This is a neat thrift store! It smells very nice- not at all like a thrift store. It has an excellent selection of clothing, shoes, household goods, furniture, books, jewellery, and toys. It is spacious and well organized.The restrooms are very neat, clean and pleasant.

Ive gone to this thrift store for years and continue to enjoy the merchandise but Ive watched as reasonable prices have gone up and up until I dont think it can reasonably called a thrift store. I will shop here as long as Im not looking for a real bargain.

This one of my favorite places to go when I want a specific item or I’m just browsing. The staff is so very helpful and friendly. The items are well displayed and well marked so you know the price. Helping the customer seems to be a strong characteristic of all the people working at Hangars of Hope. Keep up the good work!

Overpriced furniture, clothes and home goods. Just like the other location. Almost retail or more on a lot of stuff. No weekly or daily specials. They definitely use Google and price accordingly.

Coming here is always fun. I find something every trip just about. I never go with any particular items in mind yet leave with items. Highly recommended. Great cause and the selection is always different!

I have shopped both stores. I love that I can always find something. Great place to find clothes to interview in and work in. I’ve bought things from books to clothes to shoes. It’s my go to store when I need something or want to browse. It seems to me since there are 2 of them in town the prices would be the same. Just bring down the prices a bit, especially on the furniture. I’ll be going back this week,

Shopping here is always lovely. Everyone who works here is so helpful and kind. There is always something interesting to buy, the quality of the donations is amazing.

The products are wayyy too overpriced. the management needs to recognize their audience and who they are selling to before they mark their prices. there is no need to have those products marked at such a high rate at a THRIFT STORE.

Ive shopped here several times. Their selection is good, furniture items sell quickly, and clothing is reasonably priced. They sell donated items to benefit the Bethesda Clinic, an excellent cause, but they weed out the junky stuff first. There is something for everyone.

Great place to bring the entire family to shop! Very clean, organized, christan based, good prices, lots of well named brand items, great seasonal selection too. Staff is exceptional and will help you on anything. Production is moving items in daily at a great pace. I recomend this place to anyone. Check it out 👍

A varied and wide range of styles and multiple choices on items. And the proceeds go to a free or reduced price clinic called Bethesda.

I like how they have a range of items u can buy, from clothes to toys to furniture and more. If I could change anything it would be to please sort the clothes to size. Its hard to find what ur looking for bc of that. Other than that, they have a great team of people whom are very friendly and helpful. Store is tidy but could use a little cleaning.

Friendly staff, very clean and organized, prices are a bit elevated in some areas. Any seller must realize that an item is ultimately only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. I do however find a few bargains to carry home.

Only time I visited, they had exactly what I was needing for my elderly mother. I also picked up an electronic item for myself, got home and it did not work. The happily refunded me the money on the non-working item.Will return next time Im looking for a specific item as Im not really much on just routine shopping for the fun of it. They have a great option to let you dontate your change or any amount desired to the causes they support.

Us lower class people depend on these 2nd hand stores. However, this place is one of the greedy s.o.b that overpriced like crazy! What a disgrace.

Best thrift store Ive seen in east Texas since I moved here recently. Lots of great items for the most part priced reasonably. Offer good employment opportunities, and love the workers there! Will be going back in the future

One of my favorite thrift stores in town! They have a lot of interesting things, though not very much selection in the way of furniture. I check often for new arrivals since they occasionally have a must have piece of art or accent furniture. Prices are very reasonable as well and all of the items are in great condition.

TOTALLY agree with others...wayyy over priced. I loved going there twice a week ...lately the prices have gone up a lot!! I have recommended HH to all my friends and they quit going because of the prices. Who ever is in charge of pricing is pricing SAME as big box stores....and the “new faces” working there are not as friendly as before..they don’t look pleased when you have A full cart.Disappointed. Miss the old times. Senior management needs to take notice.

I went in on 5/9 and purchased $71 worth of items from Their vintage section. They are using clear packing tape to hold lids on and like pieces together. The tape pulled the finish off of delicate China ware pieces. I called because these pieces were not super expensive but they were not cheap either. I cannot use them now as washing will further remove the finish. I was told thank you for letting them know own and gee, I am surprised that could happen since they just put them out. I got the impression she didnt even believe me. No offer to let me return those pieces that were ruined. Just because it is a place that is raising funds for a good cause does not mean they should do business this way. I will exercise extreme caution on any future purchases if I even return. I live out of town so it is not easy to take these things by to show them.

I love this place. I go there sometimes twice a week. The people that run it are so friendly and the proceeds go to an awesome place called Bethesda clinic. They provide medical and dental services to working people that dont have insurance and its great as well. There are two locations of this business and this one is my favorite. Just today I picked up several books for cheaper than anywhere in town and while I was there I helped shelve some new arrivals. Ha. The other location is much larger and seems to have a higher turnover for their items but the people at this one make my day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Large selection of nice, second hand clothing at great prices. Its very clean inside. Way better than any Goodwill I have ever been in. They also have home decor.

Definitely one of the better thrift shops, but VERY high priced for a thrift shop and the prices keep going up. I have actually seen items that cost more here than brand new. The staff is far from friendly and helpful and they dont have shopping carts with seats for small children. A good place to find a rare item though.

I Went to this place looking for a file cabinet this morning. I found one but it did not have a price. I asked a store associate but she just stood around and continue to do other things instead of giving me a price to buy the file cabinet! I left and purchased one from Goodwill up the street...

Many people shop thrift stores because they have limited funds. This store is not for these people. Clothing overpriced. And if you give a one star rating, it never shows up on store website. Management might need a realty check

I love this store! The people working are always helpful. And the selection is pretty decent also. They carry all clothing types for men, women, children, and toys, furniture, accessories and more if your wondering. It all benefits Bethesda Health Clinic here in Tyler.

I especially love that all proceeds go to a great local cause. Its no-guilt shopping and there are some great finds!!

Best thrift Store ever

Very clean and well organized and good variety. Also the staff was very friendly. The down side is the prices are just to hight. I thrift shop for bargains and I actually passed up 4 items due to the prices. I looked at the womens jeans and they wanted 9.00 $ for used Jeans. The last 2 pairs of Jeans I purchased at other thrift shops were 1.50$ each and they were in great condition and name brand.

The store on the loop is huge and well organized. The one in town is too, but smaller and less stuff. Really good stores. They dont smell like dirty laundry like some 2nd hand places. Closed Sundays.

A fabulous hunt for treasure for a bargain shopper like me. All clothing and household items are donated and proceeds benefit Bethesda Medical Center. Look for labels, major labels in the clothing areas. Mens, womens, and childrens clothing, shoes, everything. I actually spotted us pair of Ferragamos. Unfortunately they did not fit me. Definitely worth the trip to both locations.

Store is nice and clean - very well organized. I always find something but know your prices - they tend to overprice clothing and their vintage section is usually priced higher than Ebay. Im disappointed the Broadway store will close - prices were better there. Will see what the Troop Highway store does.

Staff is always friendly, although seem to be a little short handed at times. A true thrift store benefiting the community with its mission.

I enjoy the shop and love the cause. The only comment i would like for them to take into consideration is that their prices are too high for thrift shop on some items. I.e $70 for artwork you can buy new at Hobby Lobby for $40.
