My experience with this dealer was really good. I was disappointed because they dont offer military/veteran incentives though. As for my customer experience aside from that, I would rate that 5 stars all the way. I never set foot into the dealership because I live 700 miles away. I did everything over the phone, email with the dealer and DocuSign with my bank. Paublo was my sales rep, and Hallie is who I spoke too in some cases and they both were extremely responsive and helpful. It took just at two weeks to close the deal and have the Talon on its way to my home. This dealer had the best price too. We found this out by calling multiple dealers from Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana. This dealers fees were minimal in comparison to other dealers which I found to be best customer practice. I couldnt have been more pleased with how easy they made it and how they worked with me. At first, it seemed it would be a little difficult because I was so far away, but after speaking with Paublo and Hallie, and them speaking my bank representative, everything flowed very smoothly, and super fast. I would shop again with this dealer if I find myself looking for another unit.
Courtney in Parts is a Professional in Customer Service .Friendly, Nice, Respectful and cares what the Customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure the Customer is happy . This place is trash!!! They leave you bike out in weather, over inflated prices on repair work, I wanted to discuss repairs on my bike with the service manager and I was told he was to busy to talk to me. Maybe it was because I was a black man and didnt deem me worthy of his time! All I know is I will never enter or refer anyone to this place again. What a waste of time even going to this establishment.
Being an authorized Gravely dealer, I expected them to stock more parts. They didn’t even have blades in stock. I usually prefer to shop local but ended up going with Amazon on this one.
Never went in the store cause I just had surgery, and I was with my mother as she had just picked me up from the hospital. But, the store looked nice and clean from the outside and the staff that I did see were very busy helping the customers

We bought a 2021 Can am Maverick after taking it on one trip we had trouble with the starter. We took it back to Broadway Powersports and they set it outside and left it there for weeks. It took us staying on them to see what was wrong with it. Three weeks later they informed us nothing was wrong and to come pick it up. My husband picked it up and we brought it home and it was still having the same issue. They did absolutely NOTHING for three weeks!!! After we did the research, we did videos of the problem and sent to the maintenance manager. We figured out what was wrong and let their service department know there was a recall problem with the starter. We had to bring it back and of course leave it another week and they fixed it. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They are lazy and have no accountability for the way they treat their customers. They sell you something and could care less if it has issues, we have friends having the same issues with their Can am, they can’t get any help. Go somewhere else where your appreciated.
Wanted to buy ATV today. Web site advertises 1-price then when you go in its another price cause all the sudden they add a winch, and 4k more onto advertised price... this was 3rd time I tried to buy from them...all to be told the price we advertise is not right because we need to sell our accessories too.

Kawasaki had a demo day. Between getting to try different motorcycles and the selection they have inside it would be hard to not find the right fit. I will definitely buy from them again.
Early March 2021 I ordered and purchased a new Mule. Took delivery in late March. Everything looked and operates great. I have since returned and purchased a roof, winch, head rest, and axillary lights. After a month I realized there was no “horn” installed. At the time I ordered the Mule, I received a list of the included equipment and on that list was a horn. Today I returned to my salesperson and was told the horn is optional costing $50 plus installation. I questioned why it was included as standard equipment in my sales document, and was told Kawasaki discontinued horns as standard equipment, even though it’s still listed as standard equipment. It’s not going to break me to buy the horn, but it’s the little things that a businesses like Broadway Powersports grow or stain their reputation. I’ll purchase the horn and windshield elsewhere.
Great time here. My new candy store. Brought my second hand bike in to have them go over everything and that they did. Sounds great, all new fluids, tuned and even caught a few thing I missed. I will be drooping off my classic once a year to keep her in top shape from now on. I am not a big fan of salesmen hovering. I was free to brose at my leisure and they were helpful with all questions. One of these days I will be riding out of here with a brand new top of the line Indian chief. :) Just got to talk the wife into it.

My mom and dad went into a his place looking for a atv for my son their grandson for his birthday, they didn’t have much luck. They spoke to Adam Ward a manager showed them 3 atvs which someone sold back to them, my parents where going to purchase one for their grandson for his 11th birthday. After being told they would inspect and detail the atv on Tuesday, Wednesday not ready Thursday not ready. My son and I came down from Dallas to pick the atv up and ride it, after several phone calls my mother and I went by the place after speaking to several sales people who said oh yeah those have been sold with my response being yeah one to us. After waiting and waiting we where told that the atvs had been sold and our sales guy Clint or Cole not sure of his name said he had no knowledge of them being sold. So needless to say my son my parents grandson is very up and disappointed. Way too go Broadway Powersports way to disappointment!!!!!!!!!

