Tracie was especially accommodating for my busy schedule. I’ve been with Miracle Ear for over two years and absolutely love their professionalism. They always answer my phone questions with accurate information and offer affordable solutions based on my budget/needs. They gave me free auditory testing, fitted my customized molds and calibrated my hearing aids perfectly. Ryan also worked with me one to one and helped identify the most discreet molds and optimal settings to help my severe hearing loss be as unnoticeable as possible in the workplace. They also worked very well with Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to cover costs where insurance did not. Most importantly, Ryan and Tracie always know their clientele on a first name basis. I absolutely love the their personalized professionalism and can not recommend them enough. My older sister is also deaf and said the service is incomparable everywhere else. I’ve been with Miracle Ear since 2014-2015 when I first got my hearing aids and I have never felt the need to find someone better because they are the best! I love that my hearing aid concerns are taken seriously and I’m 100% included in decisions moving forward. I get birthday cards, I get phone calls to check in. Over the years I have purchased and used three brands of hearing aids and have been served by three companies who were professional. However, Ryan Neider and Miracle-Ear in Twin Falls have done more to improve my hearing than anyone. The hearing aid device I have is so programmable that when I first received them I thought they were great. However, after a few months, I was allowed to come in for cleaning and adjustment that included a total re-exam of my hearing. As a result, the devices were adjusted and I still cant believe how much better I can understand what people around me are saying. All I can say is THANKS!

They are very friendly and always get me in and out in a timely manner. They let me schedule for 11:30 so I dont have to miss to much work. Theyre great!

Twin Falls Miracle Ear has made such a difference in my husbands life. He can hear everything clearly. The smile on his face is priceless.

We take my Grandma, who has dementia here. They are hands down, the number one hearing aid place. They have the most technologically advanced hearing aids, and the most accomodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient staff. The hearing aids are sensitive, and detailed enough, that my Gma can hear music again, and can be controlled with the app on my phone, so they are not painful, and she can still understand us in a noisy setting, say like a busy restaurant. These are expensive, but as most things in life go, you get what you pay for.

Twin Falls Miracle Ear saved me when my hearing aid stopped working while I was away from home/traveling . They checked the hearing out, got it working again and didnt charge me for their expertise.
