The manufacture quit making this pump, I found this company and ordered a pump with similar specifications, They shipped it out right away it was exactly what I ordered and was absolutely perfect!!!! Email communication was excellent a great company to buy from!!!!! … the photo is my compact tractor with the new hydraulic pump lifting this gravel like nothing!!! These bad reviews are a joke, these guys do a great job!
I realized I had made a mistake with my initial order. I reached out (email and phone) and merchant helped me to correct my order with the right motors and had them to me within a few days. And they are working great. I very much appreciate it and will consider for future needs.
My company has been doing business with Fremont Industrial Supply for over 17 years. Our experiences have always been excellent. Everyone that we have worked with has been very professional. Our orders are shipped on time and have always been 100% accurate. Returns are always handled in a timely fashion. We have had a couple of warranty claims over the years and those have been handled quickly and professionally. Fremont Industrial Supply is an honest vendor and their people have the highest level of integrity. Other companies can learn from them.
I see a lot of bad reviews for this company, i have had no bad experience with them. My order was shipped timely, and i received my parts with no hassle. I had a good experience with customer service, William replied quickly with the answers i needed. I do recommend this company
I was not able to get through on the phone, but all of my questions were answered quickly by email... I ordered the pump I needed, recd it quickly w/ adaptor fitting ... my mechanic installed & we are off & running!! Yay!! My mechanic now has Fremont Indust. in his contacts for parts.
UPDATE: Retaliatory? Oh my.I thought Id be polite and just give the one star rating with no comment, but Bill had to provide the inaccurate, insulting response below. I will say that my experience mirrors that of the other low ratings for this business. And apparently, if you point out that his website states his office is only open part-time, M-Thu 4AM - Noon, which it does, its rude, insulting and abusive. Guess I hit a nerve.Prospective customers would do well to review the very accurate one star reviews for this business, and then read the insulting responses. All this for inquiring about the whereabouts of my $12 order, which I still havent received. You can buy these parts through many other outlets, and you definitely should. Live and learn...
Should have read the reviews for this company before I ordered. Sounds like I got the same run around as others. Hopefully your order is correct and goes smoothly. If not their customer service is going to be little to no help resolving an issue. I ended up having to just order from a different website.***Very professional response👍👍Im not trying to scam you over a $13 part. USPS obviously delivered to the wrong address. Any other company would take care of the problem for their customer. Thats good business ethics.
The worst customer service. Just stay away. This company will not let you post reviews of their products on their website until they agree with what you have to say. If it is negative, they wont post the your review and will send you a rude email with excuses and put the blame on the customer. Terrible company.
Fast shipping and product as described, after I read the description. Cost was 1/3 that of a local distributor, so I was quite pleased. This company carries Northman Fluid Power Interchange valves - these are not Northman valves, but valves by Power Valve USA with the same specifications. I was expecting Northman valves - I did not pick up on the meaning of Interchange. Other than this, the phone number appears to be disconnected, and no response from email support when I tried asking about delivery time.
Bad experience! The shipment was late and the tracking # was only showing Electronic notification status. I sent several emails and called and got no not response. I placed the order on line on 1/29/14 and after I complaint to PayPal the status of tracking# changed as shipped on 2/7/14. This is what they replied through PayPal to me: Sometimes it takes USPS more than one day TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE AFTER WE CONTACT THEM TO TRACE A SHIPMENT. If you have a problem with the way USPS handles things you can contact the USPS Postmaster General and let him know what you think about their service. We shipped the package within 1-2 business days. We do not have any control over what happens to the package after USPS receives it. In the future, if you need products that we sell, please buy them from someone else. This is the third time that you have purchased from us and it is the third time that you have been a pain in the #$%$.I did not pay to USPS! They did! and I did not have any problems with the two prevoius orders with them!
Called all the phone numbers I could find with NO response..I got wrong part .I just want to exchange for the right one ....I will never use these people again. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Ray T.
Is this a one man operation? I have never been able to get any response to an e-mail or an answer to a phone call.
Well after 11/2 weeks of waiting they canceled my order and now I cant get a hold of them so ... I give up and found another .