Easy place to spend a pocket load of money. After they count it, they lost interest in me. Adam ended up helping me and possibly averted me bail charges. I have an issue now, so I will report how it goes after 25k cash spent . In their defense, they were consolidating into one shop in the middle of my initial dealings. Hopefully, your mileage may vary.

So today my husband stopped in for the fifth time within the past year and a half just to see if he could order some parts for his 2001 indian. He owns his own business and knows how this works. So for starters, he went in there and stood there waiting for service for about 30 minutes and nobody even looked his way. This place I wouldnt recommend to anybody. The last time he went in, there was a bike he was about to buy, but when the man openly assumed that he would not be able to afford the bike, my husband decided to take his business elsewhere the very next day. If anybody knows a place where he can get a can-am side by side WITHOUT all the judgement, please point us in the right direction. We will not be doing business here and would highly recommend nobody else do business there either....
Where to begin?! I had the pleasure of meeting with Jonathan a few months back while in the hunt of a bike. I’ve never riden before and wasn’t too sure if this was something I wanted to do. I went home, spoke with my wife. Who randomly supported it, maybe I’m missing something here 🤔. Anyways, a couple of months passed and we decided to pull the trigger. I knew what I wanted after doing a load of research. A new Indian Scout Bobber. Fast forward to 3 days ago, I walk in and am greeted by Jonathan again. Within 10 minutes we had an app filled out on a brand new bike!! He listened and got straight to the point. No BS. This is when I met Tyler, their finance manager. Tyler is something else, one of the best cusotmer service associates I’ve ever met. I manage a dealership in town and pray that my people treat my cusotmers as he did me. Tyler kept me uodated on the condition of my bike and had Polaris funding almost immediately. When I was nervous, he assured me “we got this”. There was a small hiccup on the first bike I chose. Tyler was my POC between the service team and I. Not only did he relay the information to me, he went above and beyond and prepared me for multiple scenarios. None of this having to do with himself. Tyler did recommend another bike which I was very open to. Told him I’d be by that evening to pick it up. I was there no more than 10min and driving the new bike home! I’d recommend Tyler and his team to ANYONE looking for a new ride!This brings me to today, finally got the chance to ride. When I get off my bike I notice I’ve reveied an email from Tyler. Just checking to see how like it and.... Tyler has gone Above and Beyond to make this a memorable experience in the best way possible. I WILL be purchasing more toys through Broadway- or whoever Tyler may be with at the time.Thanks, Tyler, I appreciate you!

I drove over an hour to buy a side by side that I saw on their website. It was not that busy, there were more employees than customers, the parking lot was mostly empty. Two salesmen had customers but two didnt, one was busy on his smartphone. Not once was I asked if I needed help, after 20 minutes I left, Ill take my business elsewhere
The parts department at Broadway Powersports is really good for this area. When shopping parts, what is it that we, the customer, really want? In stock, at a great price! Gloves, boots, helmets, jackets, etc... They have them in stock by a handful of the major brands. Prices are comparable to what I can find on the internet, so I normally shop here first to keep my money in the local economy. The staff are friendly and help you find what you need. And of course, they can order nearly anything you want and have it in a few days. Overall, Im impressed by the parts department. Give them a chance, I think theyll take care of you.
I want to buy a side by side. I tried chatting online through their website. They refuse to chat and tell me to call them. Why offer a chatting service on your website if your not going to use it. At least follow up with your leads. Life must be too good for you guys. I am going to make a 30 K purchase and now i am driving to Dallas to do it. I am not going to be treated like a dog. Just drive out of town and let these people go out of business sooner than later.

Came into your facility for the first time, looking specifically for a utv. My son and I were in there for an hour looking. Not once was I greeted and/or asked if I had any questions the entire time. I tried making eye contact with many employees to see if they would stop or acknowledge my presence but that did not work either. At the time I was there looked like mostly service customers and a few other customers mainly at the gun wall. The parking lot looked to be mostly empty when we left, so it was not busy at the time. So sad, Im ready to buy an utv very soon. Guess I will do business somewhere else.
Definitely would not recommend buying from here bought a 2020 highlifter was already built was told I had warranty on it Cole was my salesman also told me I had warranty even though the bike was built by them first ride haven’t even had a month and was broke axle called them up to fix still was told had warranty that I could bring it to any dealer and Polaris will warranty it so dropped it off at a Polaris dealer close to home they told me it was going to be 800$ I said what does warranty cover they told me it wasn’t covered cause of portals so called Broadway and Cole told me he would take care of it and it should be warranty that they get that all the time said he would take care of it not even 20 minutes later texted me told me he spoke to his manager and it isn’t under warranty so he definitely wasn’t a man of his word really pisses me off was told one thing and didn’t back his word

