Good service and ice cream, but the selection of flavors is very limited. Didnt see any sugar free flavors, nor rich chocolate fudge.

Served us right away. The ice cream was great. Tables and floor were clean. Definitely coming back.

Used a delivery service to pick up order. Donuts were stale hard dry and could not be eaten. When I called to report the problem they denied any responsibility. Food was not able to be consumed. They took an oh well sorry for your loss attitude. If you value your health you will not eat there.

Just like it was when I was a kid.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was very fast. Staff was knowledgeable about their flavors and what was available. There were lots of flavors available and they were appropriately labeled. Ive tried other Baskin Robbins in the area, and this location is by far the best. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I ordered a hot coffee, 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream. That was $6Very small scoop of icecream.The coffee was room temperature. When I brought it to their attention it was microwaved then returned to me.I will never return nor will I reccomend this place.

Bad servic we went today and ordered and the person served a waffle cone with chocolate and said that if anybody else wanted chocolate ice they were out and then i went to pay out and looked at the receipt and as i was walking out the person at the cashier mocked me.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Pulled up on a Friday night and they said they were out of ALL ice cream.Previous to this we ordered a sundae kit and they didnt have it ready at time of pickup. We ordered 24 hrs in advance. When they finally put it together they gave us chocolate instead of hot fudge. When I drove back to let them know they stated they were out of hot fudge and that their boss told them to give me chocolate. They did not let me know or give me a choice. Every time I come here they are a disappointment.

Customer service is got to be the worst in tyler. Every time we have been there, we either feel like we are an inconvenience, or a bother. They are out of the ice cream we order about 80%of the time. Sad thing is, all we ever order is chocolate or vanilla. How does an ice cream shop run out of effin chocolate icecream. They should change the slogan to the home of 29 flavors. 30 on a good day. It happens so often that weve tried to call ahead to see if they have what we want before we drive out there. However there is always a recording that says the line is busy so you cant get thru. There was one time we pulled up 15 min before closing. They turned the lights off when the saw us pull in and the attendant stood just inside the door looking at us until we drove away. Wont be a bother to this place anymore. Maybe the franchise owner should stop in as a customer one day.

This place is terrible I just my daughter a 4+$ ice cream and it was literally a tablespoon management was nice but complete rip off!

Pathetic service. Doesnt even respond to calls. I drove almost 10 miles to be there and did make prior 5 minutes. The cashier turned off the open sign in front of me and after waiting there for 5 minutes he says its 10 pm in our clock. Its terrible.Behind me there were other customers as well. However, please work on this as its the only store in the town.

Workers were VERY unenthused. Made for a poor experience, twice in a row. The two ladies had very poor work ethic, I was not greeted or asked what Id like. The ice cream flavors were lacking (8 out of 31) the ice cream cones were stale :(I would recommend going to braums and not wasting your time here. You will be disappointed..

Every time we come here they have very few flavors out. They are always out of chocolate chip.Today there were 7 flavors in the cooler to choose from and the staff didnt seem to care. Said they could get some chocolate chip from the back but it would take 20 min to thaw.Theres even a note on the cooler top that says Due to customer complaints keep these flavors out in the line and the list started with chocolate chip. Maybe one of the flavors on the list was in the cooler.We will find another place for treats and dessert from now on.

I just wanted to comment on an excellent job from an employee named Josh I came in started feeling sick dizzy, feeling of throwing up, my eye site was fading, headache all of the sudden, left I couldnt see, unbalanced ..Josh noticed asked me if i was ok while attending to me .i told him i dint feel good he gave me a bag of ice to put on my head and a cold glass of water told me to sit down and brought me my stuff. I stayed in baskin Robins for an hour during this time Josh kept checking up on me. If it wasnt for Josh I would have passed out and ended up in the hospital. He should get a promotion for his outstanding work ethic and heroic actions. Josh went above and beyond when it comes to customer service and outstanding performance when it came down to my sickness. I truly appreciate the owner having such an amazing employee.

