I am pretty sure God led us to Hunter on Saturday the 30th. After hustling like crazy to get my daughter an apartment and a car before Nov 1st(after she only had been in town for 2 weeks). We had only the car left at about 3pm we thank the lord were led to Hunter and within 2 hours we walked thanks to him and our finance fellow (sorry I forgot your name). Bless you both.
People were nice but they didnt put fluids in my car like they said, I checked when I got home and it was exactly in the same spot, and they didnt air my tires like they said. They, in my opinion, were just ready to go home. Why make a 4:30 appointment if you just want to rush out? Not sure Id go back. I think I rather make the 3 hour drive to Moritz Kia Hurst.**UPDATE** Kia reached out to me and were nice enough to invite me back over to make things right. I scheduled a time for when I would be in town, the GM and manager made it very convenient for me, we went over everything before and after. I was very happy with my experience. Changed my rating to a 5, which, I rarely ever give out, but feel since they went above and beyond, they deserve it. Thanks Josh and Matthew.

Good Day,This is unfortunate review that I must post. This particular dealership is not customer friendly or oriented. They sold a used car to a colleague and within ~1 week issues started. Battery had to be replaced and they asked for payment. Transmission issues started right after. After three visits to their mechanics and being told nothing was wrong and referred to Ford at customer expense. End state after another local automotive mechanics diagnosed transmission needs replaced. This is about a $8,000 repair. Car only driven about 2,000 miles since purchased. All Peltier can say is sorry you bought it used, nothing they are willing to do. Now they are offering statistics that this type of car has known issues, but funny now they relay this but not prior to sale of a faulty car. Highly recommend you go to another dealer that can be trusted and willing to stand by what they sale. Have a blessed day

My wife and I were astounded at the friendliness and efficiency of the Peltier Kia dealership! We were in the market for a white S Telluride only. One morning Brock called me and said we got two in this morning and one is already gone! I went immediately and claimed the other. I went back and got my wife and she drove home in a new Telluride! We had a Kia Forte before that and the service department is first class. We put 64,800 miles on the Forte without any issue except oil changes and gas fills. Were married to Kia now.
Aiden in service is the reason our next car may be another Kia and not a third Toyota. He is excellent, has a great work ethic and is an excellent communicator.

I’m livid about the customer service that I have received thus far. I purchased a 2021 Forte with only 9 miles on it. The first week it was towed in because it ran hot and it’s been in and out the shop ever since. Now it’s the transmission. I would love to come to a happy medium, but I’m getting the run around from everyone including the general manager. No calls or anything. My credit is shattered now because of the many times they’ve ran it. I’m in disbelief

My son took his kia up to repair and asked them to look at the front corner wheel. There was a knock. Ended up being the tire rod. Thats all he asked for. They did a full vehicle inspection and charged him $140 to tell him it would be $1000 to fix several things as well. I know for a fact before he took that car up there it was in tip top shape. We then took it to a reputable CERTIFIED mechanic down the road and its was $183 and its fixed. Kia you lost our business. You took advantage of a young man. I knew I should have gone with him. Shame on you. Your loss!!! Do not contact us.....

