Employees are usually nice. Food is good, coffee is sometimes good sometimes not. Extra pumps sometimes get forgotten. Check your items before you leave, expecially if you get a bagel, there are consistently problems with them. Sometimes no knives or cream cheese, sometimes missing a half or even the whole thing.Taste wise this place is great, but yea check your items before you drive away and youll be golden. 👍

Had a iced Carmel Machiato, blended, with extra Carmel and whip cream. It was perfect. Didnt have to wait long. Sat outside. It was a pleasant experience, even with all the smoke in the air.

Always great for a cup of coffee. The team really tries to be quick and accurate, but they are often very busy, which sometimes means a little wait.I love the mobile app because I can order my coffee before I leave my house in the morning, and just swing by and pick it up on my way to work. Very easy and convenient.

They are very kind gentle and sweet you make me feel like family every time I go to order there I dont even get mad when I just ordered hot water or cold water still friendly and helpfull

Using my app I placed an order and chose the drive-thru for my pickup. Our sandwiches were hot and so were our drinks. The staff was friend and appreciated when we took the time to ask them how they were too. I dont live in Ukiah so I cant speak as to how it is on a regular basis. But when Im in town, I never have a problem picking up my order from this Starbucks.

Starbucks Starbucks people gave me good service today and even though the line seemed like it was long it went by very fast and my drink was made just excellently and thats all I have to say just that the girls were friendly and I felt like I was a friend

Terrible service for years. They have zero sense of customer service. I think they are trained to be rude. When someone is spending money, it’s not always just product but also the service. Shame on you for treating customers like trash all the time. Only in ukiah.

Starbucks is a very popular place. Lost of people go there but much very nice people. They well tell you there best drinks and last of all. Very nice people and nice service.

Clean, lots of space. Doesnt get super busy outside of peak times.

They were slammed, and it took a few minutes extra for my drink. Worth every second! It was a life-changing mocha

The staff is friendly and they work very hard. I never see anyone sitting around or not doing their job. They are consistent, their customer service is excellent, and their coffee is always hot to order. Make sure you take advantage of their app and point system. You dont want to miss out on a free coffee.

Nice staff very busy place but even the long line of cars went fast. I had to call in to add to my order and they were able to make the drink and add it while I was in the line. Not many places will do that. I wish they had something outside to just walk up to. Maybe something they will have sometime.

Great staff that is friendly and helpful. Quick service and never got a drink wrong for me with current staff. Offer walk in and drive thru for now. Once opened fully again also a great place to sit and relax.

This location is drive through only. And, the wait is always long. Regardless of of how many cars are in line (3 or 10). Seems they are under staffed. The batistas are always friendly. Hopefully this will be better soon, as I enjoy my Starbucks visits.

I get my coffee in the mornings service and coffee great. If your not going to be open in the morning then dont turn your starbucks sign on. If I see light is on from 101 I stop. Now since I realize your inconsistent open hours I dont stop anymore..

I hardly ever go to Starbucks because in my mind they do not make a good Latte. They use too much milk or the coffee is not strong enough in it. Either way it just tastes like hot milk, cant even taste the coffee. I won a Starbucks gift card so ended up going here. They do have good food though.

I Had an mobile order for this store. The app stated my order was ready. I Walked inside and there was a sign that stated Please let a batista know you have a mobile order. I walked up to the pick up counter where the sign was at and waited for the batista to finish was she was doing so I could ask if my order was ready. Without looking at me she rudely snickered If you dont see your order its not ready!. I walked away from the counter and stood and waited for about 5 minutes. I then decided to go to the front register where I was politely helped. I stated I had an online order and the batista went to a different counter near the drive through window and my drinks were ready. I was very disappointed with the service the first batista served however, the second batista was able to help.

This is my regular Starbucks because it’s on my way to and from work. I will now be going out of my way to stop by a different one. I always Mobil order which is supposed to be faster or as they put it “skip the line”... this is the slowest Starbucks in the country. I should know. I’ve literally been to hundreds of them in multiple different states. They move like turtles.

We visited here right before the national shutdown. The employees were friendly and attentive, even though it took a bit longer than it should have to make our order. They gave my son an extra mocha frappucino they had made - he loved it.

Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes today, rediculous! They couldnt even get my drink right and they had all that time to make it. Every time I physically go in to pick up drinks for my employees, the workers there are extremely snooty and rude. They are too busy yapping their big mouths to each other to pay attention to their customers. The people and manager that work there need to take a customer service class. My company and I will be taking our business elsewhere the next time we buy coffee.

The service was so deplorable the barista had an attitude and made me feel like she didnt want to be at work I ordered a single white mocha coffee with no whip and not only did the coffee taste burnt and old like it was the bottom of a pot but it had whip! Like what?

Order on the mobile app and it gets sent to another store. Defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app.

