They really do have what I want most of the time and I can normally find it without help. My local store made some changes and I really like what they have done. Not 5 star simply because they were understaffed. I know why and I understand. Its improving all the time.
I came to Home Depot because they get great quality products that hold up to time! I needed some linoleum... 2 employees got me covered... I needed some pegboard ... 1 super employee got it for me and cut it exactly as I asked! The cashier Mackenzie was super awesome .... She was very polite, friendly, and courteous! I will definitely be back since this is the best place for everything I need to finish my projects! Definitly worth checking out if you have a new project!
Just bought a RV Fridge for my RV. A couple days ago. They are all so pleasant nice and helpful. And the price of lumber has dropped within the past couple months. So my friend went back to buy a few sheets of ply board and other things she needed to build her a new porch before winter sets in. Love Home Depo. π€π€π€π
Ran into a Home Depot employee who didnt try to avoid me but actually made contact asking real good customer service probing questions and offered a better solution than what I was available was an option. Sale made! That is outstanding customer service. FYI I was at Home Depot because 20 minutes earlier the doors were locked with no explanation at Wal-Mart in Jerome. Polar opposite in fulfilling my satisfaction today.
I could spend forever in this store. I dont know what 99 out of 100 things are for but I sure love looking at them!
Very poor customer service. They wanted us to load 72 pieces of lumber out to our truck with no help from employees. Went to Lowes and they had no problem helping us out
Just did a quick one item grab and go.
Nice store. We didnt find everything we were looking for but we didnt expect to either. The employees were helpful and polite.
Better assistance in most areas than Loweβs. Checkouts are average. Customer service desk is super slow. Selection is usually good except for appliances. Usually able to find what I need in most departments.
Its just okay. Prices are fair and stays decently stocked up inventory wise. If you need anything down from top stock dont bother, itll take them half a day. And if you need an answer to a complicated question this is not the place to get it either. But if you know what you need you can be in and out quickly.
I found everything but they need a few more people on there floor. I know times are different. Wasnt a bad experience.
Very helpful, greeted by several staff asking if I needed help. One gentlemen recommended where I could find what I was looking for at another store since they dont carry it. Always a good experience.
Have anything you need to remodel your house, fix up,tools youll need for the job among others things for the seasons. Go there alot for the housing authority and done a dozen houses from gutted, with everything at Home Depot
Bought a rototiller a week ago.It seemed like only one cashier open. The rest were self service cashier. It seemed like we waited a extra few minutes due to only one one cashier. We could not find anyone to ask about rototiller...this was frustrating.
The Home Depot is a fun place to walk through and dream about future renovations. It is also a hotspot for tools and lumber needs. We have always been treated well at the Home Depot.
We have done a TON of business here in the last 4 months, mostly online orders which is nice when things go correctly. However, I have had many issues with them not getting part of the order pulled and if they send you to the Pro side, be prepared to WAIT! The guy actually told us we could go in and look for our cabinet because he couldnt find it. We did find it...but REALLY?!?!
No staff here to help you and if you happen to find a employee they will probably tell you Thats not my department This store here in Twin Falls is dirty and very unorganized. I couldnt even find a lumber cart to get my lumber. I counted 15 yes 15 carts that were loaded with freight waiting to be stocked. The isles were blocked with these carts and pallets of freight. Ive been shopping at Home Depot for over 25 yrs. The staff and management here is making it very easy for me to start shopping somewhere else.
They never have anyone working in the tool department. When you ask to get someone, they dont show up.Lots of employees, but you cant find help. They see you need help and disappear. The cashiers very friendly and willing to help.