We decided to brouse the automobile market to see what would be a good replacement for my 2014 Chrysler 300. Kia was our last stop and the K5 was the last car we looked at (we had been to the Hyundai, Dodge et al, and Nissan dealers before Kia). Wow! We were impressed! Kia has changed their image. The 2022 Kia K5 GT Line is a peppy car with all the luxary Ive grown accustomed to in my 300. Brayden Yantes was our salesman. He was patient, courtious, and well informed. He was knowledgeable, personable, and helped me get down to a very good monthly payment plan that was right in my price range. He thoroughly went through all the cars features, and even helped me switch over to a new insurance plan to help me get full coverage for a much cheaper rate than my current plan! Got in with about 4 to 5 cars ahead, just getting oil change and tires rotated and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Only took 30 minutes and they washed the car and cleaned tires. Great job
Very professional and efficient. We communicated from out of area primarily through text messages and emails. Responses were very prompt and informational. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything was cleaned and ready to go. Everyone I talked to, to complete the transaction, was nice, professional, and hospitable.
Car shopping is always a non fun experience for me. I hate it actually. But the sales associate, Nick was very informative from test driving to answering all my questions. I was a little nervous we were going to leave without a vehicle, we had already been there a few hours, but after making several calls they got me a great deal and I was able to leave in a brand new Kia Sportage. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are worried about finding something you can afford. They will work with you no matter how long it takes.
Ridiculous customer service from sales rep. He called me letting me know a vehicle was available. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes and by the time I get there the vehicle is sold. This is the second time this has happened in two weeks. Respecting the clients time is extremely important and something I don’t think this dealership cares about.
I was having issues with my AC and had called other service departments, but they were all going to be at least two weeks before they could get me in. A friend told me there was a Kia in Tyler so I called and got in within two days! My service advisor was Khloe. She and another person from her team, Tobias, were super friendly, and Khloe communicated with me very well. Peltier Kia offered a free shuttle service, which helped a lot so I wouldnt have to wait there the entire time. I forgot to tell them my van had been pulling a little and they caught it on their free health check, that I needed an alignment. I got an alignment, recharge of my AC and an oil change and I was in and out of there within 3 hours. Super service!

We were buying new vehicles for my granddaughters.We had come to an agreement on Saturday 5/15/21. They only had one of the cars in stock and would call when the second arrived.On Tuesday 5/18/21. After waiting several hours for the paperwork to be completed we were informed that they had added a ceramic coating to both cars at a cost of $2,495 EACH!We had never discussed this nor did we agree to pay for it.UPDATE- the General Manager gave me a call today to rectify the situation. Josh is a stand up guy and he made it to where my family and I consider this to be a satisfactory transaction.
Took my Kia there to get inspected due to a recall letter about my motor. With a video and showing on my phone, they said there was an oil leak, $1300 to fix and some moisture somewhere. He showed spark plugs but mine were never removed because there was still dirt on the covers. There is NOT an oil leak because I dont see any oil leaking! Will take it to a mechanic and get a write up and show them. Will not do business with them.

I was looking to purchase a 2021 Kia Seltos EX for my widowed mother. I found one online at Peltier Kia. After speaking with the sales representative, I agreed to put a $3,000.00 deposit down as I live 4.5 hours away and would not be able to pick it up until the weekend after the upcoming weekend (11 days away). They ran my credit, agreed to the terms that was originally offered, and requested a copy of my Drivers License and current Proof of Insurance. I submitted everything requested and did not receive a response so the following day I reached out to the sales rep, who was a kind, helpful, and polite young man. He stated that his Sales Manager and General Manager would not allow him to hold the requested vehicle even with a deposit. I asked to speak with them and he agreed to have them call me. I first spoke with the Sales Manager who as I explained the situation seemed to understand why I couldn’t pick it up today due to the distance, but was willing to put down a deposit. In the background, I heard a man’s voice tell the Sales Manager to transfer me to him which he complied. The man who came on the phone identified himself as the General Manager at Peltier Kia. I am blown away that this man has been given any position of authority. He blatantly told me that he didn’t need to have customer service because I lived 4.5 hours away and would never do business with them again and I would have been “stealing” the vehicle from them. I am still in disbelief that this man is in charge of this business. I would never recommend this business due to this man’s rude, unprofessional behavior.

