This place is amazing. After going to a good doctor in town, I was blown away by the price of glasses at their office so I left with just the prescription. I finally decided to go look for glasses and tried the two places that my insurance accepts. Neither had an appointment at a convenient time and both were booked out at least a week. I decided to give this place a shot and just pay cash, so I could get the glasses a little quicker. I am so happy we went here. I wish I caught the womans name that helped us because she was amazing. She helped get a pair that worked best and looked best for my son. We were in and out of there faster than I could have even imagined. The glasses were ready in 15 minutes. I expected to have to come back a few days, or even weeks later.

These are the best eye doctors and the best eyeglass clinic ive ever seen. I felt like I was treated like a queen. They really knew their job and were efficient and kind. My glasses have made me see again and are top of the line. They have a wide choice of frames and had my glasses ready in less than an hour. Everyone was professional. I will never go to another optometrist. They are top of the line.

I love my new glasses and extremely happy with the whole process. Best thing, the person assisting me advised that I didnt want choose a smaller or sleeker sized frame since I needed no-line bifocals. Went back to pick them up, put them on and was amazed at how much better I could see! Apparently the facility where I had the previous pair, allowed me to have a smaller frame thus less lens for vision correction and the bifocal. Thank you so much for having knowledgeable staff!

Great service got my exam done fairly quick. My glasses were done in less than 20 minutes, and it was two pairs. Amazing service.

Was told prescription would be ready in 4 or 5 days and it has now been 18 days and was told today, we will call you. When we asked if we could get a refund, the answer was.... Yep. Due to really poor service with an arrogant attitude thats what we are doing.

The customer service provided here is top notch! Michael provided individual attention to both my daughter and myself as we shopped for glasses. Ordered glasses from here 4 weeks ago. I have a special prescription so they had to get them from somewhere else which was going to take up to 2 weeks. Luckily I got them back in a week. Glasses I received were too strong of a prescription. So I had to take them back and get them fixed and they said they should have them back to me in about 2 weeks again. And they received my lenses yesterday (I called and checked) but haven’t put them into the frames. Whenever they promise other customers who don’t have special lenses like myself who can have theirs done in store that they will have them to them within a day. I called today and they said “we have more special orders in front of yours”.... Ones that you screwed up? I would think orders that were messed up would be a top priority but I guess not lmao if they aren’t right this time (which I DOUBT they will be considering the reviews I’ve seen within the past month on here) I will be asking for a full refund. And I won’t be returning after this regardless. I am never a Karen about things, but I’m livid right now. And the way I was spoken to “they will be to you by the seventh and we will call you if they are done earlier” with a snotty tone like I’m the bad guy whenever they are the ones who put the wrong prescription in the computer in the first place? This place is a joke and Walmart is MUCH faster and MUCH cheaper and also include (in packages not separately for $100 a piece) things I needed on my lenses like anti glare, anti scratch, anti dust, etc.Like I said I won’t be purchasing from here again.

All of the staff was friendly. Michael did an outstanding job on my measurements. To top it off my glasses were ready within 30 minutes. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I will go back for my next pair of for sure.

Went in store because my kids glasses broke and needed glasses in a hurry. We had already used our insurance for the year so we could not file it on insurance. We used a different company for several years and started to have issue getting repairs done. Eye mart had great deals and extremely friendly service. I went there for no-line bifocals with a very strong prescription. They were attentive, kind and did their very best to help, even checking the stock and saving the only pair of lenses in that range that they had while I selected my frames. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and my glasses were done in less than an hour. And all this was accomplished with measures in place to protect against COVID-19. I would highly recommend this business.

I give the staff 5 stars, they are very kind and helpful in every way.!!!!! The reason for 2 stars are the glasses. It is an 80 mile round trip for me and I have made 2 trying to get my new glasses correct. ( I understand that they are progressive lenses and you need to adjust to them ) but even after 2 times of trying to get them correct and following the instructions on tilting and moving my head to see correctly through them I still can not see my phone, read, or see the computer. It was suggested I see the eye doctor again ( another 80 mile round trip) and they can try to fix the issue I just cant keep making trips and trips. So I will just take the $340 loss and move on going back to dollar store to buy readers and give up on buying glasses. Bt understand the staff are great.!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient while my 89 year old mother picked out her glasses. The glasses were then finished in the lab in about an hour👓😁.. (which was wonderful because she had lost her glasses so was basically blind) We returned and they fitted them to my mom. Very easy process. Thank you 😊

Great prices, good selection and excellent customer service. Due to my poor vision my lenses are never available in store, not just here but anyplace, they always have to special order. They had them in and ready for pick up in exactly 7 days, not bad!They can get really busy at times, so you may end up waiting a bit, but if you plan accordingly and come when they first open or during the week. Its much better.

Had my wife get my sun glasses for me seeing As I am an over the road truck driver to fine that they were not cut right to the frame or have the edges polished so with them on all u see is the white edges looking through white rings I wish I knew how to post a pic so everyone can see how truly bad of a job they did and I only have a slight prescription
