I’m all for the right of each business using their own discretion about the mask policy... but the employees here will literally twist an ankle running to the entrance to try and enforce their mask policy. It’s clear that the policy here is about control and enforcement and there is no tact or professionalism in their actions.

I was surprised by the environment. Even though its in a mainstream place it actually feels off the beaten path. Welcoming and relaxing

Earthbound has really upgraded its selection lately. So many nice new home decorations, crystal jewelry, apparel, accessories, and more. Plus, the staff really knows their stuff! I didn’t personally ask for assistance, but overheard different staff members helping and advising customers about their products, plus info about different crystal properties, and even chakras.Also, it was nice to see the staff wearing masks. :-)

Im a veteran that left part of his lung in another country, but I cant shop inside the store without a mask on. This is the 1st and ONLY store to tell me I had to leave since the pandemic started because I cant wear a mask.

I am beyond impressed with my experience here today. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The selection was great and prices were exceptional, to say the least. I dont often venture into the mall, but from now on when I do, Earthbound Trading Company will be my first destination. Great job guys!

This is my favorite store in the entire mall. Its always so chill and the employees know the balance between hovering and actual customer service. Im not very sociable but 9/10 times I go there I always have a conversation which is a big deal considering I have social anxiety. I love the products they have are unique. Very good deals, chill Vibe.

The go to new-age shop. If you like loose colorful clothing, unique jewelry, crystals, statues, non-cruel butterfly collections and just very cool interesting things, this is the place to shop.

I love this place in store and online. I just wish I didnt have to remember to bring my ID with me to use my debit card even though I understand the reason behind it.

I was drawn into this store by tables of gem stones. There are alot of really cool looking replica peices and hippie jargon, but they were not what I was looking for. I went in search of real gemstones, and found I had misunderstood the type of store when I started looking at the merchandise. This is not a place for people starting to collect minerals, stones, and gemstones for lapidary work. This is a great store for teens, stoners, and wiccan wannabes, but not for jewellery grade raw gemstones and minerals. My review is neutral because it was null for me, but still had some pretty cool looking items.
