The company brought what I needed for my husband right to the hospital and put it in my car. No excuses like other places I called. Prices are far better as well

Just an awful company. No interest in customer service. Fails to submit proper paperwork for supplies; supplies may take up to 3 months to arrive and have been incompatible with my device on every order in the past 9 months. Not at all proficient with technology - they actually asked me to use my doctors computer (instead of their own since they didnt know how) to pull sleep study data from a CPAP storage card - and in the process, unsubscribed me from the Resmed website which allowed me to see my sleep performance via wifi. They never follow-up with any problems and often blame suppliers. I have nothing to compare this company with - they are the bottom standard in my experience.
