I cannot say enough about how great this dealership is. The first vehicle I bought ended up having an engine issue within the first week. This engine issue could not have been predicted. So even though the dealership had no liability in the situation, they told me to pick the car that I would like, and then transferred my loan to the new car without any additional payments. And that’s not even what makes them great. I ended up totaling my car approximately 8 months after I bought it. Chacon Autos helped me get into something equivalent to the SUV I totaled. This dealership is amazing if you are rebuilding credit. Go to the Chacon Autos dealership in Tyler and ask for Miguel. I have been to a number of dealerships in my life, but Miguel is the absolute best car salesman I have encountered. I just can’t say enough. If you are even considering buying a car from Chacon, do it. You will not be disappointed.

Best used car experience ever!! Miguel is the absolute best!! This is coming from someone who has worked in the used car industry and dealt with dealers all over Texas. He doesn’t bombard you as soon as you get out of your vehicle but he greets you warmly and tells you a little bit about who they are and what they can do to help put you in the right vehicle for you. I have paid off 2 vehichles with chacon autos and have one now. They add their own insurance on my car note when I have my own just because my insurance company send them a letter saying that if a payment not made in a certain date that my policy will be cancelled. But my insurance has never lapse. So I call and spoke with 2 people in the home office in dallas to ask why are they putting their insurance on.. She said because of letter. Told her that its not cancelled unless the send a actually letter saying its canceled then its not canceled.. She said well its no way we can tell if you made a payment or not... Told her common sense would be I did if you didnt get a letter saying its cancelled. She said well sir all I can say is pay it on time so we wont get the letters... This will be my last car from them

I am not sure how to leave a review for the company as a whole and I apologize to this location in advance. However, I will NEVER recommend another family nor friend to this company again. At first, they were very helpful and have been for the past year. Up until October of 2020. I have been communitive with this company anytime something has come up and when I changed addresses. This company placed their PCI insurance onto my car payment while I was already paying my own separate insurance. Their only way of informing you is through a piece of mail. But God forbid you move after they send you the mail. I noticed I was falling behind on my car and did not know why. Once I called, they informed me I needed proof of coverage from October till now since my past premium had ended and they did not receive the renewal. Geico sent them that proof of coverage for the correct date and I was told I will be refunded for the insurance I was paying to the car company since I already was paying for my own. I called to check and make sure everything went through correctly and they informed me I need to change my deductible amounts THEN I will be refunded. Well I did so and again send them the change. It wasnt until 3 phone calls and two months later did, they decide to tell me Oh it wasnt proof of coverage that was the problem, it was the deductibles that did not meet our standards. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME INITIALLY instead of telling me it was only because they did not receive my renewal. Now I will NOT be refunded like I WAS TOLD. I was robbed of money that could have been going towards Christmas gifts since I am a single mother. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company dropping the ball in their communication with me. I asked to go paperless for billing or any letters going forward so I will receive electronically or a phone call of any changes being made but was told We dont have that capability yet, it will only be through mail. You would think with COVID and all the changes going on around us they would be more helpful in bringing changes to your attention. Seriously a terrible company. I cannot wait to pay my car off early so I will never have to deal with them again. UNPROFESSIONAL.

We got a car yesterday!!!!!! To be honest we were kind of worried that we wouldnt get approved because our credit is not good and we had repo. We did have a few kinks getting approved, they were minor and Miguel took care of all of them.Talk about an amazing car dealer! So when we got approved I was ready to jump in my new top quality 2013 used car but my insurance company had closed:( Miguel to the rescue again! He got insurance quotes for us and again we didnt have to do anything! So we got the insurance and we were ready to drive off and Miguel stopped us again and let us know they were going to fix our windshield at no extra cost... There was a tiny little ding on the windshield that I had noticed but it was so tiny I wasnt going to say anything. How many car dealers do you know would point out a flaw and offer to fix it? So in addition to all of this greatness when we were ready to sign our paper work Ariel was so helpful. She really took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew what we were signing and what it all meant. She also provided coloring pages and crayons for the kids, and she gave me a Chacon key chain!!! If your looking at this review and looking for a really good vehicle but your not sure if you will be approved for whatever reason just schedule and appointment and see what they can do for you.. thats what we did and we dont regret it. When I first stepped foot into Chacon I knew I was in the perfect place to purchase my new car.! Candace, Miguel, and Ariel all worked together to make my purchase as fast as possible. From the minute I chose my car until the moment I drove off the lot with my 2015 Chrysler took a total of 3 hours.! Whenever I go make my payments its a breeze, they know who I am when I walk in. Customer service was AMAZING and is that same way every time I go into the establishment. Chacon has definitely earned a lifetime customer.!

