I called Nu-Ear of Twin Falls and was very pleased with Kim the receptionist and the fact that they could get me quicker than I expected. Shawn. was very personable, professional in his performing the audiology tests. He explained my options very thoroughly, without any hype, or pressure.I have been wearing the units for two weeks now and am completely satisfied with them. The follow-up service has been very interesting and and informative. Over all I would rate the quality of service at 5, and I would recommend Nur Ear of Twin Falls to family and friends.

Do not go here!I booked an appointment for 5/8/20 and had a hearing test and impressions made for new hearing aids. 4 weeks went by with multiple unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls by Shane. I ended up doing my own research to find a product that had enough “gain” to meet my prescriptive needs. Asked for pricing for Phonak Titanium M90 hearing aids. 2 mores weeks went by with no reply. I finally got fed up and emailed Shane my frustration at his lack of responsiveness. He calls me the next day and offers me the Phonak hearing aids for $5600.00 plus $100.00 (hearing test / already paid for) and another $250.00 for fitting / delivery. Total $5950.00. I told him his price was outrageous and too late! 6 weeks?! Called ZIPHEARING.ComPrices are listed and very transparent process. I drove to world of hearing in Boise and paid $4550.00 ( ziphearing reduced their listed price by $250 due to the inconvenience of driving to Boise) SAVINGS $1400.00!!!!!! Avoid this place if you need hearing aids call ZIPHEARING a great company to do business with!

From the moment I called and made the first appointment, my experience has been excellent. The receptionist is kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. Dr Burnham has really taken the time to educate me on my hearing aides and has worked to fine-tune them specifically for me. He has always taken whatever time was necessary to ensure I have the best hearing possible, given my circumstances. Im a newbie to hearing aides and he has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Had an amazing experience with Shawn at NuEar in Twin Falls. Went in for a basic hearing screen and discovered that I have partial hearing loss in one ear. Shawn recommended a hearing aid. Shawn was very patient with my choosing the hearing aid that I am most comfortable with, and now I am hearing much better. Thank you so much.

I have found my visits with NuEar Hearing Center very helpful. All question and instructions have been answered and explained fully. The minor problems I have had have been corrected with no problems. I have been wearing hearing aids over ten years. The hearing loss examination was the best and most complete I have ever had. With my NeEar hearing aid I am enjoying hearing much better.

Shawn really knows his stuff. He and Kay have helped me transition from a world of limited hearing to a world where I can hear what’s going on. And if what I hear is too loud or too cluttered up with noise, I can adjust. Couldn’t do that when my hearing was better.
