The staff in the parts department is extremely helpful and friendly. Some shops like theirs that I have been to in the past have not been near as helpful and as a woman I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this store

Service-desert Honda of TylerI went today to Honda of Tyler. I wanted to buy a Honda Rebel 500. One sales person sit on a Motorcycle. His friends were there and they had lots of fun. I stud there. The sales person ask what I want. I told him that I am interested in a Honda Motorcycle and want to check what they have in stock. OK.30 Minutes waiting time. The sales person had a lot of fun with his friends. After 30 minutes I put my checkbook back in my pocket and left the store.You must be one of the east Texas bubba and well known in the store. Otherwise they just ignore you. They dont want your money.

Parts folks were friendly and took care of getting what I needed.

The service guys rock. My lost key which seemed impossible to get Without weeks and waiting for the mail. Honda guys made it happen quick within 10 minutes for $7. I got a key and was on my motorcycle riding. thanks guys

Great staff. Prices were pretty good, for what we looked at. Stock was not as diverse as what I would have liked, but its not bad for size of town its located in.

Honda has a good product along with badboy mowers, but the service after the sale is very poor. They had my mower a month while still under warranty and would not fix a small problem. I had to call Badboy mowers to get Honda to repair the mower. When I did get the mower I found several loose bolts I had to tighten. (Poor svc. department)

Tried to scam my son on fixing his bike. Dont trust them

Went browsing, Hard Sell tactics were used, the salesman was looking to move used product, didnt know anything about the product, didnt listen to me what my price range was, and DID NOT show me what I ASKED to see UNTIL I WAS WALKING OUT THE DOOR !

Very Very nice group / staff..Didnt really shop around but my husband did he test drove what he wanted and just that easy (with some $$$$) we left with our 2004 HD: and helmets... Great deal!!!

Bought my motorcycle from them the other day and they could not have been more friendly and easy to work with. Went to several dealers in Dallas thinking i could get a better deal on a bike, boy i was wrong. Will not waste my time doing that again, will just shop local from now on.

Rude staff, very expensive, long wate time for repairs

I have had a nightmare of an experience at Tyler service department. The price kept jumping and never had a expectation of when the job would be complete. They replace essential hardware with zip ties and screws when the factory uses heavy duty bolts. Their excuse was the bolt would probably cost four dollars so they were saving me money. They are quick to claim you have an attitude instead of answering reasonable questions. Bad Business Practices in service department. Just plain rude customer service.

This is where we bought our Bad Boy zero-turn mower. We took it in three times for service. It never came back to us the way we needed it. There was always something wrong with it that we had to get them to remedy before we could leave with it. The last time we had it in for service, were pretty sure that one of the parts got swapped with another mower; in any case, that part was damaged somehow, while there. It wasnt that way when we took it in. And, it was all muddy, like someone had gone off-road with it. They fixed it, but reluctantly and only after I had to raise a huge ruckus. We wont take anything back to them for repair.

Very pleasant experience and very informative staff.my only negative was I wanted to ride today and had to order my parts and wait 3 days for them to come in.

They have been working on my bike for two months and every time I call the service manager sounds annoyed or asks for money. The first question was are you sure you want to fix this bike? I should have known that was a big warning that there going to take me for a ride. The repair bill is up to 4 grand now for a 9000 dollar bike. Utter nightmare make the drive to Dallas or somewhere else if you want a Honda dealership to service your bike.

Just went in to look for a starter bike for my wife and matt was very helpful. He let us look and wasnt pushy. We had just left broadway power sports where not a single employee even acknowledged that we were there.

Took my bike in to change tires and oil change, few days later service manager called and said the bike needed a top end rebuild costing around $1800! The bike runs great burns no oil so not sure if their clueless or just lack all integrity.

Took my bike here for an estimate. They totaled it out. Since they werent going to make any money on the repairs they charged me $850 just to get my bike back. This is a rip off. Do not take your bike there for anything! They are crooks!!!

Bought tires from them, asked them to install them, and do an oil change on my bike. It has been five days and still no call back, and they will not answer the phone or return my calls. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this shop. Mechanic told me I did not know what I was talking about (my tire is literally ripping in half, exactly down the middle, all the way around the tire, he said I must have hit something). Extremely rude and full of himself. Please go elsewhere and do not waste your time or money.

Very poor service department and parts department parts department ordered wrong parts then takes 3 weeks to get correct parts in after original order came in. Its been a month now since I placed my order and still waiting on parts
