Absolutely delicious! Didnt think I could like cinnamon rolls as much as this, but these guys killed it! Definitely recommend this place to get your cinnamon roll fix! Cant wait to try more from this place!

It was so good! The staff was so nice and they got our order in quickly! The cinnamon roll itself was so delicious and it was very hard to believe something this good was made vegan! My mom is allergic to dairy and she was so happy when she was told that all their products are dairy free!

This place was amazing. It was my first time and def will not be my last. The cinnamon roll tasted so fresh and was so soft. Im very impressed.

Terrible service, the girl Kathy or whatever her name was, was so rude, rolling her eyes the whole time I place my order. Roll was cold and tasted old. Like it was sitting for hours. I use to love going and getting a fresh hot fluffy roll, never coming back!

My husband is pretty much addicted to Cinnaholic. I for one can not believe they are 100% vegan and kosher. I didn’t know it was vegan before I tried them and I never would have known had I not read the website! My husband tired the “Not a Roll” off the menu and we have been back every other day since. I love the cookie dough with the peanut butter frosting and toppings. And he loves the “ Not a Roll” -fruit base with frosting and toppings. Also the costumer service is amazing. All the girls are super sweet and really care about the product they are putting out.

The staff was not friendly. It took over 20 minutes to put frosting on 4 rolls, and we were the only ones there. To top it off the cinnamon rolls tasted very artificial. Not impressed, and the price was not worth it.

They need help... we ordered 2 yes 2 of the items they offer and we where there for 25 min waiting.. thats terrible service. Only one girl working the front and ill tell you she looked frustrated and overwhelmed. Are the owners too cheap to hire more or are they being affected by the current shortage of employees due to covid.. idk but there was 1 other customers there besides us and she was also very frustrated that we had to wait so long for something they should make with ease.. on the other hand the campfire item was a bit messy and flavors where just all over the place. Idk... I just dont know.

Hands down best customers service I have experienced in a while. Very knowledgeable about their products, and they will go the extra mile to make you happy! I will definitely recommend to all my family, friends and customers. They catered my 13yr olds birthday party and everybody I mean everybody loved it! Thank you so much for making this a epic party! Great concept. Maple frosting was delicious. Only critique is the roll itself. Had more of a canned biscuit taste and texture then a cinnamon roll. Staff was courteous and working hard to get orders out and running the counter.

The staff was super friendly, menu was really easy to navigate. the product was really sweet maybe too sweet for me but I would definitely recommend you give it a try

Cinnaholic is so good!! The staff is very friendly and super thoughtful. The cinnamon rolls are baked to perfection! The icing is delicious!! They have numerous flavors of icing... coffee, caramel, etc. I got a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, caramel sauce, snickerdoodle bites, and cinnamon and sugar- it was sooo delicious!! The chocolate chip banana bread is also really good! It’s so moist and yummy! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Had the Old Skool cinnamon roll and it was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

I ordered off of door dash and there were a few hiccups when I ordered that were no ones fault. The staff and management went above and beyond to communicate with me and help me celebrate some good news with my beautiful wife. The chocolate strawberries and raspberry dream roll were a big hit with the wife and we will definitely be ordering from Cinnaholic in Tyler again.

Go here. You won’t regret it. Just go. Trust me, I’m fat.

I would like to give more stars but I ordered an original with cream cheese frosting. Came home to sink my teeth in goodness and got a plain ZERO topping roll 😡 too expensive for this ($5.00+). *after melting butter on it I have to say...I dont think I will be back. Sorry, but honestly was expecting better. Not enough cinnamon and Pillsbury just tastes better. Best of luck in your venture though.

I got there a bit early and the owner was fantastic in that he gave me a delicious cinnamon roll. It was really good. It had strawberries on top and the iceing was great. Itll definitely be my place to go for cinnamon buns. I hope they start to open up earlier i would definitely stop there on my way to work.

Not the texture or flavor I expected of a gourmet cinnamon roll. Was an okay experience, customer service was great, but wanted the cinnamon roll to be better.

SO GOOD!!! And they are great about letting you taste the different frostings!!! I had to wait 5 min because of the boil water mandate and they threw in a few cookies for my wait. They were SO nice and the cinnamon roll was DELISH

Ive had the pregnancy craving of a life time for a cinnamon roll totally drowned in frosting, and while I didnt catch their name, the blue haired god who made my cinnamon roll spoke to my soul and delivered it perfectly.

It was my husband and I first time and we shared a cinnamon roll, he enjoyed it so much that he said hed definitely want to go back and well have to get our own. They were delicious 😋.
