I ordered copies online 9/20/20. I ordered 40 pages black and white flyer copies. I called the physical store the next morning. They could not find my order. I waited a few hours and went to the store personally. I waited in line patiently. I got to the counter, they took a copy of my online receipt and I was told that the manager would call me.In the meantime I went to a competitor and had my order done in 10 minutes. The copies look great.In the afternoon the UPS store manager called me and told me to email my order to the store email and they would have my order done within the hour. So I emailed my order in and asked for someone to please call or text me when it was done so that I could pick them up. No phone call, no text for the rest of the day.9/22/20 I call when they open. I cant get through and have to leave a voicemail. By 3 pm, I still heard nothing. So I called again. This time someone answered and I was told they were done yesterday. So I drive down and pick them up. I drive back home where I sit down and inspect their print job. The last line of print is missing on the flyer which leaves out my contact information and pretty much renders these flyers useless.Needless to say this was one of the worst transactions that I have ever dealt with and I will be definitely using a local company from now on.
Staff very helpful and friendly. No rudness at all. $2.00 charge for shipping labels to be printed for you; claiming charges are for possible viruses shared through email.Print your label before you arrive.
This is a very reliable UPS Store. They have everything you need and whenever I am shipping something for my mom, this is where I go to. It really is one of the better shipping stores in Twin Falls.
We’ve entered the age of “the customer is usually in the wrong” in customer service. My interaction today at the UPS Store in Twin Falls is just the latest example. There’s something mysterious about renting a mailbox on a Wednesday afternoon which makes it impossible to do. In fact, to rent a mailbox requires an appointment. The store is open. There are people behind the counter. I’m a customer who has driven from home, to the store, debit card in hand — ready money to spend — but mysteriously, the ladies behind the counter can serve all customers but me. I have to set an appointment. That’s okay. I’ll vote with my money. UPS customer service has declined and I’ll avoid UPS forevermore thanks to this interaction. Hopefully my readers will too. // Edit to react to the store’s response — what would have been most convenient for me, the customer, would have been to address my needs in the same order that I came in the store. I will never comprehend the idea that you can’t take my money when I’m there, ready to pay for a service, no matter what language you use to say you want to “serve me better”. Better is what’s better from my perceptive, not yours.
This review is for UPS in general in the Twin Falls area not particularly for this store...If I could give 0 stars I would. This UPS has misdelivered my 85 yr old grandmas packages EVERY SINGLE time. Her address is North and they take it to West EVERY time. She doesnt get her birthday or Christmas gifts ever. We have called and complained about this several times and they STILL mess it up. I do not understand why it is so hard to get North, South, East and West correct for this company. So disappointed. If I could choose who would deliver the package when ordering stuff for her online they would never be my choice. It is so sad my Grandma doesnt receive her gifts.
I’m in this store a few times a month and have never had a bad experience. Even with all the chaos with how things are because of this pandemic. That hasn’t changed their exceptional customer service. Great job ladies!!!!! Keep it up!
Fast and friendly service! I often have to go during my lunch break and I’m always in and out in a timely manner. Everyone always greets me with a smile and they know me by name! Love this place!

Went in the other day to get a paper notarized a gal named Kyndel was there she had the best attitude ive received in a long time. She knew nothing about my situation going on and went above and beyond what I was expecting this girl is an amazing employee and absolutely a better person. I never write reviews but she deserves one for herself and her company. Great job UPS!!!
Before I write my review, I want to preface it by saying this is about UPS as a whole and not only this location. I ordered a package and received an email from UPS saying it was left by my front door. It was not. When I called customer service to find out where exactly it was put, I was told that it wasnt UPS that actually delivered it and that for security reasons they couldnt tell me who did. I talked to a different gentleman today who was more help than any of the other 3 people I talked to about this issue beforehand so to him, THANK YOU! Avoid using UPS to ship things if you can. Ive never had anything but trouble when it comes to deliveries.

I stopped by the store today to ask a few questions regarding some packages I need to send out of state I felt terrible because the girls working were so busy, but they did not make me feel rushed at all. Liz in particular. She answered every question I had and was very professional and friendly. I am blown away with how amazing everyone was today. Thank you again for the great experience. I meant to post this last week. I’ve always had great service here but this particular interaction was exceptional. Kyndel was the only one working at the time and she was BUSY! She was dealing with multiple customers in the store, trying to help resolve a few issues, acknowledging everyone and thanking them for their patience. Did I mention she was also manning the phone. What impressed me the most was the service she was providing and doing it with a smile. Thanks for making my day and I hope everyone was as kind to you.

The store did not open at its posted opening hours. Had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. Was sending a 24in x 6in package and was quoted a price of $79 with insurance. Without it was still nearly $60. Since I elected not to spend money to have it shipped I would have rated my experience 0*. So charitably they got 1. I was told that it cost so much because I was sending it to Wisconsin a distance of 1500 miles

I love these guys. Theyll keep your box info private, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, and Ling might even teach you some Mandarin. I feel like theyre my very own office staff sometimes. Theyll email me when important packages show up and I can print there in a pinch. Well worth the annual box rate.
Notary apparently takes 2 hour lunch breaks, even with appointments. Then gives us a bright pink pen to sign with. And now my escrow company is contacting me saying she didn’t notarize the documents correctly so we need to get her contact info so they can hopefully fix it over the phone. Would absolutely not recommend, incompetent.
All my USP packages go here, they are always very friendly and helpfulthe bookkeeping needs some time to make sure they record payments and account credits accurately.

I made an appointment, online, to get a document notarized at 9:00 am. I showed up on time to my appointment. I was informed by the employee that the manager Joel is the only one who can do notaries and he doesnt come in until ten. I was trying to leave town and this delayed my departure. I dont understand why the website allows one to set up an appointment at this time if it is not a possibility. Furthermore, I made this appointment nearly a week in advance. I know the manager, Joel, must have received some sort of notification of this appointment. He chose not to contact me and attempt to reschedule. He also could have altered his schedule to make the appointment. To just have me show up is extremely rude and inconsiderate as well as horrible customer service. I will no longer do any business here. The only reason i gave this place two stars instead of one is because the lady at the counter was polite and professional.

Im all for making a profit, but charging $8.00 more to ship a flat rate USPS box is ridiculous. Drove another block to the Mail Room and cost $6.00 less. Shouldnt price gouge just because its the holiday season.

Terrible service. The kid at the counter couldnt even count change and gave up dumping it in my hand.Next visit I had trouble with a package shipped from their store that had no tracking updates for two days. I asked to speak to the manager. A lady came to the counter but she was very difficult to understand because she didnt speak English very well. I couldnt get an answer from her why it hadnt been shipped from their store.Call UPS to get help but they said they cant do anything for me because the UPS Store isnt really part of UPS its just a franchise that doesnt abide by their rules. I will go direct to UPS in the future to avoid the hassle.
I use them at least once a week joel and the crew go abouve and beyond to get your package to the destination in a timely manner !!!
We took clothes and batteries to them to ship to Puerto Rico. New manager and clerk would not box and ship batteries. I showed them a USPS bulletin about shipping these batteries in United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. I went to post office and they readily accepted the items and shipped them.

Although the sign days they open at 8 am M-F, Ive been in twice at 8:15 am and 8:20 am and the metal gate is still up and there isnt a single soul to help you.

Never do you leave 2 packages outside the front door of an apartment complex. People will steal stuff and its on your shoulders. Especially when its a lot of money. Im beyond ticked.
