Walgreens Pharmacy in Twinsburg refuses to fill my doctor’s prescription. They think they know better than my doctor what I should be taking. Shame on you

Slow service and employees are not knowledgeable. Apparently they don’t do Western Union services despite the sign hanging over the photo counter?? Employees are also to scan customers causing a long line and nobody comes to help. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Great prices on most items. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Great place to have photos made

Best pharmacy. Only pharmacy that carries childrens liquid sudafed that I can find.

Staff is helpful in store and pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff was very nice and my prescriptions were ready 15 minutes earlier than they had told me it would take.

Pharmist was excellent in helping get dos pint codes to lower the cost of my medications! They were great about calling my Doctor to notify him that this was not typically how he prescribed my meds. Love this walgreens

Its a real pleasure to get my prescriptions at Walgreens. The customer service is great! Dan is pleasant, helpful, courteous, and will go the extra mile to be of service. Always a smile, always friendly.

Pharmacy was extremely helpful. Arrived right at closing and they were very accommodating as we were getting medicine for our 2 yr old with an ear infection. Would go back again. Thank you to their staff!

Ordered 2 photo ornaments. Notified by UPS they were delivered to their mailbox. After more than 2 weeks the store cannot find them.Manager Robert was no help and didn’t seem interested in looking for it any farther than he could reach. Absolutely pathetic staff service.

I stopped in to get my pictures put on a DVD....Me being a little old white woman had to deal with a black man by the name of Ethan...{ no name tags on anyone...and ya know they all look alike, and what kind ofname is Ethan for a black man ?Anyway....KUDOS. Awesome Young Man And I could understand every word he said.Kidding aside...he was a pleasure to talk to and he was very helpful.

I have multiple prescriptions that I have to fill every month for my son, so to say I am here often in an understatement. Tearina in the pharmacy is the absolute worst employee I have ever had to deal with - to the point that I pulled all of my prescriptions and went to another pharmacy. I have witnessed her be rude and nasty to other pharmacy employees and other customers and recently I had the privilege of experiencing her snarkiness first hand. She was a complete condescending brat when I asked a simple question when she used pharmacy language that I had never had anyone use regarding my many many prescriptions before. Will NEVER fill another prescription there again as long as she is there. So disappointing! I hope the higher ups realize that she is poorly representing the pharmacy and losing money for them when people leave due to her behavior.

Just left the DriveThru. The young man made a huge error with our prescription pickup....took quite a while to rectify (while we held up the entire line). The disturbing part is, that he never apologized, never said thank you.....NOTHING! He was very rude.
