Great people great service great prices. I ordered a rifle and went there to pick it up and ended up buying another one off the rack. Thats how good they are. Just ordered another rifle and well pick it up there.
I always assumed a little shop would be more expensive. I was wrong. Have bought 3 guns here and been satisfied with all of them. Service is great. Knowledgeable. Not know-it-alls. Fit a lot of inventory in small space.
These guys are fantastic. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable but they are also fun to talk with.I generally use Noonday Gun for my FFL transfers (25 bucks) but they have great stock on guns and they might even have some ammo.Even though they close early on Fridays (2PM yall!) they really deserve it for how awesome they are. Thank you Noonday Gun!
These guys are great. Very easy going, informative and they have a good variety to choose from. Stop by and check them out.During this crazy ammo fiasco they have ammo available. Its limited to 1 box per person, per household, but if you need ammo they typically have it.
Price Gouging Warning do not buy gun from this place they are overpriced pay $700 for a $500 rifle was promised a second Box ebox of ammo do not not go. Warning Unamerican. AND DO NOT STICK TO THEIR WORD. ZERO STARS
Friendly young man working the counter and a great selection of guns and ammo. I was told one box of ammo per customer which is fine. Unfortunately they would not sell me the ammo I was looking for that they had in the display case without buying a new gun to go with it. That seemed ridiculous and the look on the young mans face seemed to agree. The older gentleman said he would only sell me the box of .22LR if I bought a gun as well. This place has lost my business. I don’t know if it’s greed or highway robbery but I will never be back. #BBB.
Excellent selection of guns. Very knowledgeable people working the store and very friendly. I highly recommend this store.
Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Large selection of firearms. Highly recommended.
Good selection of both new and used weapons. Dont even try to talk him down on price....aint gonna happen. Owner is a little hard to get to know, but, can be very friendly.Prices are a little above average, so, dont go looking for a great bargain......but, they can be had!
This place operates more like a car lot than a gun shop. Prices seem to be fair to good but service seems to lack. I bought 3-4 firearms from this store over about a 6month time frame. The last was a Mini 14 blued finish tactical. The salesman tried to tell me some BS that it was still stainless because that is what I originally asked to see. I ended up buying the tactical because of the adjustable stock better fit my wife. I had to send the gun back to Ruger twice. They did let me ship it through the shop when UPS wouldnt pick it up at my house. During that time I asked if he would want to trade me out of it and the owner scoffed. Im finally happy with my Mini-14 but I have never stepped foot in that shop again.
These guys are friendly and have tons of knowledge! Walked in to mount a scope and bore sight a rifle, these guys had it done quickly. I poked around for a bit and the prices seem fair and the selection is much better than any other gun shop in South Tyler. Great service.
Ive only been in here a couple times. When I moved to the area I needed a store to handle a few transfers. Most the guys that work in this shop are older and matter of fact, I personally appreciate that. Theyve conducted themselves professionally. Theyve got pretty good prices and unless something changes, I will be conducting my firearms business here for the forseeable future. Quality shop.n
I have been in the shop several times. I live several miles away, but it is my favorite gun shop. They have the best prices around. Staff is very helpful. They are serious, because buying a gun is serious and they want you to buy the right gun for you.
They dont stand behind any thing that they sell. Sold me a 799$ rifle that didnt work. I took it back and he held his hands up laughed and said you bought it, its all yours. Wouldnt even try to help me. These people are crooks. They will rip you off and laugh about it. I wouldnt trust the owner or employees. They seem to take pleasure in my problems with the rifle. They knew it was messed up when they sold it to me. Ripoff artist. Dont buy anything from here.
I have purchased two gun here and conducted one transfer. The two that I bought were both around $150 cheaper than at the local retail stores. The staff is very knowledgable and willing to answer any of your questions. I will definitely continue to do business with them. Also, like a previous reviewer, I too was in the military, however, I would recommend them to my brothers.
I never understand the radical differences that we see in gun shop reviews. Maybe due to the radical differences in personalities of the shoppers themselves :)Anyway, I have purchased at least 10 guns from this shop and I have always had the very best of service, even to the extent that they have ordered a firearm for me that they did not have in stock - I got it 2 days later. I have no complaints at all and look forward to my next visit.
I bought a Springfield xdm 10mm from these guys and I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have received. They are very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent price on the gun.
I have bought 2 guns from them. Had everyone around beat on price. Tried talking them down on an old Ruger. Didnt happen but will end up with it tomorrow anyway
Small building but they manage to have one of the biggest selections of firearms in Tyler. They stock guns and ammo that I can never find anywhere else at the best prices. In my case I bought the new S&W Model 69 2.75 for a better price than was listed on Buds. Not to mention the sales tax is lower here, which is something to consider.Only complaint is customer service is sometimes lacking depending on the day or whos behind the counter
My vehicle was broke down in front of this shop and walked in and they offered help without question. Thanks for the help guys!
These guys are honest and the guns are priced right. I dont go anywhere else in the state to buy my firearms.
Great people own the shop very knowledgeable
Absolutely terrible customer service with horrendous personas behind the counter. Everyone that works there seems disinterested in helping customers, and I noticed this behavior almost immediately upon entering. I had read the reviews below, but I didnt take them on face value. Couple that with price gouging, limited selection, and expensive ammo, Ill never return. As a member if the U.S. Armed Forces, Id caution any Service Member in doing business with them. Look elsewhere.
Lowest prices. Knowledgable and very friendly.Best selection in east texas
My favorite gun shop in Tyler. Paul is the best salesman. They have really good prices, usually the cheapest in the county honestly. Excellent selection of 1911s but unfortunately no Kimbers. Plenty of polymer pistols as well. ARs, levers, fancy SAA revolvers, hunting rifles, shotguns - you name it they got it. Not a class 3 dealer though. Highly recommended, I have shopped here since 2008.
These guys are always fair and honest. They are great to deal with.
Wouldnt be a bad shop if they were open more than 4 days a week and later than 5 this is the reason porters will continue to get my busines 32 hours a week is a horrible way to run a busines. If yall open on Saturday ID be buying a gun this Saturday but once again porters will get my money sucks cause I wanted one of yalls AKs
Great gun and customer service plus good pricing
Great selection