I was wanting to purchase an ice cream cake for my moms birthday. I found many to choose from and staff eager to help. The cake plus a muffin were purchased. Both items were delicious and I have told everyone I know about my positive experience. I will definitely return!

My ice cream was great and the sugar cone was so fresh, we actually had to wait for it to cool. However my daughter ordered a strawberry smoothy and I dont know what he made but it was not strawberry, smooth, or even a full cup. It was about an inch and a half from the smoke op of the cup and at around five dollars I would expect it to be full and strawberry. He used strawberry ice cream and rasberry syrup. Epic fail

We ordered an ice cream cake for our daughters birthday. They were 2 hours late getting it ready, and then it wasnt even the one we ordered. One of the girls working couldnt stay off her cell phone e long enough to actually take an order or accomplish anything, the others were just lost. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Here is a suggestion.. If you have banana royal on the menu, can you please supply bananas for the store. I have literally been to your store on numerous occasions and not one time there was any bananas..😡😡

We love the icecream, but they need to keep more flavors. Theyre always out of the grape ice sherbet. The doughnuts are only fresh in morning, even though theyre sold round the clock.

We were there ten minutes with no line. The girl who finally took our order after a good wait cut me off mid order to work the drive through and never came back. There were two employees. They seemed to be busy doing something related to the business, just not customer service. After several “we’ll be with you in a moment” comments we left. Poorly managed. Understaffed.

Is it possible to not award any stars? This establishment is just the weirdest set up Ive ever seen. Last visit they only had 3 flavors. This time they had about 10 but they were mislabeled and so you have to ask what the flavors are because no one seemed to care. Ive never in any other place of business saying such apathy from the employees towards their customers. It is obvious from many other poor reviews say have that someone who should care doesnt. I visit this area in Tyler fairly frequently Ill certainly be looking for another place for my ice cream fix.

It’s been 3 times my family and I have gone to the Baskin Robbins here in Tyler, TX and I can say the last time was the last. They always have at least 1 or 2 people who don’t know AT ALL what they’re doing, literally had a girl say to my face she didn’t know how to make 3 of the drinks I wanted (one was a simple Mocha Blast), although they are on the menu so knowing how to make them should be a requirement to keep a job there, and I’ve seen a handful of infection control violations from the employees, not to mention they’re always out of half of their ice cream flavors, and donut flavors too. So disappointed, we were so excited when they opened another location here!

Where to begin? The cashier was rude. They didnt have items listed on the menu board. They had fewer than 10 flavors. The manager refused to speak with us. They refused to give me a phone number to the corporate office. A truly terrible location.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order for a birthday cake 2 weeks in advance to give them plenty of time to make it. When I arrived today (06-13-17) to pick up the cake, it wasnt even made. This cake was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake for my husband today. Manager wasnt available to talk to and employees couldnt give me a refund for the order. Baskin Robbins really dropped the ball on this. My kids were expecting cake and to surprise their daddy, but now, I have to break the bad news to them. Very disappointed. Employees gave excuses for the reason why the baker didnt do their job. This is inexcusable, ESPECIALLY when I gave them PLENTY of time to make the order. So, thank you for ruining this special occasion.

I have never seen a more incompetent, lazy, and slow staff in my life. I walked in at 3:50 with ONE person in front of me who ordered a plain vanilla cone. I left at 4:21 with two medium shakes and one cup of mint chocolate chip that cost me $16.75!!! I had two members taking my order. No wonder the ice cream is so expensive it takes 30 minutes to get your order fulfilled! Got to my car, took a drink of my shake, and it was the wrong flavor.

Worst location you could ever go to. Never have the flavors you want out. Always an excuse of why they dont. They will lie and say they are out when they just dont want to thaw out any. Horrible communication with people. I wish this place would close down. I spoke to district manager about a year ago about the horrible experiences but things are still the same

We ordered a birthday cake for my nephew and when we went to pick it up they told us they lost the cake. How does someone lose a cake?? So I guess they just forgot to make the cake and gave a dumb excuse for it. They gave us a cake that wasnt the one we ordered at all because its all they had at the time. And they took 20 minutes to write Happy birthday on it...

