Small but nice. No long lines. Selection of some items limited, but great for running in for a few quick items.

Its convenient to go to but the fruits and meat are not always the freshest. The seafood counter needs a good cleaning and they need to maybe buy less as it sits and smells. Good fish never smells.

Bradley is a wonder employee I love this store.

I like there selection of foods here, where I get both specialty foods and basics. I use coupon apps along with the deals with the advantage card deals. I wish that I could order online and pick up in person, but other than that, the customer service is very good.

Wasnt having the best day personally but needed to stop at Giant Eagle for a few things before heading home. Normally Id use self-checkout on these days so I wouldnt have to interact, but was waved into lane by a very kind young man. Bradley was kind and efficient and even though the interaction was minimal, helped make my day better. Thank you! Great staff at this location - keep it up!

Recently the bakery took care of our wedding cake. Due to an issue beyond their control, they made sure the Solon location ultimately took care of. So thankful and was impressed not only by the lovely cake but they did it seamlessly. No stress for the bride. Highly recommended!! Best to the baker we absolutely enjoyed when we ordered with her too!

Excellent attitude and great service!Meat department employee went in the back to get me three smaller size packages of ground beef (packages in refrigerator case were too large).Health and beauty area employee did a price check on vitamins that were unmarked and rang them up at clearance price for me.We love GE!!!

Worst company ever I worked there during the pandemic they had me do produce and nothing could get done the managers did nothing and the other people working there did nothing I was put on carts because they did not have people to do that and then I was put on mask duty because there was no one to do that. I has went to my manager multiple times about crazy costsmers and they did nothing and at one point I had a customer threaten me and they would not call the police or get the manager on duty I ended up walking out that day. Do not shop there + everything is expired and overpriced they have the worst costsmer service and they literally have mold in there dairy frigeraters

I stopped by here so many times since its on the way home and recently I was very disappointed because my fruits went bad in a day or two. This has been an issue for the last couple months! Decided to shop elsewhere for fruits and meats and maybe not returning to this location so often.

Very nice store, clean and very friendly people. Got my Covid vaccine there. The Pharmacist was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely go back again.

I love everything about Market District. The different departments & the great selections. The ethnic aisles are very good also. Wish there were more of them. Much better than Giant Eagle in my opinion. .

As usual, Giant Eagle is a great grocery store. First time in this particular store. Recommend this Giant Eagle and all Giant Eagle stores.

Even with covid going on and everything being as chaotic as it is, its nice to see that a shopping market such as this one is still up and running and following all the procedures they should be to keep employees and customers safe, and as always its quick and easy to get in and out too!

Very helpful here. A gentleman has to go in the back warehouse for me to get a particular item for me. He was happy to do it for customer service. Lots of registers open. Well stocked shelves.

Place good & clean. Electric carts horrible, shopping takes longer because every time you need to turn the crawls & stops.

Attentive, helpful and courteous staff. They had everything we needed.

This is not my favorite Giant Eagle, the zig zag navigation through the store because of the liquor and wine displays is a bit tedious. Not crazy about the produce, but I did like the meat selection. Ive never seen osso bucco in a giant eagle nor beed hind shank, so a heads up for that. Just cut the osso bucco a little longer!

Well stocked. I have a total of 1 visit so maybe its because of Covid-19 but the product layout seemed erratic. Things were not group appropriately to make them easy to find. Variety was limited, this seemed to be due to the small store size.

The location is super convenient and the staff has always been super friendly! I remember one time I accidentally broke a gigantic bottle of wine while checking out (🙄😳) and the staff were so understanding and nice! The only thing I will say is I think this location could use some updating. The organization of the store is a little different than other Giant Eagle’s I’ve been to.

Very disappointing. They Ran out of chicken thighs... really !!! Very poor managing in meat dept. The lady helping me... in the meat dept... had no idea about what I wanted. Chicken thighs for 99 cents a pound.

The front end folks are always super nice...particularly the two ladies are seemingly always there but the front is always understaffed. Meat department has very little service or personnel. Much prefer Streetsboro.

Kitchen selection is always limited, and the first thing you smell when you walk in the door is ALWAYS the seafood counter...

The bakery is frustratingly limited. We often end up at Heinens just so we can get fresh bread and bagels. Today is Sunday and when I asked if there are any fresh bagels. I was told no and directed to isle 1 which had shelves of non-fresh bagels loaded with preservatives.I wish we had a Market District.

Not a bad store..some nice people but two actual registers open then all self serve....costing people jobs and not dropping my price...tired of the self check out....once I got home we cooked the NY Strip Steak regular price $11.99 and on sale for $7.99 a pound...grainy and total unable the chew...thinking a chain saw would have had a tough time..Total waste of $13.98 and never will make this mistake again...

Staff are always friendly and the store is neat and clean. That is 5 stars. The store looks old and too organized. Not warm and inviting. I used to shop there almost daily. Now maybe once every 6 months. I had a parasite 3 inches long in frozen giant eagle chicken. They are supplied be Tyson. I had consumed half the bag. They offered to replace it. That was it. Couldnt eat chicken for over a year. Now I go to a local butcher. Numerous times I bought fresh produce that was almost perfect on the outside only to be black slimmy mold inside. Im done with this store. Fix it or close!

Wide variety with competitive prices.

