Wrecked my car by hitting a racoon that decided to make a u-turn at the last minute. They were professional and did excellent paint and body work. Photos didnt come up in order as I chose them but the car looks new and paint match is identical which was a problem with Garland collision in the past. The time frame was extended but it wasnt their fault at all it was due to hard to find parts which I already knew due to the model of my car and trim level.

This place is amazing!!! I had my car taken here after a bad accident involving a deer. The entire right front side of my car was damaged. All of the repairs were on time and they kept me well updated and informed about the whole process. When my car was picked up, it looked brand new!! The work on the outside was tremendous and they even detailed the inside of my car! So so happy with the work they did!

Other body shops in Tyler were quoting me a 2 month turn around time.😳 They were also great with daily updates & communication & always answered any questions I had.

Something like hit/ snag a curb. They placed front bumper on under an hour. No insurance claim. Better than using ties/tape.

While other body shops couldnt get me in for 2 months they got me in within a week. My envoy looks great, no signs of an accident. Wonderful work will use again if an unfortunate accident happens again.

Older truck, was really just expecting it to be fixed. They cleaned, vacuumed, and had the truck ready on time. Not to mention I didnt have to Hassel with rental turn it. Great service from the minute you walk in till your ride is ready. Great job!!!!

The work to fix my vehicle was good - I dont have any complaints about it. It took no time at all to get my vehicle to them and into their system, however, it seemed to take a long time to get the work done. This was my first time having any body work done on my vehicle, but I had to ask all the questions and instigate all of the communication to get updates and details about estimated completion, etc. When I was finally able to pick my vehicle up (and had already made arrangements to drop my rental car back at Enterprise) I was asked Well, you know you could have just dropped that off here, right? While this was frustrating and I clearly had wasted some of my time, it also shows the lack of communication happening on their end.

The atmosphere in the building was... Nice. In my experience, auto body repairs generally restore your car to, at the least, the same condition it was in prior to. My bumper never moved or appeared to be disconnected from the rest of my car before. When I took it back to report and show them, they offered to glue it. As far as I know, there was no glue there when I purchased the vehicle. So... No.

Colby did an awesome job fixing the scratches on my truck. It looks just as nice as it did when I bought it at the dealership six years ago. Not only did Platinum Collision take care of my vehicles exterior, they also vacuumed my floorboards and had a customer goodie-bag waiting for me inside. My truck looks phenomenal! I plan to bring all of my future collision/windshield repair, and alignment business to them. I highly recommend Colby and his team at Platinum Collision Center in Tyler!

Poor attention to detail. Had to take the car in to sand down a run in the paint I noticed a couple of weeks after picking up the car. Still not very happy with the quality of work on the paint job. Already have chipping at the paint lines where the bottom part of the bumper is left bare plastic. Numerous other flaws. Pull bumper off today to install after market bull bar and notice a whole part of the assembly for the active vents behind the lower grill is broken. Thing is just hanging there. Screw posts that hold the servo broken, the brackets that hold it to the radiator support broken. At this point I dont even wanna deal with this shop anymore.

Have visited Platinum Collision on two separate occasions to have work done on my CX-5. In my case, both instances were collision related - by their nature not a desired set of circumstances. That said, both of my experiences with Platinum Collision were fantastic!! Turnaround time was was quick and pricing was very reasonable. Cary and Taylor made scheduling easy, took time to explain details and kept me aware throughout the process. Even helped make the rental car situation easy and quick. Will use Platinum Collision again if the need arises, and I highly recommend them!!

After a recent wreck, I had my car towed to Platinum Collision Center on 155. I was very impressed by how quickly my car was ready and by the ongoing text communication. I got my car back today and it looked amazing! I had one hiccup in the alignment that I noticed on the way home (they had repaired other things.) I took it back to them, assuming it would be a few days into next week. It was after 5:00 on a Friday and they took it back to find the problem- fixed it while I waited. I was so impressed with their customer service! Very professional beginning to end. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!!

Very professional and prompt. Got my truck done a week earlier than expected and the body work and paint was amazing. Had a couple electrical and badging issues after I picked it up. I chose Platinum Collison bc it was an Allstate preferred shop plus it was super convenient location wise. My claim was made on a Saturday and the PC receptionist called me first thing Monday AM before I could even wipe the sleep out of my eyes. The next 3 weeks went by seamlessly with no effort on my end. I got updates via text and never had to reach out to the shop or my insurance aside from initiating the claim. Picked my car up and it was sparkling! Plus goodies were left in my cupholder- reminds me of turn down service at the fancy hotels when they leave mints on your pillows and animal shaped towels :)

I had cosmetic damage to the left side and rear bumper and rear hatch. All of the panels on the left rear door and rear hatch needed minor body repair. The rear bumper was replaced. irfrom flying debris. CJ sent me text updates and was responsive with answers to my questions. The job took a little longer than originally planned but the updates kept me informed of the changes. I gave 4 stars because I am a little dissatisfied with the body work on the rear hatch. The contours on the right repaired side do not match the original on the left. I am pleased with the paint work.

Platinum Collision did a good job on the bodywork in my car but when I got my car back my turbo booster system was not hooked up & my heater stopped working and to say the lease I was very disappointed in the Lac of attention to detail that was taken in my car. I did have my mechanic fix 1 of the issues I had with my car before returning to the Shop.When i got to the shop they told me that there was nothing they could do about the reimbursement for my troubles and the only person that could reimburse me would be the owner I never received CallIf you have automobile Fixed at platinum Collison make sure everything is hooked up correctly

These guys were awesome! They put up with my (terrible) insurance company, so I didnt have to. They worked as diligently as possible, even when there were delays caused by my insurance company, and they even kept me updated the whole time! They let me know whenever there was a change in plans, or issues with insurance that required my help, and they gave me status updates and ETAs, and even took all of my (possibly annoying) phone calls. Not one single phone call went unanswered, and they always had the answers to my questions. I seriously couldnt recommend them more highly, and Id never go to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and go directly to Platinum if you need a collision center. They wont let you down.

I hate to have to leave a review like this, but we run a fleet of trucks at my job and we have chosen Platinum at this time. But after a minor fender-bender, after picking the truck up three days after it was due there is a large 6in run in the lower quarter panel and the truck is still completely dirty down on the rocker panels and which really shows up on a white truck. Also top up tool boxes completely dirty. This was a very simple job and after being raised up in a body shop, my dad would say this is completely unacceptable. Come on guys have a little pride. At this point I suggest that you rename yourself bronze instead of platinum.

I’ve taken my car in for several repairs a few times and they always complete it within a timely time frame and there work is phanominal and the staff there is always polite. Definitely will never go anywhere else.

Helped pick up my cousins 2018 Dodge diesel personal work truck and noticed the lights on the right were out. We Couldnt get them fixed since by the time we noticed, the shop was closed but overall the work done was good with a poor safety check on the lights.
