We have always had amazing customer at the Tyler location. Hence why we have spent well into six figures over the past 5-6 years.The 2 rating comes from my last visit. Again, customer service is always spot on.I stopped by after shopping at the mall and every shop I visited in the mall were not wearing masks. And I might add havent been for some time now.Not only were the employees in the mall not wearing masks but the hundreds of shoppers I passed by werent either.Part of the shopping experience for us at Jareds is the personal attention we receive from Tabitha and Autumn, nothing is more impersonal than a hidden face.Even the local restaurant staff arent wearing and that seems to be more of a risk if there were one. And I would assume they are regulated more closely than a jewelery with far less traffic.We believe you should consider hopping on the Texas bandwagon and keep the process of moving forward to normalcy going instead of hindering the employees and customers.Your competitor Susan Robinson on the same street have had the no mask policy for at least 2 months.Please consider the request of no mask!

I stopped in looking for ring and the service was phenomenal. All of the associates were very helpful and took the time to help me find a beautiful ring. As a result I also found a beautiful pair of earrings and bought them. Im excited and cant wait for my ring to be ready for pick-up. This was my first visit but it will definitely not be my last.

I was ignored and neglected, never have I experienced such an awful display of customer service, Ive been in this area for 20 years of my life and in that time never have I dealt with such disrespect, I will be giving my business to Robbins brothers, at least there am I treated like a human being and not an unwelcomed guest.

After 11 years they were able to find my wifes wedding ring information and warranty plan and she was very happy to get the ring fixed and cleaned. Extreme helpful . Thank you Jareds and staff.

Think twice before ordering anything not Available. Salesperson Was very nice and accomplished ordering ring. I received loose diamond and two months later still no band. I was charged for everything. Very disappointed, and now they owe me back money, so I can go elsewhere; since apparently are not going to complete order.

I have been to a lot of jewelry stores in Tyler. Jared’s has the best selection and prices. Tabitha has an excellent way of treating a customer. First place I will be thinking of coming back when it comes to jewelry. Great customer service,very professional and attentive to my needs.

They have the best service ever! Tabitha and Autumn both go out of their way to make sure they can take care of you! Actually all the staff that I have come across are helpful and friendly! But those 2 ladies are the ones I specifically ask for. I drive 2 hours to get all my jewelry from Jareds serviced there!

I needed a designated custom band for my engagement ring. I set out to find a Jeweler who would treat me right. The very first store I stopped at was Jared. Tabitha was kind and answered all my questions. She was very thorough with how the process would work and gave me an estimate. I obviously didnt want to just buy from the first shop so I continued to shop around.Boy what an experience. I went to 4 other Jewelers in the area, two of whom estimated nearly double the cost of what Tabitha had. One actually gave came close to Tabitha’s price...still higher. They were short with me and I felt like they rushed me out the door. Left me with a bad taste. They were downright rude, and seemingly scoffed at my questions and my design.So back I went to Tabitha at Jared’s. From there we went over my design and I put a down payment on it. They kept me up to date through the whole process and didnt complain when I nit picked multiple things when the 3d model came back for approval. Not long after that, a wax model was ready to approve and the stones were ready to pick from. I could tell even from the wax model the ring I designed was becoming reality.The whole time everyone there was very kind and respectful, and their personable attitude and thorough understanding and experience really gave me peace of mind that I could trust them to do right by me.The final results were better than I could ever imagine! Sine then I have bought several pieces from Tabitha. They have the best selection in Tyler, best prices and best customer service. Tabitha and Jared’s have a customer for life!Thank You, Tabitha for giving me the ring of my dreams! Especially since I see and wear it everyday!

I just want to say I have been in a few Jareds. But this has by far been the best. Beautiful store, well kept. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. And it was friendly & courteous like she genuinely wanted to help not out for a sale. All of the staff was very professional & helpful. The manager, Courtney, took her time with us to show us around but was also there for her employees when they needed her.Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely be back and would highly recommend this store for your fine jewelry needs!

I had recently purchased a pair of Pandora earrings and they were beautiful. I went swimming in the lake and lost one. I called Jared, they said bring the one I have left in... they have me a brand new pair as it was part of the one year warranty!! I am so impressed. 😍🤗 I WILL BE a repeat customer-count on it! I forgot to post this. I live bout two hours away but this Tyler location is the closest for me. Every single time I need to work with them for inspection, repairs or cleaning, they go above and beyond. My last visit included them holding back their closing time just a few minutes for me to make it back to town and pick up our rings. They really helped me out because we were heading out of state for a week.Always love going into this store. Theyre always more than happy to help.

This is the best store I have been in, in a very long time. The staff is a great group of people who made my jewelry buying experience the best. I had the pleasure of getting to also work with the store manager while shopping and she was so knowledgeable and the sweetest person I have ever gotten to deal with. What an amazing experiance.

Will never shop at Jared’s again and I have spent thousands of dollars there. Went to purchase a Mother’s day gift yesterday which the sales lady was trying to sell me something that I had no interest in. I specifically showed her what I wanted and she still didn’t acknowledge my interest. Im also in the retail business so I know how important customer service is. But that wasnt my main reasoning for this rare review I write. I was told Jared’s has this promotion going on by the sales rep and today (yesterday) was the last day for it. Well I was only budgeting for a gift around couple hundred bucks but the promotion was if I spent 250 bucks then I would earn 100 bucks off on another purchase 200 bucks or more. Hmmm sounded good so I ended up with a 480 dollar pandora bracelet which my thinking was totaling up my first purchase of 250 on one transaction which I would receive 100 bucks rewards. I would then use that reward on my 2nd transaction of 230 bucks. Again i wasn’t planning on spending that much but hey, a 100 bucks savings is a great deal. Only to find out that I didn’t receive the 100 bucks rewards. After me waiting 45 minutes on the 3rd sales lady to help with the transaction and call corporate with the problem, corporate just said i dont know why its not doing it so im sorry basically. I will give the sales lady credit on the call. She did tell them i was waiting forever and asked if theres a code or a coupon she can just use to give me the discount and they could figure it out later so i wouldnt have to wait another hour. But i guess corporate didnt want to do that either. My question is why would you promote something if its not gonna be applied? And dont tell me its because I had to purchase 250 before taxes because the sales rep had a copy of the promotion from corporate on the counter and it clearly read that it was 250 with taxes included. Sales rep agreed and read the same thing i did. So with all that said, me not wanting to spend more than 200 bucks but was committing to a 480 purchase because of the so called promotion and me being what i like to think a loyal customer and purchase all my wifes jewelry there will never shop there again. With tons of Jewelry stores in Tyler you would figure customer service would be your main focus. Apparently not. I would have at least honored it in store or offer a discount or something and i would have been fine with that. But nothing. So instead I went to your competition and purchased.

Im not happy. Do not buy anything from here and don’t buy the warranty agreement. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy the warranty and then do not honor what they said. Of course the manager that was their when I bought my enhancer and the warranty is no longer there. Also the manager there now is rude and treats ladies like we are stupid. Never never buy from here. Biggest waste of $1000 I have spent there.

The second I walked in I was getting a credit card pushed down my throat, and when I leave the store they call me a few days later asking me if I was still interested in the ring, when it was not even an engagement ring at all! Pushy and need to get to know the customer more than worrying about getting the sale

I would put 0 stars, they fail to tell you full details about 0 apr for 12 months, its 0 apr on first purchase (wjen i asked they said it would be zero apr even if i came back for the band) and has tons of conditions, 3 months into the 12 months and they have been charging me interest sure its less than normal and in reallity 50 bucks is nothing but I dislike being lied to.
