Had to go to here twice last week to get inspections on a truck and then a trailer. These guys were quick and got me right in and out. They even had a light bulb and installed it real quick to make sure I passed inspection. The guys were all friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for vehicle inspections.

Customer Service at its finest! First time to take my car to them for an oil change. My husband takes his truck in and gets our RV inspected there. It’s a little drive since we live in Whitehouse but very much worth it! I had taken my car previously to another business for my regular oil change.They charged me for an oil change that they didn’t do!READ THAT AGAIN!!! And stripped out a bolt to the oil pan cover! The Manager Mike and his crew at Pit Stop showed us how black and sludgy the oil was.My car had gone 10,000 miles without an oil change.They flushed it and put new oil in. Mike explained the whole process to us, earning our trust and respect!We will never ever take any of our vehicles to anyone but them. Sent a fleet truck with an employee for inspection and oil change. Paid without being there and later thought they were sticking it to me. I went down there myself the next morning worried I might be given the runaround. But, no way, Mike (the Manager) accepted responsibility, explained the miscommunication, and handled it just right. I couldnt be more impressed with this place. They do it the right way, and I will be entrusting all future business to them. Put em in the rare-air top 1% today.

Wouldnt let me leave less than 1 star otherwise I would be...went in for inspection after waiting about 30 minutes I finally get pulled into a bay to get said inspection done...I eneded up leaving and going to another place..after guiding me into the bay, I got ignored or skipped not really sure for at least another 20-30 minutes I stood there waiting for someone to assist me..pretty sure I got skipped over for a friend of an employee..to get his inspection...he came through the back bay door on foot.. wont be getting my business anymore.

This is one of the few places that do motorhome inspections, especially on a saturday. was very pleased and happy to be able to gat that done on a weekend.

I first took in our Yukon and the price and service was GREAT so I brought back our Suburban! They have the BEST prices and service in town!! And they do not push products! They make suggestions but they don’t try to push a sale! Absolutely love that! Mike was very helpful and gave me plenty of information about the questions I had regarding my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and fast service! They even wash your windows and vacuum out your floorboards! My husband and I will be bringing all our business their way in the future!!

@ Pit Stop: thanks for your response; but I now believe my first rating was wrong, and unwarranted. My apologies for the rush to judgement. I think my sensor was messed up, which caused me to believe the oil change hadnt been done, when it most likely was done as requested. Rating changed to 5 star for friendly customer service and quick turnaround time.

Fast and friendly. They give us the best oil changes in town and have very knowledgeable people working there. My car had an issue and when I was there they were able to fix it right on the spot. It was something I didnt even no was a problem and they saved me money in the long run by catching it early.

Awsome place for oil change and other small necessities for your vehicles and also a very affordable car wash! Spent like 4 dollars to wash my truck and i cleaned it way better then any other drive trougth washer 100 recommended!!!

Went for an inspection and received a broken mirror and no one want to help figure out what happened. Instead we received a whole lot of I know him and he would never do something like this. Well I know the condition of my vehicle before I brought it to Pitt stop for an inspection and my mirror was not in this condition....smh I will never go here again for any service and all of the customers I have recommended I will be informing them of todays event and warning them to steer clear of this place. If I could I would not even give them 1 star just ridiculous

Very honest and affordable service. They explained everything they were doing to my car and asked me questions about what I wanted along the way. They also described the differences in products such as types of oil but did not press me to spend more when I chose the middle ground. Excellent customer service! Lots of integrity.

Do not use this place I went to get in oil change and went home and noticed that I had an oil leak that I never had one until I went to them I went back and told them it was leaking they lied to me and told me that it was dry underneath and the whole time it was leaking so I went and took my car to the dealership and I found out that whoever did my oil change left the gasket off of my oil plug I had to pay over $300 plus pay for another oil change because of what they did I repeat do not go to this place they are unprofessional the staff is very rude and they will mess your car up and want own up to their mistakes and leave you with getting your car fix I will never in my life go there again and I’m sure as hell will not ever recommend them to anyone!!!

This place is awesome. The guys come out and greet you in your car to find out what kind of service you need. It was really busy today, three in the bay and cars waiting. I needed an inspection and didnt have to wait but about 15 minutes to get in a bay and get my car checked out. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Took longer than expected. Very professional and polite. A typical $10dollar air filter by Auto Parts store was an inflated, $39.95. No Problem...but they could have had the courtesy to tell me beforehand. But, overall it wasnt a Bad experience.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a oil change place the personnel were very knowledgeable about the products and suggested a high mileage addictive that actually stopped my oil usage on my daughters car that has over 191,000 miles and it runs better than ever. It was burning 2quarts between oil changes and it is at 3000 mile mark and hasnt used any.
