Please pay these people more money. I always have a good experience here, but every single time I come in there is always another guest who is being mean or yelling at the employees. They are obviously having to do A LOT with only 3 people working here. They are doing great, but it is very obvious that they are not happy. Im not saying money fixes everything, but when my company increased our pay this year, it definitely made a difference in our attitude and outlook. These people are sweating and moving fast constantly. Im sure they havent even had a chance to get any water. I am sitting here waiting for my order and I am so thankful for these associates today. I hope the company can show that it is thankful for them as well. Keep it up.

The app and online says open until 11 we were trying to grab some coffee before going out of town. The area had 6 cars in the parking spot with 5 on staff and 2 in the lobby that were customers. 2 cars in the drive thru and said sorry we served our last customer. Online orders still available. Ended up going to one that was down the road 10 minutes closed with new staff and they gladly took us in for our 2 drinks. Maybe get some people from corporate to assist them in customer service.

I LOVE Starbucks! This location has been my favorite for years. The staff is always friendly & my order has always been perfect!The only reason I gave four stars, instead of five, was because the last few times I was here, the staff was moving like turtles in there! Come on people! You’re supposed to be the best! Drink some of that Starbucks coffee, w/ an extra shot of espresso! Then do a little less talking with each other, and get in the game! You got this!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service this morning. They completely messed up our simple order, refused to correct it and instead gave us an additional cup full of the liquid missing ingredients to add ourselves and then asked us what we wanted when we told them we had no room in our already full cup of coffee. Once we explained that won’t work they argued and decided amongst themselves to just give us a bigger cup. Needless to say it was an absolute horrible experience and the employees were the issue. We went through the drive through and will be opting to go to a different location. We will definitely be spreading the word!

Ive been to the Starbucks several times just like any Starbucks that offers all the regular drinks the only thing is is that every time that I go no matter what time of the day it is the wait in the drive-thru is always 10 to 20 minutes currently Im sitting here in the Drive-Thru and Ive been here already 10 minutes and I havent even made it to the ordering station. The thing is is that theres only been maybe eight to 10 cars that have gone through in that 10 minutes. Im not exactly sure why it takes so long to get coffee at this Starbucks location but its definitely an issue thats been ongoing and not a new thing so if you do go here plan on waiting a while to get your coffee whether youre going inside or going through the drive-thru unless you call ahead and order that way

Very clean, kind employees, and great environment. The only complaint and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because it took 14 minutes for a drink. There were employees standing around and there was only 3 customers in there. I saw no reason for it to take so long. The drive thru was empty as well so it wasnt due to it being busy or them needing more baristas.

For the past few months the quality of the drink and the service has really been poor at this location. Today I ordered my drink the the order was repeated back to me me and when I read it on the screen it was correct. My drink was passed to me out the window and it had whip cream all over it. I said to the young lady can you please take this back can you please take this back and just knock the whip cream off the top. She tells me no no I would have to totally make the whole drink over. And continues to pass me my cup. I read it and I say the sticker plainly says no plainly says no whip. She looks at me and shrugs her shoulders as if its nothing she can do. She did not attempt to correct their mistake. Please lets get some new staff or training done. Drinks dont even taste the same anymore.😡😡😡😡😡

Love this location. Always very busy in the drive thru but fast if you order inside or through the app. Very friendly staff. Staffing is always adequate to meet consumer demands. Not the most convenient location but my order is always right and meets my personal expectation.

I like this Starbucks. I havent had the new one on old jacksonville yet but other than that in my experiences over the past couple months has been excellent here on the loop consistently. Starbucks in New mall isnt very good at all in my OP. The sweeter drinks like frapps and stuff i wouldnt waste my time but everything else may be good

I went inside to order, (unloading my three children under three which is definitely not fun for a quick stop) because the drive thru line was so long and 10 minutes after ordering my drink and watching several people who ordered after me receive theirs, I went to the counter to check on my own. No one responded directly to my inquiry, they hardly glanced at me in fact, but I heard one employee ask another one about my drink and a few minutes later it appeared, no apology no nothing. My quick visit for a drink and gift cards took 20 minutes total

We ordered online for in store pick up, and when we got there we got one of our drinks instantly, but had to wait a while on the second drink (Iced Peach Tea), but they were busy, so I get it. Not sure if they were that busy, or forgot, or had to brew the tea, but the staff was nice and apologetic. Everyone else around me was handled very quickly, even with the line outside. Usually the line is around the block, so definitely go inside if you can (at least at this location). Drinks were yummy and accurate though!

Service here is normally pretty fast. This location is always busy (so close to both colleges). The staff is always friendly and nice (definitely better than some other Starbucks locations). The tend to run out of things a lot, though.