Im here for the reviews. As I expected, we arent the only ones who have received terrible service.We spent from 12p to 6p there Saturday supposedly working with financing for approval on a side by side. Cole was our sales person. He seemed nice enough but as you can imagine we were upset. We waited until 530 for them to tell us we need to run it with both my husband and I, versus just my husband. So we completed the application. Waited around until 615 pm (6 was closing) for Cole to approach us and say that there was no reason why we wouldnt be approved. My husband owns a business and I am a nurse. He said he would run it first thing on Tuesday and have the side by side completely ready for us to pick up Tuesday am. Well, here we are on Tuesday afternoon. We called and Cole was too busy with other customers to speak with us and we asked to talk to finance in frustration, we were put on hold for 20 minutes. We hung up. I know we are getting a run around and not being made a priority, even after spending to much time up there. Maybe we just need to take our business elsewhere. Im sure they will have some random excuse as they have in the other bad reviews but these are facts and Im leaving this review here for the next person who receives bad service.

I bought a new Yamaha Jet ski. The salesman I think has been very helpful. The day I got at home I noticed that the safety equipment was not in it. I called up there to find out because it didn’t look like it had really been clean so I ask are you sure they done the service on this when I picked it up and it’s ready for the lake. I was told yes went back and picked up the safety equipment. I’ve been to the lake a couple of times on it got a letter in the mail about it was time to bring it in for service. The last time at the lake I came in Was cleaning it up and noticed there was a tag on the dipstick that said removed after pre-delivery inspection. It had not been removed took Jetske and ask them to document everything because it was low of oil. Other things that I had noticed in the couple of weeks that we had around it had a lug nut missing on trailer and none of the trailer lights worked. It is there now being serviced and I assume they will charge me the full price for service even though it was never checked out before I left with it

Chris did a great job fitting me for the right helmet. I learned along time ago that when it concerns something that becomes part of you you can never be too picky. I would’ve gave 5 stars however his associate, didn’t get his name, appeared to be arab descent, lied to me about their suppliers stock, I did not like his attitude.In the end I think I got the perfect helmet on order.Great job Chris!

I recently bought my first jet ski there and Cole Crutcher was great in helping me. It was a super busy day and he was helping multiple customers at once. I’m a novice to jet skiing so he took time out of his schedule to show me how to properly launch my Seadoo and how it works. I’m very impressed with his professionalism and customer service.
Go somewhere else to get service on your off-road vehicles. Working with the Broadway Powersports’ Service Department on my Kawasaki Mule has been a terrible experience. I brought it in for a power issue, hundreds of dollars later I was told it was fixed and to come retrieve the unit.After pick-up I brought it home and the unit still had the power issue. I returned the unit again the next day and AGAIN WAS told it was fixed. I brought the unit home and the power issue was still present. So now here I am 4 MONTHS LATER and the power issue is still not fixed, but they did call me today to tell me it would be $1000 to fix the pump. Shame on them for treating their customers this way, especially one that recently spent $16,000 on a new Mule Pro at their store. Bring your unit someplace else.

Went in just to browse and check out the CanAm Spyder because my wife was interested in one. Talked to Denny Humphrey and scheduled a demo a week later. Ended up buying an Indian Chieftain then the very next day picked up the Spyder my wife wanted. Denny was always up front, informative and Johnny on the spot with the phone calls. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
So, I just recently (less than a month ago) purchased a Honda Rancher from Broadway Powersports. My intentions were to go through Honda of Tyler but they have partnered up with Broadway Powersports and unfortunately now you have to go through them in order to get the Rancher that I wanted. I took my rancher to the service department after speaking with a service tech and explaining the noises that were coming from the four wheeler and them advising me to bring it in. I brought it in on wed of last week and have called several times since then to obtain an update. Each time I was just given the run around and passed off to someone else and eventually being told someone will call me back. Each time of course i did not speak with them until I called them back. I am finally fed up by Tuesday of the following week and have to call the finance department in order to get anything done. I finally receive a call telling me someone left a voicemail on sat stating it was ready to be picked up. No voicemail or call was placed to my phone at all and when I asked the man if he could tell me what was wrong he said we will update your file have a good day and hung up. Horrible customer service in the service department. If someone takes your number and says they will call you back, dont hold your breath on it.