Everyone (employees) is always friendly and polite (especially Maria.). The pharmacy team members are ALWAYS helpful (especially Lindsey, trainee). It is smaller and more cozy that most other Giant Eagles. The produce is very fresh and very nicely organized and presented.

Only option in the downtown and close to the hotel and other outlets. But the store and staffs are very courteous.

I love this store! First time. Very clean, organized, fresh produce and items I dont see at Solon. Easy to shop. I saw a female clerk helping an elderly woman read her grocery list, finding the products for her and putting them in her cart. Something u dont see much of these days. Awesome. Goodbye Solon. Prices are high but the food is fresh, especially the produce. I love the fuel perk program that they have and they come in handy in a pinch.

Good Selection, but finding a cashier in the check out lines is frequently difficult. In general, I do not like being forced to get loyalty cards, however in order to utilize their self Checkouts you either have to wait for an attendant to scan the store card for you (which can take a while, the attendant for the self checkout is often busy with other things), or get one yourself. For that reason it makes it a bit difficult to make this a go-to for anything you need to stop in quickly and get, especially when Walgreens is also right up the street.

I take away a tar becaue Giant Eagle needs some serious competition in the Cleveland OH market (hello Kroger). This location is good.

Place is a sham of a grocery store. I only stop there when other places are closed or its something extremely simple. Like bread and milk... How could you need that up right? Wrong! Stopped in on a Monday evening in the middle of August the bread shelf was barren looked like the Apocalypse had hit all they had was the 5 dollar loafs of fancy bread. So I run over to the milk I just need a half gallon of 2 or 1% I dont care what brand..... Nothing at all.... I am dumbfounded. This place should be shut down. They should be ashamed to call it a grocery store. Shelves are clearly never stocked, meat and produce are garbage. I wont be back. Ever. Id rather drive to the market district in Solon and over pay then patronize this dump.

Good selection...always clean

Produce was nice (no molded grapes, strawberries, or tomatoes). My car cart was horrible; it wouldnt turn and it wobbled loudly. At least people knew we were coming; so they could move. It was a little after 12PM and the hot food section was pretty much bare. This was sad.Poultry area was clean, and fresh seafood.As with any grocery place they could have opened another line, but the one we were in moved quickly. If I had the time I would have driven down to Market District.

This place is old and it shows. The produce is pitiful. Cant find the fresh herbs you want and the highly perishables are always highly perished - finding a good mushroom is impossible. The workers, who used to be so pleasant, are thoughtless and mean. If you need one or two staples, you might find what you need. Otherwise, theres a Heinens and a Market District just up the street.

Its not bad I guess I was in from out of town and had to use the self checkout lane which is normally fine except I was not able to even purchase anything with a Giant Eagle card. This was annoying as we have Giant where we live and are not forced into using a store points card in order to purchase something. The only reason this got a two star is because of inconvenience as I was in a hurry and had to ask several people to borrow their giant eagle card in order to check out.

I found everything I was looking for, and was out the store in decent amount of time. The staff is very efficient.

This is one of their better grocery stores. The workers care and I imagine the customers are kind. Twinsburg is a great place for families and raising kids in general.

Some items were not marked with a price. Others were difficult to find. The employees were very nice and helpful. This is a store that carries certain types of products and not others. Some of the milk had today as a sell by date.

One of the smaller and older Giant Eagle stores in the area. Recently expanded the beer section which was nice. But would rather travel up the road to the much nicer Market District store in Solon. Also seems to always be short on cashiers.

We make at least one visit to Giant Eagle every time we are in Twinsburg. Great store!

This is always a nice store. Right now 11-17 they are remodeling. Good hot food selection.

They layout is a little tight... on a busy day there isnt a lot of room to get by other shoppers. There is obviously a ton of food (theyre not running out of items), but there arent a lot of options. One or two brands per product, a Giant Eagle / Market District version, and thats about it.

The customer service at the Twinsburg location is subpar at best. I questioned a clerk about a policy and then she said “why are you giving me a hard time”....I’m sorry I was just looking for clarity. Upset I asked for the manager, Ron, who stopped me before I even got a few words out and said, “she already explained it to me, I don’t need your take on it”. WOW ridiculous. This is how they talk to their customers. Ron talked to me in a condescending and sarcastic way and never answered any of my questions. Take your business elsewhere, the store is dirty, out of code product on the shelf, the AC was broken for several days, and no beard or hairnets in the deli section.

The Twinsburg Giant Eagle is outdated compared to all of the neighboring Giant Eagles. I wouldnt mind so much other than I have a much harder time finding things here. Maybe the organizational methods are out of date too. Unfortunately, the produce is not very fresh. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love the workers at Twinsburg couldnt ask for better, friendlier, just helpful people! I hope Giant Eagle treats them as good as they treat their customers! !!!! The bagged my groceries all wrong

Very difficult to find items l came to purchase. Merchandise not priced on displays. Center end isle display red licorice had large signage for a dollar off, but no retail price on display. A dollar off what price. No personal to assist with locating merchandise or answer questions regarding price. Check out line was understaffed customers were three and four deep at the few open registers. Very poor management considering Friday afternoon before holiday weekend. This is why I try not to shop at Giant Eagle. However, store was clean and new too bad they couldnt invest more money in customer service.

I love Giant Eagle, but much prefer Market District Giant Eagle. Hopefully well get one.