I dont make it to Tyler often but I will DEFINITELY come back to this store because of him and the staff that was here today!!! Although the coffee here is as good as any other Starbucks, their failure to maintain their franchise is what warrants 2 stars. I received $2400 in suspension/wheel damage simply trying to leave their location. I then spent an hour in 40 degree raining weather to place a spare and many hours since attempting to be reimbursed.The employees even acknowledged they have had a similar jarring experience and that it has been a known problem that they have simply failed to address.Please use another location that cares about your vehicle and experience!

This is consistently the worst starbucks I have been to. At least early morning shift. I have been here 5+ times in the morning on the way to work with limited time with my drinks complete and sitting in the holding area. As multiple employees meander around with limited customers. Is it that hard to pass finished drinks 4 feet over? Or, if you are going to be busy doing nothing, maybe put them on the counter where the customer can get them?Or, continue having the customer wait as long as 10 minutes for no reason. Either way, you have lost daily business from me and the 3 in my work truck.

I had ordered 17mins out with the Starbucks app saying it will be about 4-6 mins. I get there and stood for close to 5 mins before someone asked if I had a mobile order. Then it took them another minute or so to find the order sticker for the cup. She took another 3-4 minutes to make each drink. The lady had no drive to make it quick. Then she asked her team mate on food if my food was there, which she stated that they didnt have an order under my name on their side. It was sitting by the mobile order. They had at least 5 people that I saw working there and I am not sure why the mobile orders or any of them were behind 17mins. Made me late for work so never ordering here again. If yall cant work quick in the morning then I wouldnt take a morning job. Last thing, thanks for giving me 1.5in worth of foam on top of all the ice you put in a venti because now I just paid for a grande at a venti price.

Love starbucks. Bummed with my experience through Uber. Ordered hot coffee and food. Starbucks did not put stoppers in the drinks. When we opened the sealed bag Coffee was all at the bottom of the bag and running down the sides of the cup. Please tell your employees to place a stopper in the drinks for the delivery items. Food and coffee was good (well what was left in the cups) lol

I order a few drinks at a time so I dont have to go to the drive-thru everyday, especially because the line is out to the Loop. When paying almost $5 per drink, you want what you pay for. Well I hate that not only do the baristas not put light ice when requested, but they fill the cup 3/4 full of ice! I got home and scooped out the ice, and my cup was only half full with my drink. This has happened so many times, I finally had to make the time to post about it.

Ordered my drinks 15mins out. I get there they werent done with one of my drinks. Mind you there isnt a line waiting for indoor pick up, plus there wasnt a backed up line in drive thru. To top it off I get my light iced matcha green tea latte. There was 1 inch of foam PLUS 1 inch of empty space. Let me ask, why should I pay for a venti when you always throw ice in there where it is 3/4 of the cup then leave 1 inch of foam and 1 inch of empty space. As a previous batista I know if I saw all this empty space plus foam I would add more milk and get rid of the foam. This was not the first time or second and I really wanted to give yall another chance but this will be my last time spending $15+ on food and drinks in the morning.

This is the worst Starbucks in Tyler. Every single time I go to this Starbucks, I leave disappointed. I always order a Cold Brew, different flavors. Every single time I get it, it tastes extremely bland. Like they didn’t put any flavor in it. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold crew in the drive today and was of course disappointed again. Not even the slightest hint of pumpkin flavor. Wasted $5 and wasted 25 minutes sitting in the drive through. This location is not getting my business anymore. The staff here is also extremely unorganized and constantly too busy chatting it up instead of focusing on making orders.

I was just at this Starbucks. Ordered a tall Pikes Peak Roast drip because I did not want to wait for a specialty drink to be made. My simple drip was put in the cue with all the other drinks. This is the worst Starbucks in town. The last 3 times I have been in there they ignore me. They help customers that come in after me. They are so unorganized when it come to mobile orders. They will move orders up for people that just walked in the door even though you have been waiting on your order for 5 minutes. They only ask certain people what name is on their order, while they never ask other customers. After waiting 30 minutes for my drink this morning I will drive a little further to a different location.

I go to this Starbucks all the time they were out of the sandwich I ordered. Which is fine they asked me to switch my sandwich and that’s fine as well. But then one girl went to the back grabbed like 6 of the sandwiches I ordered while I was standing right there. I know they are busy, and yes the coffee is good. But this has to be the slowest Starbucks in Tyler. I ordered from my mobile app as I entered the drive thru line. It took 26 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got to the window. Anyways, when I got to the counter, I had been having a terrible day, I didn’t know what I wanted to drink, but luckily, she greeted me with a smiling face and was very polite.
