actually called on the phone and said how many of these do you have, they said one. I said can you put on hold it for me I have an hour and 51 minute drive 110 miles to get there. Well I checked out other things in the store and I did get my on clearance sale manual battery charger very pleased.Automatic battery chargers, with a micro processor in them of todays world will not charge a battery is it battery voltage reading is below X volts. They will start to charge but their processing will turn off charger. Indicator light will show battery cannot charge. I have seven of them ranging from 20 amp to 2.5 amps.This manual charger will this unit upon reaching near full charge automatically switchs to a 2 amp maintaince charger; preventing over charging of the car battery.

Usually a good experience. Today, not so much. Didnt have the toolbox I wanted in stock at all, in any color. Clerk was inpatient and just said I could pay for it and it and they would have it in 3 weeks. No thanks. Bye bye.

Had to exchange some torx bits and it went very smoothly, they say life time warranty and they mean it. I had a couple of the bits break and they replaced them with no problems. I am very impressed with how easy it was to complete the transaction.

So. I live 40 miles away. I called to confirm they had the product I needed. The employee that answered says hes busy checking people out. If I want to hold he will try to look. I waited. After 18 minutes I called back annoyed but with his smiling I dont care voice u waited offered no help was still busy. I hung up. Called Pocatello to ask for help the girl checked area stores for me and yes twin. Says they have what I needed. So I jump in car. Drive 40 miles to only realize they do not have what I need. So naturally Im asking for the manager. Pointless.. told him what happen his response was. have I ever worked customer service?things change. I was thats your response. I said yes worked for Marriott for 16 years 20 times your store volume at any given time and I knew at that point just turn and walk away. Its really not that hard. Person on phone is important also. Putem in line as if they were there. So wasted time. Energy. Gas. All to be met with an I really dont care manager. Unacceptable. Next time I will. Just order online from a reputable store. Thanks for nothing except confirming you lost new customers which Im sure you could care less.

This place is awesome! I needed a new brad gun so I can finish the trim moulding in my house.... The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The clerk was polite and friendly! I applied my 20% off coupon and got my new brad gun for a great deal! It works amazing too! Definitely worth the trip to Twin Falls when you need a Harbor Freight! This place ROCKS!

Will not honor valid coupons. I had a coupon valid until the end of the month which was issued officially through harbor freight. Apparently HF issued a new 20% coupon with more exclusion, including central machinery which is a low quality house brand, and no longer accepts previously printed coupons even though they are still within the valid-through-date.I had shopped there a lot developing my business and thank them for that, but I will never step foot in their building again. Even after speaking with the manager they refused to honor their coupon, with little more than a shoulder shrug.

Good prices on cheap Chinese tools. The staff is awesome. The parking is rough. But its a good store and you save money.

Typical. No floor help. Had other customers asking me where to find things. But it is Covid-19 season and assuming staff is minimal. Online add said my local store carries the tool I was after but after searching for it for 20 minutes and not finding, i stood in social distancing line just to ask if it was available. And of course they had no idea what I was after. But what should one expect from a discount tool store.

The store is so packed it’s hard to maneuver around. The checkout is horrible. They usually only have two cashiers and there are about 15 people in line. Beware that you will spend a good 30 min to check out. Also since the store is so small they have people standing in checkout lines through isles making it even more difficult to shop

Michal the store manager was too busy sweeping the floor to give us any real information on the green houses that harbor freight carries. First he says they don’t have anything in the store and I need to go online, I told him I went online and I was just hoping they might have some more literature at the store and he said we don’t have anything. My partner asked him what sizes and he said that Harbor freight carries 10 x 12 and 6 x 8 and my partner says do you have any 6 x 8? And Michael the store manager says yeah we have one in stock..... what a jerk. I was ready to buy, I’ll be buying it somewhere else..

Harbor Freight has just about everything you can think of, all under one roof. Products are reasonably priced, and coupons are the name of the game if you want to save even more. The Twin Falls location is a bit cramped, but management keeps it fairly well organized. Staff seems a little stressed, but they are always eager to help. Quality has been on the rise, and their tools have been a staple of the home gamer for a while now. Overall, this is a great place to shop, and I will keep going back. Thanks HF!

This place has household maintenance items for a good price. If you find coupons, the prices are really good.

Picked up a 2000 predator generator. Wanted a 3500 but was out of stock lady told me the computer said they had them in Idaho falls and Nampa.........but I had to go get it? If you cant keep your selves stocked its the customers job to travel to go get? Order online it would be 8 weeks! Good generator horrible service

The sales staff was as helpful as they could be. Being very busy, I only gave 4 stars due to the wait in line. Service was good and shelves well stocked. Always a great place if you need a quick tool for a specific job.

Always have the items I need, at a price I can afford. So far all the tools and other items I purchased over the years still function just fine for my own home use. The only disadvantage is that I have to drive 80 miles round trip to a store in one direction and 130 miles round trip to a store in the opposite direction. There is no store close by in my community, so I can only take advantage of the stores only a very few times a year if Im in one of those towns for other business. I need one in my area, and town and I would make more use of it.

I always shop here for tools. Unfortunately they were out of stock of their tool cabinets that I wanted however thats a minor complaint. They are a great place for a diy type of guy or girl to go to for simple tools.

Everything is so simple and the service is very trustworthy for most any kind of work.

The first sales woman i encountered was very friendly and helpful. The line at the register i got in only had 2 people ahead of me, each having only 2 to 3 items. The cashier spent so much time talking/joking with them that the other cashier rang up 10 people before i could get to the register. Although i am a proponent of friendly service, the amount of time i stood in line was ridiculously long.

I say its the dollar store for tools. It is an awesome place and I just mean that there is a huge amount of variety and the prices are lower than youd expect.

Grabbed one of their new battery opperated mowers and they didnt habe the displays up right so the guy that went to the back grabbed the cheaper one and because we dont live in Twin and have 2 small children it makes it hard to set time aside to fix the wrong....