If a person checks in for curbside service and there are 4 customer service associates assigned to the customer pickup counter - please know (according to the young man working at the pickup counter) curbside check-ins are not monitored. Nor will any employee (from the department managers, to the person who might be monitoring the outdoor security cameras, to the cart runners, to the dude doing the Traeger Grill demo) be conscientious enough to take it upon themselves to apprise the curbside customers of the situation, inform the pickup counter of the people waiting outside or better yet - take it upon themselves to rectify the situation by either assigning someone who can or simply do it. Example, one man had been patiently waiting for about 30 minutes; but it never once occurred to any customer service associate to either approach the customers waiting or inform the pickup counter of the customers waiting in the stalls. Another patient customer had been sitting there for 15 minutes with a child and multiple pups in his car - very obvious as to why he chose curbside pickup... As for me, I waited for over 15 minutes until I asked the gentleman next to me - How long have you been waiting? Coming up on 30 minutes too long Really, I guess you are way more patient than I Not having a mask, I did not want to enter the store but I had no other option. I approached the back corner of the pickup desk, was told by the young man, there were only 4 people so no one was monitoring curbside pickup, he said sorry many times whilst the other associate next to him gave me stink eye - I had every intention of being politely understanding however after that conversation and that look - what little patience I had left - grumbling out of my mouth, mostly in the form of four letter words. I went back to my vehicle, informed the other patiently waiting customers - Hey, when there are 4 associates working the pickup counter, they do not monitor curbside pickup services. I watched them enter the store, the young man had to leave his pups in the vehicle (keep in mind, today was very hot); pretty sure they did not have masks like myself. Instead I went home, waited an hour then cancelled my order. After years of enduring everything from having my car window mysteriously punked (most likely by another customer loading 2x4s), to bordering on consistent lackadaisical customer service, to hunting down supplies among the dreadfully messy shelves, to sale / promo items being out of stock, to the asinine delivery fee of $79 for bulk items and now this experience - I will never again shop at this location. Maybe another location or an online order (free delivery) however I will never shop at the Twin Falls location - never.
I love the Home Depot! I just wish prices werent always going up!
How do I even start, spent the first two hours very excitingly looking for stuff to improve my house. And decided to go with a loan company called Affirm. Affirm is financial lender of installment loans for consumers to use at the point of sale to finance a purchase. So when I head to check out I have to use a virtual card such as Apple Pay or something that comes out of your digital wallet if you have an iPhone or Samsung pay. The Twin Falls location doesnβt have the systems, you would think with the pandemic that they wouldβve updated to this kind of system. I simply asked the cashier if they had and she said no, so they pointed me to the customer service area and I have worked with customer service area before and they have taken my card physically and put in my number for me when it wouldnβt scan because of the back being so scratched up back in the day and or chip not working. The head lady at customer service kept giving me the eye when she looked at what I was doing just because she was unfamiliar with this whole process and never heard of this. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong by doing this and she kept giving me the look throughout the whole thing. I have worked with other companies such as Walmart and Loweβs to do these kind of transactions and never once have I had a problem typing in the card that Affirm gave me. I was there for two hours and I ended up having to do an online transaction and scanned it all myself. Iβve never been so aggravated in my life. I wouldβve just left if I had lived in the area but I live an hour away and I didnβt want to go home without just anything and have wasted the trip just to go home with nothing. Home Depot please work on this and maybe train your employees on the more current forms of payment. I know itβs not against your policy at the store because the Affirm company does work with your company on multiple transactions throughout the country. It is your soul location that Iβve had a problem with.
Got everything what was needed except one item. Cashier was stressed, 9 am. Manager bumped into me and did not care. Service needs big improvement. π«
Great customer service and an easy-to-follow store layout.