Fast quick good service
I tried to make a purchase with this store and got no where. I filled out paperwork online over the weekend and received an email that said I would hear from Eric. I never heard from Eric when they opened up on Tuesday so I finally called and spoke with someone who said oh yes, we have your paperwork and then he was going to call me back Wednesday morning with a final price so I could purchase and pick up a unit. I once again never heard a word so I called again on Thursday morning and spoke to Adam, the sales manager. I asked him to scrap my paperwork so my personal information wasn’t floating around and that I would take my business elsewhere and his response was “Okay, I will do that.” He never tried to make it right, ask questions or seem concerned. He just acted like he did not care if they got my business or not. Very, very, poor customer service and a terrible experience trying to give them my business.Also responded on Facebook that I was stern, however, I was nice as could be (thinking he would make it right) and just said to scrap my paperwork so my personal info wasn’t floating around and I would do business elsewhere. This would have been my first ATV purchase and then my parents were wanting to purchase a side by side after I got mine so that was potentially a lot of money lost as well as future purchases made there.
Eric has been a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Broadway is a better place because of this man working for them.

Went in there to shop around was totally ignored by all sales people. I approached the sales guy myself, gave him my information to get back to me, never heard from him. Just this week I inquired about an ATV Online, sales guy called me and I told him to send me a picture, never heard from him again. This was three days ago. Still waiting. I guess they don’t want to do business. Edit: this was before the pandemic that I was ignored.
If you want to pay wwaayy more than neccessary for some easy fixes..then go here. Charge you 500$ to bang in a couple axles on an atv and will roll you out on flat tires
Just bought a ultra 310lx jet ski from Broadway. Cole was my sales man. I have bought quite a few powersports items in the years and Cole was definitely best salesman I’ve used. Went out of his way to find all price breaks possible and didn’t have to chase him down like most salesman. Would definitely recommend getting ahold of him on your next powersports purchase.
Cole was awesome! Came in to look around at some jetskis and he had us sold on a 300hp Sea Doo GTX Limited monster. He got it ready for us the next day and couldnt be happier. Thank you Cole and Broadway!

Service department needs help! Everyone at the counter is always nice and respectful and very good about getting warranty items covered but the back log is an issue. If you don’t have enough mechanics hire some. Having a night shift helps as well. You can get a lot done when your not interrupted throughout the day. I run 150 head of cattle and my mule is my horse. When I don’t have my horse for 3 weeks it’s a problem. This is not a new problem. Same issues when I took my 3010 in two years ago. FRUSTRATING!!!!

We brought our canam in for repairs. They quoted a very hefty price for repairs to which after a day or tow we agreed to the price they gave us. Then they took it apart and called back and upped the price $2000. Then, when we declined to pay $5000 for the repair they told us it would cost us $700 to pick up since they disassembled it and that is with them not putting it back together. Complete fraud, then we called multiple times and they yelled and hung up on us and refused to let us speak to a manager. We are getting a lawyer, BUT DON’T SHOP HERE.His response is an utter lie we called and were hung up on, called and were yelled at, I record things. I have multiple messages through messenger saying they will contact us the next day and I have had zero contact. You don’t say it will cost no more than this, you will not be out anymore than this- and then destroy someone’s vehicle and call and say it will be $3009 more and then want to charge us $2000 to put it back together broken. My husband never received any letter, and when he called to talk to the manager who asked him to call him, the guy who got on the phone was the same person pretending to be that guy. He even said on the phone I told you before, when it was suppose to be a new person- manager that he was talking too- it was the same guy. Obviously, if we want to sale the canam to someone else and let them get it repaired they would know it was broken- hello it doesn’t work.
Bought my krx a few months ago from Eric Dear. I bothered this man after 9 pm and at 7 am on Facebook messenger going back and forth about price on the krx and details about my trade. He always responded to me and never acted like I was messaging too late or early. I really didn’t expect a response when I got them, I was just sending the message when it came to mind. He went above and beyond to get the price where I wanted it and dealt with me and the credit union most of the day while people couldn’t go inside. Before the krx was mine he brought the roof out and helped install it so I could have some shade while waiting on paperwork to go through. The next day dealing with Bruce Norris in parts after I realized my winch wouldn’t fit the winch plate he was pulling winches out of boxes measuring them to see what would fit since the warn that goes with the krx was on back order. They’ll work to beat anyone’s price in sales and parts. Great service all around!

Broadway and ford must be the same company...you need to get a bank loan to buy a part, and if its not newer dont expect them to have the part. Oh but we can order it, yea, so can I. And for a fraction of what they charge. The people that work there are nice enough. And the place is spotless clean. But to high, its a toy, not a Porsche.

Lots of great products, but not one employee said Hello / can we help you / let me know if you need anything / etc. We were looking at Shoei helmets ($600) with 2 employees standing there, and it too me looking over and saying hello, before they asked if they could help us. Customer service is lacking, but if that doesnt bother you it has a good assortment of gear.
