Ive bought several items here over the years and have had nothing but excellent customer service! A recent experience required model #s that I could not get to on the bed, and they sent guys out to find it, then they came out to the house again to re-program a different remote that I dont think was even under warranty. This kind of customer service was so much appreciated at a particularly stressful time!!

Have no complaints about salesperson or bed, but control box has gone out and it is no longer under warranty. Called them to ask for assistance and his comment was if it is electrical we dont touch it. Have called the California office as suggested and after numerous attempts, no return call. Called Tyler store again and was told give them a few more days. Dont seemed to be interested in assisting us. If we need to replace bed it wont be from this store

My son bought a mattress from them earlier in the year. They treated him great so when it was my turn to buy a mattress it was a no brainer. The same gentleman help who helped my son and it was a painless purchase. Good price great service. Mattress was delivered the next morning and they took my old mattress with them. If you need a mattress there is no other place in Tyler to go.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by Tim. Didn’t buy anything my first visit. Just moved to Tyler and I wanted to look at a few other places, big mistake! No other place comes close to Sleep Masters in every way! Purchased a bed set for my parents and was helped by James and they loved it so much I came back again and got myself a few things too. From picking out a mattress to fit my budget and needs, to the payment process and driving around back to load it all into my truck, everyone was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just moved to Tyler from California a couple months ago and had to furnish a new home. We had a tight budget and shopped all over town for the best deal. Every other place tried to up sell or talked badly about the mattresses in our budget so we felt a little defeated walking in.We communicated our budget and were met with such a pleasant experience! The salesman was so helpful and informative, focusing on the positive features of mattresses in our budget, we ended up purchasing an amazing mattress that we are VERY happy with for an excellent price. Salespeople everywhere should come here for customer service lessons! We will be back when our little ones are ready for big kid beds!

I had entered the door after shopping for a new mattress throughout the day. By late afternoon I was exhausted. I met James Henderson, the most professional salesman of the day, no doubt. There was no pressure at all, each question was answered and upgrades were offered. I am frequently known as Trouble but James didn’t seem to notice that as an issue. This was yesterday. My new mattress is on my bed as I write this.

He helped us pick out the best bed for us, and they even offer no sales tax if you have an Rx for acid reflux on a Temper-Pedic adjustable bed. When shopping for a new mattress we looked at alot of stores in Tyler. We choose to buy from Sleep Masters because of several reasons. They had the biggest selection of mattresses, which was overwhelming at first but our salesman James was very nice and helped us to find the one that fit us best. They had the mattress in Stock and delivered it on the day we needed it done. The delivery men were very nice and really knew what they were doing. My wife and I are very pleased and we recommend them. We will be going back soon for a new recliner because they have alot of furniture too!