Sometimes it is hard tio get a βHomerβ (store associate) to help you right away, but, other than that, this place has never disappointed me. Everything I ever needed to finish my projects, I have always been able ti find it here at a reasonable rates,
Home Depot is a great place to shop found what I needed. Far cheaper than most places around I would recommend anybody needing home repair to go to home Depot great customer service friendly helpful cant say enough about home Depot
Remembered why I go to Lowes.... Tried asking an employee for help on finding a Husky Tool Chest. Told me to go find a guy named Justin. What? Employee was just standing in the aisle, with nothing going on. At the least, take me to him? Ended up finding somebody to finally help (Didnt find Justin). Website and app showed they had a Husky Tool Chest. This store is so disorganized they ended up not having one, even though the employees device showed there were two in the store. After walking for what seemed an hour, we called it quits. Told me to go ahead an order online for pickup, and hopefully somebody could find it. Then came customer service.... Wow Home Depot... Just horrible customer service. They know that there store is so disorganized they answer you with the most basic open ended answer. There website says same day pick-up. Well according to customer service, its wrong. Why list same day pick-up and not even honor it? Just save your money and time and go to Lowes. For the employee that did end up helping me, Thank you.
I come here for home and auto projects (as funny as it sounds)Always find what I need, good people, and good prices. And being from a family with carpenters, its been many years of working with them, and looking forward to more as I build my own home.
Pretty hit or miss with the quality of the customer experience at this location.
I go to Home Depot over Loweβs mainly because they have the nice self checkout lanes and besides that have more than one checkout lane open at one time. They also seem to keep a better stock of items than Loweβs does.
Always enjoy going to Home Depot. Employees are very friendly & ready to assist. Prices arent bad either, depending on what your purchasing. Definitely recommended...
They have lots to choose from at any of the locations. If they dont have it in store then online is the next best thing for them. This location is usually busy but they have self check out that makes it go by faster. The employees are friendly but dont always go extra to help even if they see you struggling to scan items that wont scan.
Today No-one was willing to help us. We went shopping for a fire table for our back patio. We asked for help, they forgot about us, we asked again and a nice young man came to help us. We took it to the check out counter the lady there was not nice at all. We asked for a propane tank, she was not helpful and made us feel very uncomfortable.π€¨ I dont know why she was rude with us,π€ was it because it was Sunday and she had a rough Saturday night?π€ Anyway, her attitude was uncalled for.βΉοΈ
Scrumptious music. the lighting section is my drug.
I love home depot, but today I had to wait two hours to pick up my order!!!
Im not going to lie, its a home improvement store. They generally check the boxes of what i am looking for. The part i dont like is the checkout. The cashiers are always great, however 9 times out of ten you have to do the self checkout. This always delays the process and inevitably you always have to wait for an associate to fix something or scan something. This problem needs addressed, its inefficient and frustrating. However, in terms of selection and availability of items, home depot cant be beat.
Not my favorite HD of all time, but definitely pleasant(though unfortunately unhelpful)folk. Not sure what I expected in rural ID on a Saturday morning, but they did their best. My suggestion to management would be to have some education around how to answer basic questions, construction knowledge, etc. π
Great customer service. Highly recommend
I used to love Home Depot until I visited this store. We purchased a $100 tree and it died three months after planting it. We dug it up and attempted to return it. The willingness of the employee to assist us in our return was next to none. Unfortunately we did not have a receipt (do you really save plant receipts for months?). I have never had a tree so quickly die on me and I felt I wasted money big time. The funny thing is we first tried lowes thinking wed bought it from Lowes and the employee tried for a half hour to identify the product before finding out it was a home depot product. Big difference in customer service. Give your business to the place that deserves it, which is Lowes (at least in Twin Falls).
We ordered pavers from HomeDepot.com over a month ago and we still have not received it. There are issues with the freight company they hire for these kinds of delivery. I have been volleyed between HomeDepot.com and Estes several time over the past month and I still do not have a delivery date. I spend more time on hold than actually talking to anyone and they asked me to call Estes for them because the hold up was on their end, even though that should have been taken care of by Home Depot. I also was hung up on. Its very frustrating to not get answers on when we will get our product. Only one person (Ava) I talked to was willing to help beyond the normal responses we have been getting every time I call. But though she went above and beyond, we still dont know when we will get what we ordered. I dont think we will be ordering from Home Depot again.
Iamol in gardening and Teresa assisted me with a water faucet key question and they delivered excellent t professional and friendly customer service. Not only did they locate the availability of the product, they actually walkedMe overTo where the item was. We need more explorersLikeTeresa and Iamol. Thank you !!