My car buying experience was good at Chacon Autos.. the sales person i had was Ralph.. he put me in a car that fit me best and i truly love it. he was so friendly and nice to me.. my first buy was a success.

This was the very worst shopping experience for a car that I have ever encountered! They waisted two days of my life!Ok I take Daniel 3 months of bank statements for two bank accounts! ! He ran a credit report and said I was approved. He took the report into his bosses office and came back and said he needed more proof of income. He said when I got them to just fax them to him! So I go home like I came up there by taxi costing me over $20 both ways. I got more statements from a third bank account and emailed them to him like he told me so I did not have to spend another $20 on taxis again! I called him the next morning and he said he would turn in the new bank statements and get right back to me! Finally at 1:30 I called back and found out he had gone to Dallas for training without giving me an answer! Finally at 6:45 he called me back! I Then the next day he later lied or mistakenly started saying he never said I was approved! Then they tell me I need more proof! Then I take them 4 months of bank statements of a joint account proving well over $2000 a month but because one was in Feb and one was in April there still hollering they need more proof even though two of the statements were for last month and this month! I hate liars that give me the run around! CHACON AUTOS is exactly the type of unscrupulous people that give honest car salesmen a bad name!! They waisted one afternoon then all day today waiting on an answer! How the hell these people got 11 locations is beyond me!!

I was sold a lemon about 7 months ago. Two weeks after getting my car all the lights on the dash start flashing and when I called them to let them know since it had a 30 day warranty on it, they kept giving me the run around and finally after almost 2 weeks later they scheduled me to drop my car off and they drove it to Dallas for repairs. About a week later they called me and said my car was ready and I had to drive to Dallas to pick it up. I told them I wasn’t the one that drove it to Dallas so they needed to drive it back. When they got my car back to Tyler someone from the Dallas office called me saying I owed hundreds of dollars for the repairs on my car since it had been over 30 days. I almost lost it. I was told I owed money because there own negligence. I would never refer anyone to this place. Was the worst mistake or my life.

Went and visited them, they have nice cars and nice prices. They are very friendly and will do all they can to help you! Believe me they are VERY willing to work with you! They will approve anyone long as you make enough income, Trust me!

Ive been with Chacon Autos since 2003 and has purchased 3 vehicles (2 paid off). Chacon Autos has worked with me on my payments when I encountered hard times. I like the policy they have when a customer come to purchase and dont have all the money for down payment. They allow you to pay a certain amount and pay the rest out within a certain time frame(cant remember what the time frame is). Im always telling people if they need a nice and dependable car to go to Chacon Autos. I do business in Dallas, Tx and now Tyler, Tx on Front St. which is my home town. Also, with me being a 3rd time buyer, I didnt have to pay the full down payment, only half. What I really like about Chacon Autos is that the cars have low mileage, almost like new and the vehicle has a factory warranty at the dealership. All 3 of mines did. Chacon has a referral program that I like also. If you refer a customer and they acknowledge you as the referral person when purchasing a vehicle you get $200.00 cash back which I say is great and help get the customers involved in keeping the company alive. My experience at chacon autos in Tyler was magical. I was on my way to another dealership when I saw all the nice cars in their lot. I thought to myself they wont give me a car Im 19 with no credit. I tested my luck anyway. Candace was perfect . We talked about my need for a car, how often I would commute for work, kids, etc. things that I didnt realize was important in purchasing a car. I test drove two nice cars but management found a me a practically brand new car with very little mileage because my job was out of town. As long as you communicate with them they have your back. Ive been with them since they landed in Tyler and I love my Hyundai Accent .