I went to look at a used 2017 BRZ from Peltier Kia and was pretty disappointed with the whole process. Got there after a 4 hour drive and went for a test drive (which, all in all was maybe 2 miles on flat roads which makes it pretty hard to tell if there are any issues) and then went in for negotiations. They didnt budge on the price whatsoever even though some of the interior/exterior was worn. But I figured it was fine given the state of the used car market currently. But what wasnt fine, was on the way home I found out at least one, if not both, of the strut towers was blown out (and it seems unlikely to me they were unaware of this as thats a pretty easy and important component to check when youre getting it as a trade in and doing all the fluid swaps) and there was also a piece of the interior that was broken. Which is probably going to cost around the $2000 mark to get everything sorted. Also found that the sales AND finance managers were particularly rude. The sales manager tried to tell me that a full tank of gas and a wash/detail were things they dont do for just everyone and used that as part of the reasoning for not coming off the price. The finance manager wouldnt respect the fact that I wanted no add ons from them (i.e extended warranty, gap etc) and even asked me multiple times if I even knew what gap insurance was like I was stupid or something (its probably a safe bet to assume someone knows what gap is when they go to buy a car) My salesperson also kept insisting his brother in law was the previous owner so he knew it was well maintained which I find highly unlikely. He also kept downplaying my concerns and some of the comments I had about the vehicle. And as icing on the cake, a representative texted me a day or so after and asked how my experience was. When I explained why it was so awful she told me she would look into it for me. Two days later, no response. One of the worst dealer experiences Ive ever had and would strongly advise against trusting them with something as important as a car purchase.
I will never recommend Peltier KIA Tyler. They messed up the initial paperwork, sent someone out for us to sign new paperwork LOST that. Never paid off the trade vehicle when they have had it for a month got credit hit for a missed payment. Called them to try and see wth was going on AND THEN WITHIN MINUTES THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT. It took me calling them to even find out there was an issue at all. Actually unbelievable. Gregg had some accountability which was nice but this isnt some mom and pop shop. Need to clean this up.

I recently purchased a 2021 Kia K5 GT series from Peltier Kia & I love the model but I must say that Im very unhappy & disappointed with my purchase!! I got my car exactly one month ago today.....the very first day the check engine light came on after I left the lot, I brought the car back to service where they found that the O2 sensor needed replacing...once that was replaced I picked up the car on a Tuesday by Wednesday the CEL was back on!! I went back to service where they now say several sensors a showing after days of waiting for an answer...the other O2 sensor needs replacing....@ this point I have only had the car about 2weeks & I ask to get out of the car & into another car with no help!! Once I get the car back the2nd time about a week later I start to notice while riding with the windows down hot airvery hot air blows through the vents & now Im back in service, this time only about 10 min with a its nly a small program in issue but it was supposedly fixed. & within a weeks time its happened twice again & today I was @ the dealership todayy to finally get into another car only to be told after running my credit again that Kia Finance would not approve me being switched to another car!!!!! Needless to say I will not have anything nice to say about this dealership!! I am very unhappy & disappointed that!!! Why dcant I recontract & get out of this obviously bad car?!
I actually wasnt sure I wanted to trade in my 2018 happy orange Soul, so I called Peltier just to inquire about availability of 2021 Souls. I spoke to Wendy, who was very helpful, and stayed in communication with me about what they were expecting to come in. I Thought I wanted another orange one, but they didnt have one and werent sure about what was coming. I did some research myself, called Wendy back and asked about a blue GT. She told me a blue one was coming in that evening or in the morning, so I took all the junk out of the pumpkin, and early afternoon the next day, I went to the dealership. Brock had also contacted me before that time, and he and Wendy met me when I arrived. They introduced me to Nick Owen, who then took over. Nick was especially helpful, and took care of all the application for credit and other paperwork. It was none of my business, but Nick handled a couple of calls during my process, and he was calm, professional, and courteous to a caller who seemed to have an issue. I have worked handling that kind of call, and I respected his demeanor. I test drove the car and decided Yes! I want it! The deal was completed after meeting with Greg, the finance manager, who was very helpful and informative. Everyone there was pleasant to deal with, and I did not feel at all pressured, as i have in the past with other auto purchases. I highly recommend this dealership, and I am very happy with my purchase and all the people I dealt with.

Actually went for the first oil change in the Kia. I was completely caught off guard by the following....They even check to see if you need an alignment or not .. The oil change even included a lot of extra services that you usually pay for from other places like the dealerships. Im still completely blown away by this experience how honest caring and how they respect your property. Even the mechanics were smiling.. everybody walking around working was smiling. Their blueprint for the workplace appears to be thriving and perhaps other businesses could follow this example to succeed in the business world.. Easiest car buying experience we will ever have in our life!!! Nice peps, no pressure...no games!!! We got a car from them at night, noticed the next day there was a scratch and they took care of it !!! We even got a better deal here then what was offered in Dallas!!!