They are my go-to! The people in the paint department take such good care of my needs!
Dont use them for installation they do a horrible job and use people that install it that are extremely disrespectful. When you call and complain to home depot they dont care at all and basically dont care if you use them again. They say that installation is free but it is actually added to the cost of your carpet on the front end. they send a third party independent contractor in who has no affiliation with home depot. The contractor refused to put carpet in front of doors and other places we wanted. He was very confrontational and mean and attempted to take advantage of my elderly parents. He walked across the floor and told them it was going to be at least 500 more before he ever even introduced himself My dad asked him to leave he did and took the carpet with him. My parents couldnt get the carpet back and it was a huge mess. Home depot pretty much told us tough. We ended up paying another contractor locally to install the carpet costing MORE money.. Dont worry home depot never again!!
While i really enjoy shopping and roaming thru a home improvement store, it seems like you can never find someone to help you find what your looking for..
Always good deals such as the artificial Christmas tree i got today. Its 6.5 feet, frosted, pine cones, and a beautiful pot. Only $99 while being full and moderately heavy! So great we bought 2!!
This place is terrible. The staff is not helpful at all. I asked for help to locate a item i was directed to several places thru out the store and none of them were where the item was located. All the employees just said Im not sure or plain out said I dont know. Worse service ever. The customer service is by far the worse we call to check on a order we placed and they put us in hold and forgot about us for over 30mins. Never shopping here again.
Fast, easy walk in service to pay your Bill...
Was knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for
I had always gone here before Lowes was built, but Lowes is closer to where I live. This time around Lowes didnt have what I was looking for so I gave Home Depot another try. The place was disorderly to say the least. It was difficult to find anything, but maybe Im just used to how Lowes is set up. Ill stick to Lowes.
They only have small things in stock. So many things you have to order online. But... If your dryer breaks, chances are you need a new one today, nope... You gotta wait a few weeks for it to be delivered. Broken window letting in the cold? Gotta order it, and be getto fabulous until it arrives. Gotta hammer in that nail, no problem, we carry hammers. SMH. If you have a question, good luck finding an employee. I have wandered the floor looking for ANYONE to help me, and by the time you find someone, youve forgotten why you were looking for them in the first place. Ok, so maybe thats just me.... There are a lot of good things about Home Depot... I just cant think of them right now.
I like going here, especially since they let me bring my dog in, so she doesnt have to sit in the truck. But its hard to find a lumber cart and anyone to help you.
We purchased aLG washer three weeks ago. It was delivered today. After doing a load of wash it started leaking!! Called Home Depot. We were told that they would have to order another one and it would take another three weeks. We asked if someone could come and look at this washer we were told no. Well bring back our old one and pick this one up. No canβt do that. Well refund my money can do that after we pick up the washer. Will schedule for pickup. Never buy appliances at Home Depot
Spent 2.50 out of necessity, but really HD, cant support you as long as you support Georgia.
Could of been worse, short handed but recieved fast service considering.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy to work with.
Always find what Im looking for and theyre prices are similar to other stores.
They are always going the extra mile to help most likely they will show you where the items you need are
The have what i need to get my job done when on this days everything is all about the SHORTAGE EXCUSE TO SALE AT A HIGHER PRICE. But thank u Home Depot you saved .y day
I ordered some lights, the person assisting me was terrific. Phil was his name. I paid for them and said that I would pick them up. I fully expected a curbside pickup, but when I called I was told that I had to come into the store and wait on line. That was unacceptable as there were about 8 people ahead of me and none were wearing masks. I am very disappointed and will try going back when there arent so many customers. I wanted to inatall the lights tonight. Too bad.
Some stuff was out of stock. In this time its bound to happen
Always love going into your store. Always find what I need and someone is always there to help.
I frequently shone at HD in twin falls, in the past week iβve had wonderful experiences with Debbie, Carrie, and Justina. Attentive, kind, and personable. they all were so kind to my kids and made the shopping experience awesome!
