It is a great store with low prices, and I shop there once a week or so. I am able to feed my family on less than half of what Safeway or the Lucky grocery store charges. The Big lots store is also cleaned at least as regularly as the bigger chain stores in town. This is why I write Big lots with five stars

There are always good buys ar Big Lots, but lots of empty shelves due to Covid.Lack of pricing is not good, but the people are nice.

Didnt have what I wanted. Next time maybe. 🙂

Good products at great prices

This is the best big lots I have ever visited. The manager in particular is extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. 5/5 would visit this location for my discount shopping needs again.

Its a decent store. Visually however its quite uninviting and is very close quarters.

The store was clean a d mostly organized. Staff didnt seem to interested in the customers, but were friendly and prompt while checking out.

Biglots is great for furniture seasonal and alot of other things we sell tvs on occasion we sell pools in the summer alot of great stuff for around the garden and house. We currently sell gazebos and patio furntiture

Big Lots is an everything store...food, garden supplies such as decorative pots and outdoor decorations, some small appliances and more. The employees are nice, the store is tight quarters though.

Basic big lots with most of what you need. I just wish they had more in stock. Every time I have gone in it has looked like they need a shipment in but, seems they never get one.

My husband and I went in one night for dinner.Wed never been in before so we decided to give it a try.We both ordered steak dinners and they were delicious! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were so flavorful.We will definitely be going back there in the near future 👍

Always friendly staff and clean store. Who doesnt love a discount. Big Lots has it all. One of my all time favorite stores. Only wish there was one a little closer than Ukiah.

Great selection of prices at beyond competitive prices! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and check-out time is minimal (outside holiday season, but hey, you expect longer waits). Store is clean and layout makes intuitive sense.

My issue is the set up of the store and the fact that products can be double the price as when purchased elsewhere.

The store is really cool guy has a lot of stuff that you really thought you needed before but once you see it and see how good it is you want it right then and there but its very hard to get somebody to come over to your department and give you a price check I mean I know they were shorthanded on Fourth of July but please I am a paying customer so Im going to read it so so 😔....

Big lots is my go to place for small appliances and most kitchen utensils. They also have a good selection of sheets and towels. They have almost anything that you might be looking for. I bought reading glasses today.

Great deals, but not too organized. Hard to shop some aisles as there was product on the floor.

Good store cheap prices

Rock bottom prices on a lot of their items. As far as selection you just have to go there and see what they have. Watch the dates on the canned goods, some of them may have expired. Chips crackers cereal and cookies can be stale so be careful. Everything else is a very good quality for a very good price.

They have nice Christmas decorations now.

Store has good deals got a nice vacuum from.here for a good price. They have little selection of foods, baby stuff, cosmetics, and furniture. Variety of items.depends what your looking for. Great price on storage bins.

This store is great in some prices but like everywhere else prices are going up. The help is not helpful, the only one that helps you is a red hair older lady, shes always there when you need help, she never walks on by and just looks at you. She asks if there is something you need help with. The register person needs to smile a be more friendly. Been going their for years because the prices always beat other stores. Wal Mart is taking over.

Cashier is an awesome person got in and out with no issues even found an awesome Lego set. That really puts ur mind to work

Just ran in there for a frying pan. I found what I was looking for. It wasnt too expensive and it was a good quality. I shop at Big Lots once in awhile.

Staff was rude and a child fell with a glass coke and no one offered to help. I helped the 3 or 4 year old boy with his cuts and injuries from spilled juice that the staff didnt clean up prior. The store is dirty and management seem to not care.
