The customer service was so great. I wish I would have gotten the sweet girls name that helped us. I was torn between a couple of rings and she helped us talk through each one for both mine and my fiancès ring. We decided to take a break for lunch and think about it, but our minds were set on the experience, price, and customer service. Would highly recommend. ❤️

Rude service from Erin, Belinda, and Monica, more concerned about my mask( but never saw them wipe any jewelry off after customers handled, or was handle by them as it state on their covid policy should be done, so they don’t take safety seriously ), than trying to resolve a problem with the ring I had purchase and sent off to be serviced, ring came back soldered wrong and did not look like it was done or handled professionally, ring was suppose to be wife mother day present, so they ruined that for us

Extremely rude people. Last Christmas we tried to buy some diamond studs and as my fiancé swiped his card the system crashed but still took a couple of hundred dollars out. They told us it would be back on card in 5 business days- which is way too long. We never saw the money and we called corporate because we couldn’t get anywhere at the store. The lady’s there are CLUELESS AND RUDE. I battled with corporate until March and still never got money or errings. I will never be back to this location. The manager is soooo rude.

Never answers the phone, the other tyler store was supposed to have them call me but that never happened.. both times I have came from a hour away they were not open. Today I went there at 215 says be back at 320 come back at 320 and they changed it to 330. Very frustrating considering all im trying to do is drop my ring off to have it sent off to be cleaned

I KNOW THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU READ IT AND HEED MY WARNING. I cant believe it Zales is ruining the engagement process for me and my soon to be wife. I have bought two rings from Zales in the past month. Only one was from this store and one was online. When I came to return the online purchase (it really didnt look like the ring they had online when we saw it in person) they told me I had to have enough money to buy the replacement ring in my bank account as it takes 48 hours to put the money back on my card. I didnt have it. I told them is there any way that they can return the ring for cash towards the new purchase they called the manager and got the go ahead to return it as no receipt they didnt ask me if thats what I wanted to do. Now I have my new ring for my love of my life and I have the ring for 2 hours, she reads a review about ring and it states the diamonds keep falling out. We look at the ring and sure enough there is already one missing . Now I have a strong suspicion Im not going to get my money back. Ill change the review if I do. But I do not recommend Zales what so ever. Please if you love her go somewhere else because this process has been so stressful for my soon to be wife. Im just mad, but they made her cry already. I just wanted her to have exactly what she wants and this is already a nightmare.

Its very frustrating when the website says theyre open at 11:00, but the sign at the store says they dont open until noon.

I would recommend this store to anyone who is interest it in anything that has to do with jewelery!