Our local closest to home Starbucks. One odd thing about this one is theyre occasionally closed due to wierd plumbing problem.

Hate to give this place only three stars but there are issues. The location itself is great, good lighting, wifi, drinks are made with care, ect. Sadly this place is a victim of its own popularity. If you hit this place at the wrong time you will be waiting up to 30-40 minutes for your drink. Savvy customers will order ahead on the app to skip the wait but the place is commonly clogged up with the 30+ people who are waiting for their drink.

Great experience! I only do Starbucks once in a while, but always appreciate it. Six shots of espresso and a splash of half and half is my favorite. Other drinks are way too sweet. Great service and tasty beverage. 👍

This starbucks has the RUDEST employees of all. They have TERRIBLE customer service. I couldnt believe that every single person working had a bad attitude. This store has lost all future business due to the negativity. The baristas either hate themselves or hate their jobs. Not only are they rude when you pick up mobile orders, but the past 3 times Ive gone through the drive through its taken over 30 minutes. Not impressedwith the baristas or the service I recieved..

Consistently dissapointing. Perkins Starbucks is the worst in town, they have only gotten my drink order correct once the 5 times Ive ordered a salted caramel mocha there. Better to go a bit farther to either of the other SB in town.

Too busy for what is provided

This place is easy in and out off of the hwy. I dont recommend going in as the front parking is limited, small and people coming out of the drive through goes through that little parking area. But if you dont mind walking a little eat a theres a side parking lot with trees so if I have my dog Ill park in the shade there & let him out.

I didn’t take the time to find out who is in charge of this Starbucks, but I’d advise to get your employees more customer service oriented and clean up the place! The most recent visit was Wednesday, Dec 4th. The floors and tables were very dirty and the trash overflowing. I was the only one in line and was ignored for a good minute. Mind you, there were several girls behind the counter talking about personal issues. I give this poor review because this isn’t the first time I’ve been in this Starbucks and have witness this. I will say, it will be the last.

Sugarless vanilla frappacinos are great. I just wish they would train their employees better. I have 4 receipts on separate dates for the exact same drink & 4 different prices. Lack of training in Starbucks. Smaller coffee houses are consistant with their prices with just as good service & coffees.

Used drive-thru. Service was swift and order was exactly as I had requested. They do ask that you wear a mask when you reach window to pay for and obtain your order.

SLOWEST drivethrough ever! I waiting in the drive through for 45 plus minutes and couldnt even see the pick up window still. This is so ridiculous!!!!!! Not offered a discount or coupon or a thing for sitting in the drive through for This long. It is unacceptable since there is no way to get out of line once youre in it. NOT OKAY!! And I went on a Sunday at noon, not even a peak time!

Well its the busiest Starbucks in town with very little open seats but its still the same quality product as the rest.

The barista taking drive-thru orders was very pleasant, but this particular location said they had discontinued eggnog lattes. We went there on Christmas eve afternoon and they had already discontinued eggnog lattes?!? How bizarre is that?😐

It is easy to see why this Starbucks has lower rating than most others. Staff in the afternoon was extremely slow. Yes, there is a drive through that may have diverted their attention, but it took them five minutes to attend customers inside. They also ran out of cream inside and I had to wait another five for the staff to get me some.No smile, no greeting, just took the order and executed slowly.One extra star for the clean washroom and convenient location.

Nice small coffee shop on 101. A good break point during a long drives. Outdoor seating is available and good nice shady place, with lots of trees around.

Coming back to my home town I see it hasnt changed much. This Starbucks is not friendly at all and really rude. Not all Starbucks are equal in the way the drinks are made. Could use some training in hospitality and maybe come to Washington to learn how its all done. Disappointed with Starbucks Ukiah Ca.

They dont give napkins when you order food. They didnt make my sandwich correctly. I paid extra for sauce and they just gave me a dry burnt sandwich.

I ordered here and they didnt even ask what size i wanted it or my name. I asked for extra caramel and they didnt. Drink was good but id rather have a more nice visit.

It was a typical Starbucks environment. Service seems good except the person who took my order misunderstood and I paid for two sandwiches. One of the breakfast sandwiches was cold in the middle. Starbucks just feels more like McDonalds to me every-time I’m there. They do provide a consistent coffee drinking experience from store to store and fast and friendly service. I guess I am just biased toward freshly roasted coffee and a more localized experience.

Had a frap here earlier today and it was quite watery. I went back and they were happy to remake it (although I was standing around waiting for one of the partners to engage me for at least 5 minutes - there was no line).Id chalk it up to the store being busy for the promotion they had on but they ended up having to add a shot of espresso to the drink before it tasted like anything.

Countertops were filthy. Floors were disgusting with black trails everywhere. All the the glass windows around the baristas were filthy. 1 other person in line and it took 15 minutes with 6 baristas working.
