I brought my car in to have the fender and right rear side of my car repainted. Upon their early stages of prep work they discovered my car had previous (shoddy) repair work done, as in multiple layers of paint and body filler. They showed me why the old body work was wrong and even gave me ideas on what to look for in a quality paint job. Another plus is they were able to remove the big, hand-size dent in my aluminum hood instead of me having to get a new one.Im glad I agreed to have the door blended as well because it ties the entire job together, making it look perfect. No paint runs, color is exactly like factory, the employees were professional, I was given a realistic time frame that they stuck to and I got my car back clean & washed, unlike some big local popular shop that couldnt even clean the bondo dust from the inside of my car when they had it. East Texas Collision Repair is definitely the best local repair facility for any body repair I need.

Fantastic customer service! I got text updates every day with what was happening to my car and how much longer it would take. Michelle at the front desk was amazing at taking care of everything and explaining it all. The guys in the back were super sweet and helpful when I got there and they started the initial estimate. Even when I was leaving today, the shop guys stepped out to make sure everything looked good when I checked my car over. We just bought a brand new Subaru and was involved in a hit and run (we just have some great drivers in good ol Tyler TX). Had some damage to the front bumper and was stressing not knowing where to take it. I sent mike pictures of the damage and he gave me an estimate the same day. Got rear ended and the man drove away, so I was pretty shaken up and upset but East Texas Collision Repair was very professional and nice. They had a text update system which was very nice in my opinion. Also, I needed to leave my car there right after it was finished because I had made plans for that afternoon and they were nice enough to let me leave it there! Great service!

I was gonna have them repair my vehicle but decided to go with someone else. I give them 4 stars because they were very nice, called me back in a reasonable time to set an appointment and was helpful. If I ever need services in the future I will give them a try.

We had a great experience getting our truck repaired here. They were very profesional and have great communication . The truck was repaired to look like new! I would definitely do business with them again if needed and will recommend to others!

Hood miss alignment, removed molding and some paint came off and rather than taking about 30 minutes or so to feather in the edges where the paint came off they just painted over it, painted over adhesive from after market parts, said they would replace window visor but never did. When I pointed out these problems they offered no discount off deductible, also grill not aligned properly, they offered to realign good and grill but I need my vehicle for work. They offered a loaner vehicle only i dont want to be responsible for there equipment. I just wish they would have fixed my truck right the first time and not take double the time the said it would take.

I thought this was a great body shop but several things on my car were not fixed properly. After trying to get an alignment done on my car a shop told me my frame under the car neededto be readjusted. It was a negative 3 and needed to be a .50. This is something they were supposed to fix and my car makes a hissing noise when I hit the gas. They had my car a whole month so everything should have been correct.

I just picked up my daughters car from being repaired after her car accident. I am highly impressed with the quality of work that was done by ETCR. The car looks brand new and you cant tell at all this car was in an accident. Throughout the repair process, ETCR kept in touch with me informing me of the progress. Not only did the quality go above expectations, the work was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you so much ETCR!!

I was very angry my car was took here instead of right up road. Then Mike explained to me how the officer on scene sent vehicle to impound which happens to be behind shop. That thats the law not them. Mike walked me through everything and I left feeling a lot better..