We placed an order for my 3 year olds birthday cake and gave them the 24 hours required. Showed up to pick up the cake and it wasnt made. The reason given is that the lady who makes cakes didnt want to work on the weekend. Now because of a lazy employee and poor management my child has no birthday cake. Well done Baskin Robbins. I will never purchase from you again.

Good ice cream as always but could be a bit more frozen to suit me. We were there on the 31st day of the month which makes it $1.50 per scoop (up from the $1.31 from recent past.)

There were only 12 flavors to choose from, and the place is DIRTY. The music is so loud you have to yell to talk, and the lyrics were if she catches me cheating, she will cut off my d!@k. Thank goodness my children werent with me this time!

They dont care about there job & you can tell when I asked whats yalls Holiday flavor? She said it like she could careless and even with her moto tone I said Thank You! I ordered a shake and a single dip and when I got to the window she said she only got one item after charging me!!! Wont be back

I love Baskin Robbins and the ice cream! Unfortunately this location fails to provide the proper product to make certain items that Baskin Robbins offers. I have been to this location several times and they have been out of ice cream and today I was told that the syrup pump was not working therefore they could not make a cappuccino blast. I keep giving them a try but I think today I will no longer be a customer of Baskin Robbins. I hope they can figure out the issues and get them corrected for their future business* Went back to this location today and again told that they were out of a product. Waiting on trucks to arrive and not knowing when that would be. Very unprofessional and management needs to get it together*

The freezer for the ice cream was broke so only half was full of ice cream not many flavors to choose from. There were no spoons for customers to get without having to ask. The sitting area was filthy. There were 3 employees. 1 was on the business phone doing personal call and didnt try to help . 1 was on her cell phone. Very unimpressed by this location.

I ordered 1 dozen assorted donuts, and 3 large koloches. Went to the window, the total was $8.99. Gave the cashier my card, and she handed me the donuts, then she gave me my card and receipt back, afterwards closing the window without saying anything. I sat at the drivethru window for another 2 minutes before she finally came back, and she asked what can I do for you? I told her that she forgot my koloches, and she said oh Im so sorry. They were sitting in a bag right beside the window, and then she wanted to charge me an additional $8 for the 3 koloches, after she already told me the price for my total order (the person who took my order, even repeated my order back to me).

Ive gone by the last 4 weeks when Im home from work just to get a peanut butter and chocolate shake. They have not had it out the entire time. Thats ridiculous. Only Baskin Robbins within 90 miles and not fully stocked.

Poor service. Limited selection. I dont think this is a store problem. I think its a people problem. people dont know how to work anymore. they are not self-motivated cant figure out how to handle business.

Came yesterday 4/12/21 at 8:30am and got a cappuccino blast, today at 8:30 on 4/13/21 was told by manger they are not making them because the ice cream shop doesn’t open until 10:00am. Asked to speak to owner who gave me a different story, said the cappuccino mix was frozen. If the owner and manager are going to mislead customers, at least know the story the other is telling. In between each of your statements, you lost a customer. I spent about $35 a week at this location, doesn’t sound like much but it’s $35 you won’t get from me.

The Baseball nut with swirls of raspberry and cashews is AWESOME!

Friendly staff but I don’t think they are trained that well. The shake we ordered was runny and had to throw it out. Not too busy but took longer than normal because only two girls working. Notices that one of the ice cream tubs was freezer burnt.

This isnt the best Baskin-Robbins. They seem short staffed and do not have as many flavors as other locations. No peanut butter and chocolate ice cream which I thought was a standard flavor. The staff seems unhappy about being at work.

The worst Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! They only have one freezer of ice cream available, broken equipment, service is terrible, the place was dirty and it was very hot inside. I won’t be going back. They will not be in business long if this continues.
