This was possibly the simplest Auto parts trip Ive ever made. Tasha and advanced was perfectly on her game with every question I had which was several, and she did not hesitate to qualify my questions with correct responses while providing excellent customer service. I recommend the Gentry store in Tyler for customer service parts and quality pricing hands down

I have a commercial account with OReillys and have been asked several times why I dont give your store a shot let me tell you I like juven he is great but Everytime I call to try to talk to him Im put on hold for 30 mins or longer I never get to deal with him I have only come to your store one time and got treated good and got what I wanted and got out

Big parking lot well lite. Got the right part the first time, put it on at the store and was on my way in less than 15 mins. Very happy.

Got help from Jouven great customer service...

Bought brake pads 2 months ago and one pad on one side failed. The pad came loose from the base plate and ruined the rotor, caliper, and caliper bracket. All was replaced with no hassles. Excellent service and warranty service. They really do stand behind the product they sell!
