Almost every time I come to this location they’re drive through is always closed like yesterday night it was or the can’t make drinks since all of their drink machines are down which is inconvenient. Something is always down or in the morning I have to come inside and order with a Sheetz card which means some day I drive there for no reason at all and leave unsatisfied. I understand it’s hard to find staff right now but at this point it seems like they just don’t want to make any drinks. It’s odd that they couldn’t make lemonade, Latte or frozen even though they are not the same machine.

Generally good experience as with most Sheetz locations. Ive come here for years. Most recently I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The trash outside by the pumps was overflowing and the shelves were not stocked. Virtually no water options and most energy drink options also not stocked. Id rate lower if that was my only time visiting.

Drive thru closed because can’t retain quality employees. So...Went to BK across the street. Drive thru open, but staff seemed unamused they were at work.I have to stop eating fast food. I am unamused at their lack of ambition/concern to provide a service.

Service is really slow. Only one person ever working the registers. Always a huge line. Coffee taste like week old reused grinds even though they claim its fresh. Would not recommend twinsburg sheetz to anyone. Coolers are always half empty. Trash location dont waste your money there.

Check that your food is properly cooked! My pork sandwich was so undercooked its pink. Thanks for the risk of food poisoning.So I went back with raw pork that wasnt even hot. I was told that was how it comes to us... No control over food? Am I getting that right?

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich, I recommend this location. Last time there around midnight on 9/28 I waited after ordering for over 20 minutes, while the store wasn’t busy, finally got food and they still messed the order up. Tonight 10/5 I went to drive thru, waited to order for a few minutes, then sat in line for 20 minutes before leaving and going somewhere else. I’ve emailed corporate before in the past, but if you have 1 person making food maybe there should t be 200 items on the menu. It’s ridiculous.

I ordered my food online and when I hot there noone had the headsets on to greet the customers. So I pulled around and 2 cars in front of me no big deal. Then I pull up to the window and i wait 6 minutes for someone to come to the window.and then after i got my hotdogs they do not even steam the hot dog bun. This is not the first time I had this issue with the one in Twinsburg. I ho to sheetz at least once a week . I have no issues with other area sheets... #fire everyone. #start over

I played frisbee with the boys here at 9 at night. I ate a hot chip and it was ✨spicy✨ and then someone nailed a car with it and I was like nopeeeee

Dirty store with a poor selection of products. The printers on the pumps don’t work. Looking forward to the BP across the street opening.

Always low stocked, empty shelves. Food service is slow. If there is another Sheetz you could go to, dont stop at this one.

Dan the cashier rubs your product throughout his hands and fingers several times while you swipe a credit card to pay. In the midst of a coronavirus pandemic.He even refuses to give you the product first, before he rubs enough times. It must be his everyday pleasure for us to dont come back.

Always love this location. Been going here for over 10 years now but now Ive been going during themthe due to a new schedule and one of the older cashiers is just always rude and always seems like the customers are inconveniencing her when the come up to the counter with their purchase

Cheap diesel- $2.99 on 11.06.19.They have diesel, gas, kerosene. Driendly staff. They have own kitchen that make food. You will find almost everything you need. Clean restrooms. Overnight parking for some semi-trucks. I will visit this place one day again.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes when I was 2 to next in line a cashier waved me over and then left. I stood another few minutes and waited for someone thinking maybe the cashier next to me who clearly saw what happened would help me. NO! HORRIBLE place even though there were like 10 of them walking around no one to help. I left my stuff on the counter and walked out

The good its 24hrs....the bad they are always short staffed, drink coolers rarely stocked, trash outside is usually overflowing, food orders can take a long time etc

Wow! What is up with all the litter/trash around the outside of this place????? Looks so bad I didnt trust that the inside was any better so we left. I would highly suggest getting it cleaned up.

I like going to the place and the coffee is very good. Not to crazy about what I see behind the counter. Some of the workers dont treat their fellow employees fair, namely the minority employees. Very obvious. Dont know if its a jealous thing or what, but I observed closely.

This service and these homemade milkshakes are the best ever. Great size value and ingredients! Beats any ice cream place!

They have some very good milkshakes and a drive thru if you dont feel like getting out of your car. Good stuff.

Kid went out of his way to help me .not just another dumb kid behind the counter. Nice to see need more like him

We can clearly see they are not sandwich artists here. Im not even sure how they expect you to eat this. Gas was cheap or I would have rated lower for the food quality.

Terrible experience, not only would the cashier not accept my interim document, which says it was issued only yesterday, in place of my card ID. I said I would just not purchase the tobacco product, proceeded to the tank to pump my gas and it was not working. I go back inside and the cashier tells me she canceled the whole transaction, even after I did I still wanted gas. My time was wasted and I just went across the street.

I just had a bad experience with a rude cashier. I selected some beer with a price of $8.99 and it rang up at $9.99. I told the cashier it should be a dollar less and she told me it must have been in the wrong spot. So I asked her to take a dollar off and she said she already put it in at $9.99.So I said I didnt want it. Then she cancelled the transaction and told me to put it back.

Brittany working in the kitchen was very rude. food is overpriced. Solon has Arbys and Burger King open Taco Bell right next door is better and cheaper.

The people who work here are great . Also super friendly and efficient on moving the line to checkout. Good prices great food and always window wash to clean the windows by the gas pumps . Only downfall is once in awhile scammers hang around asking for money .

Horrible slow service in the drive through! Employees were a couple of kids messing around and hanging out. I was sitting there for 25mins waiting on a snack wrap that was sitting in the bag ready to go after just 8mins but the kid didn’t realize it until i sat there for so long then gave me the bag. I realize this is a gas station but come on 25mins and cold food? that’s unacceptable

Giving it 5 stars because the mens room has a changing station and a baby/toddler chair. Super convenient when traveling with kids.

This is the only sheets that gets my salad right. Everyone has bad experiences but mine hasnt been.

I go here daily and order food off the mto and the last 2 weeks every order has been burnt buns and ice cold meat and eggs will no longer spend my money with this location
