Incapable of assisting me. Would not accept valid promo code. Added the most expensive protection plan without asking or informing me. Terrible way to run a business but charging customers without their consent. Out of stock on most products. Go to any other Verizon store or any other phone company for that matter if you want quality service.
Terrible cell reception in the heart of downtown Ukiah. Overpriced plans for extremely limited service. 1 bar of 4GLTE for full price? Extremely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ive complained about this issue and they insist there is no problem.

If you would like assistance in their store you should dress to impress. They help people in the order of who looks the most affluent. I was in the store for about a half hour and only had one interaction with an employee(that I initiated). Before I could finish saying hey he dismissed me and said Ill help you in a minute, kept walking and didnt look at me. It is the electronic store equivalent to a used car lot, but they have a lovely modern ascetic.
Make sure to make an appointment.
My son had phone problems. Went there and the did a good job handling the problem .

While Verizon itself is really ticking me off, their store personnel at this store are topnotch. I wanted an old device disconnected from my bill that I no longer used. Verizon disconnected my phone. I went into the store to see what happened. The female associate waited on me for over an hour to resolve the issue. I wish the rest of Verizon personnel were that friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Store associates were rude and made me wait 20 minutes just to try to sell me a wall charger without the cord for 45$ that’s how much my phone bill is no thank you
Expensive as you could ever believe. No matter what they advertise there are no bargains here. I would say almost everyone is oversold here unless they are particularly savy when it comes to the cell phone business and even they will pay the highest prices. They just might be able to prevent themselves from being oversold. Watch out this is a Corporate giant.I would advise anyone to completely research their needs before doing any business here.
Live in lower lake so went to Clearlake store to get new phone,big mistake.Had problems from the start.Clearlake store gave me phone # to tech support.Spent 2hrs with them on friends phone after long talk they told me to go to Ukiah store for help.Eli found that new phone had a bad speaker,sold me same new phone cheaper than i paid in Clearlake.Eli had me in & out in 20 minutes.Went back to Clearlake store for refund after they would not help me from the first times i went back 3 prior times.Manger told me she would call back the next day .No return call, waited tell next day,went back was told she was at lunch.Left my phone # again.NO return again.Going back again todayJust got back from talking to manager,she told me i went over their head so no refund on prepaid phone after i was there last week and was told they did not have a replacement phone.told me would be a couple of days wait.i told them i needed phone now because i have calls from VA Doctors at least needed a loaner phone.No help.I followed directions from tect support and went to Ukiah 110 mile round trip.ELI IS THE BEST !!!
Absolute overpriced rip offs. STAY AWAY!! US Cellular owns 80 percent of the cell towers in Mendo and are half as expensive, with better service

I am a senior citizen and every time I go in to pay my bill they come and offer to take my payment and pay the bill for me,which is great,they are helpful and very courteous,and I am Mexican which is something there not to many up here,so A+ to your people
Went right in, everything is cleaned, staff had on masks and gloves, and direct you what to do so as to not touch your device.

Terrible experience for established customers. The associates didnt agree on pricing or tried to fix my sisters phone this was around 6p. So we went and bought a phone over at Walmart same phone you had in your store for 30.00 cheaper and I transferred her account to the new phone.
I have a friend (Deya) who works at this Verizon location so I have to admit I may be a little biased. This is a corporate Verizon store and not an authorized retailer. The customer service has always been great and the reps at this location look to help you and no not Sell you. Ill always plan on doing business at this store as long as Im in this area.
Awesome range of devices and their respective accoutrements.The staff are knowledgeable and not overtly out to upsell trinkets that you dont want or need.

I was with Verizon for YEARS. Their coverage locally is impeccable, almost millitary. Their locking of phones irritated me severely and their billing is/was nickel and dime. The local customer service seems predatory like a car sales man but the last time I was there a girl expertly dealt with my concerns so I digress. I am VZ for life but they need a little attitude adjustment, starting with them caring about my data privacy.

Ive gone back to the store 3 times to resolve issues and after 2 months of finding out afterwards about $200 in hidden fees Im now going to have to shell out Another $175 to cancel. On top of the over $100 in gas Im out way Way more money then I can afford. I will NEVER Ever use a store again. Train your people better!!!Shop online and save the headache everything is in black n white Before you sign your life away to these bloodsuckers.

**STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON**My LG G4 mysteriously died a few months ago, not my fault, but an actual problem with the phone itself. They cant do anything for me because I dont have insurance (30 years old never broke a phone) even though its not my fault. So im stuck paying for a broken phone and service I cant use. Finally I have the money to pay off the bill and the phone and be done with these guys... Nope apparently they DIDNT understand I wanted to pay off my phone bill and the phone, so this month I get ANOTHER charge. When I go in there must have been some miscommunication... yeah you guys just dont listen, i have a broken phone, no service i can use, so why would you lie to me about my balance?Buy a phone off the internet, and get straight talk, youll save yourself a lot of head ache and miscommunication .