No body to ask for help, only had self checkouts avail. Another home depot without Employees
Signs are always in good condition which is good as like with most home depots the staff wont ask if you need any help. Sad they didnt have what I needed but still a good store to go to and check for things.
Definitely one of the better Home Depotβs Iβve used. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Usually has what I want in stock, or can order swiftly.
I was very happy with Markys
You can always find a Jimmy there to help you and their working to make some deals when they get sales to
Dont let the load your car or truck. They damaged my new enclosed trailer. They paid for it but it took forever
One of the worst hardware stores in Twin Falls IdahoThe staff is dishonest, unfriendly and unhelpfulStarting with the store Manager all the way downhill to about 90% of the staff they are all disorganized, unfriendly and they make it a regular practice to tell lies, obviously the corporate level of people who let these unprofessional people run this Twin Falls Home Depot Store do not care about having or keeping happy customers. This store is a prime example of incompetence at its best.
Twin Falls, Idaho Home Depot: Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for and checkout was quick and easy.
Wait for online orders sucked super bad...at least a hour wait average over 10 different orders.
Joshua K Lowe is a manager at Home Depot. I was having a really hard time with my online order. The item was damaged and missing a part. I was also in a bind because the item I needed had a time crunch. When you order online and have a problem with a item youre supposed to contact online support not in store support.Even with this as a policy Josh stepped in and resolved my problem so that I didnt have to. He was quick and efficient. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays but I found it at the Twin Falls Home Depot on Pole Line.
Very helpful and good customer service
I had a good experience as usual.
This is your typical Home Depot. I do find the staff here very helpful. The store is a bit messy, however.
They have everything you need for home improvement projects, and they support veterans.
They have what youre looking for and have some good deals sometimes
Store has horrible trained employees
They asked you to call 2 hours prior to picking up a special order and then you get there at the time youre supposed to pick it up and you still have to wait a half-hour to get. Not a very good experience
Always friendly service my second home
Friendly and helpful employees. Curbside pick up is awesome because most customers refuse to wear masks.
The customer service here is WAY better than Lowes!
Employees were very helpful with my return and grabbed me the replacement before I was done at the counter.
Employees are always awesome. I wish they better enforced their mask policy. I also whish people better respected the mask policys.
Precut round is special order only. WTH!?!
Ok but didnt have what I needed
I am a contractor. Using HD and Lowes is a must. But I wish management be more on top of the need to provide each department with a knowledgeable staff member to be around more often instead of the customer chasing the infamous orange vest. Management needs to get after their vendor to stay on top of the inventory. This seems to be a national issue.
Always find what I need.
Would have given 5 because it was easy to find what we were looking for however the one thing I needed a guy gave us some random isle not even close to what we were looking for but one of the ladies helped and gave us the correct info.
TL;DR below: We bought a washer and dryer, 3rd party delivery to Jerome... linoleum floor torn up, washer and dryer had cosmetic damage that was not there when we bought them, a dryer cord long enough for a stacking unit was not included, the stacking kit was not included even though on the front of the units there was clear markings that told whoever was wrapping to include the kit,TL;DR and NO ONE is taking initiative to fix our problem, their insurance isnt helping, the 3rd party isnt taking responsibility, corporate isnt helping, everyone is blaming other parties and NOTHING is being done. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WASHER AND DRYERS, or be extremely controlling about how it is installed and handled. Or just go somewhere else completely. The latter is highly recommended.
Great people and lots of options!
Very quick checkout
Went to order items and was told three different delivery prices and stood for over 45 minutes because computer wasnt working. Put order on hold to pick up myself because it is cheaper than having it delivered.
We tried to return a grill without a receipt and they wouldnβt accept it, not a big deal, thatβs understandable. We bought the grill on the 18th of September 2020, when my wife told Jerry this, thinking it might help (at the returns area) he laughed at her and called her a liar. Pretty piss-poor service.
