I literally spend hours here when I go in to shop. I try on everything and the wonderful and hard thing is that I love practically everything I try on! Too many cute dresses in all sorts of styles - casual, professional, more formal. Shirts are the same. Knee length shorts and comfortable jeans. And they recently started selling shoes and watches... I may own two of each now...And there furniture is so fun and gorgeous too! A lot of character pieces. Each unique in its own way. I may not have the money or space right now for furniture, but one day. And I know where I want to be shopping for it.It truly is my weakness store. And I dont mind it!

I have been to this store a few times. Each time has been a great experience. The manager has been wonderful with helping me find specific items, not only for myself, but for my daughters as well. They are always accommodating and considerate, and willing to work with you on pricing.I will be going back to this store because of the customer service and because of the style of furniture they provide. Audra and the ENTIRE staff at Down East were so amazing to work with for my baby nursery stuff. They were the best when I returned everything pink for blue.. They even walked me through new crib options.. I cannot express my gratitude to them for dealing with a 7 month pregnant person that was mid meltdown.

Something is very off with this store. Consistent poor customer service. 2 diff managers, never called me back when they said they would, multiple times. Furniture came in late and damaged. The manager never corrected the problem, never sent anyone to fix it, never called to apologize. I had to bring it back, then 2 months later, I still have no refund. The associate didnt know how to refund. The manager that I spoke to never processed my refund nor sent a check. This Twin Falls location in particular is very poorly managed and the associates are not knowledgeable about prices and processes. I was told the wrong price 2 different visits, then after I purchased a large ticket item, I was called and asked to come back and pay more money because she accidentally charged me $40 short...who does that? I gave her the correct ticket off of the item and still I was charged the wrong sale amount? No one called me the day of Or day after they initially said my item would be in. I went into the store and waited 30 minutes for someone to come tell me they still didnt know if my item was in yet. Its just been a trying nightmare. Finally I got my item, picked it up with helpers in a truck, only to get it home and find it was broken. Not my idea of good customer service or good business practice at all. After all this, they STILL dont call me to follow up and say theyre sending me a refund, that same refund they didnt send 2 months ago. I dont feel compensated, or valued. If I hadnt tracked them down repeatedly, I would have never gotten my money back. In fact I dont know if they really will send it or not. Buyer beware. I have heard from three other friends who have had similar experiences with this particular store. Theyre giving Downeast a bad rep. I will not shop at this store ever again.

I gotta be honest this Twin Falls Downeast Home puts all Utah stores to shame. Looks, feels and smells like a high-end retailer—not like a “scratch and dent” section of a furniture store. (Insert heart-eyed emoji). Staff was rad. Pricing is awesome. Left with a purchase that I’m stoked about...even my credit card is happy. #winning

I absolutely LOVE this store. Their prices are very reasonable, I bought a couch, buffet table, dinning table, and four chairs for under $2,000. The women working here are extremely friendly and accommodating.

I just bought a sleep evolution mattress and I am so pleased. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding this product and in helping me choose the right one. I highly recommend Downeast.

Was in with my wife recently trying to buy some furniture. The store manager reeked of what smelled like alcohol and was slurring. Seemed like she didn’t even know what she was talking about. I’m never coming back in again. Sad to see that happen to such a good store.

Very good customer service. I like how the store is divided into different sections such as, classic, minimalistic, and farm house. It makes shopping in the store so much easier being able to see the different combinations in different product.

I purchased a dining set in February. I was told the chairs wouldn’t be available until May. Toward the end of May I called and they were very unorganized and it took a couple tries to find the right person that could locate my order and then informed me the chairs won’t be available until July. I’m now seeking a refund and dealing with these people is so frustrating, I could cry. It’s day two, I’ve spent hours on the phone, spoken to customer service in Utah, I’ve probably talked to six different people, and they all have to talk to someone else to get authorization or some information and they promise to call me back. No one has called me back, so I call again and get the same thing. I still have not been refunded. Don’t go to this furniture store. Their incompetence and lack of customer service has made me regret ever walking into their store.

We love the staff at the Twin Falls Downeast!!! My husband and I have only gone in a few times, but they have remembered us and have done everything they can to make sure we were happy! Carla and BreAnna have been especially great!

She loves the store & thinks it deserves a 5 stars.Time is 3:29 Was there about 15 minutes agoBut she thinks a she had a 4-star experience today.We were second in line behind 2 blond women. They were talking about their reward system that associates with a phone number. My mom is signed up as well.It was our turn & i heard the male cashier tell the trainee that she didnt need to ask for a phone number from usHe said it super quietly but I heard it just barely. Sure enough she didnt ask if we had a rewards number.Just leaves you wondering why we werent special enough to be asked. You could speculate a thousand possibilites of why but I will not make a mountain out of a mole hill.Still she loves the store & will definitely be back.Sorry we werent up to par.She loved her shoes though. Thank you for offering the buy one get one off deal.

I’ve shopped here so many times I shouldn’t admit it in the two years I’ve lived in Twin Falls. Everyone that works there is always so kind and helpful! They even remember me when I return which is such a rare thing anymore. They sell the most amazing curtains and bed linens ever and it’s super high quality that you will not find anywhere else in this town. Not only will you not find the quality anywhere else you won’t find the extremely discounted prices either. I don’t even want to post this because it’s such a treasure I would like to be selfish and keep it to myself!! It’s a must if you are in the need for anything fashion or home goods. 11/10 recommend!

Had a horrible experience with Assistant Manager Beka. I initially talked to Monica about purchasing the Paladin Leather sofa and Loveseat. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture but I wasnt quite ready to make the purchase. I went in later in the week in the evening. When I entered the store no one came to the front of the store even though I was spending time showing the furniture that I wanted to purchase to the friends who were with me. Finally we approached an employee who was in the back of the store and requested help. This employee was named Beka. She was very rude and dismissive of my questions. I asked her about discounts, delivery, etc. I left the store deciding that I would no longer do business at this store due to the rudeness of her responses. My neighbors even offered to drive to Boise with me to find similar furniture that I might like as well as this set. Shortly after this exchange I was speaking to an acquaintance and asked her where she worked. She said that she worked at Down East. I relayed the issue that I had at the store to her. She assured me that if I came back to the store she would make sure that I was taken care.
