Before i ordered anything from FDC, i read the reviews and because there was very few negative ones i decided to order a couch and a love seat. Its been almost a month a half now that ive been waiting for them. I keep getting told that theyre on the road, that theyve been shipped. Then yesterday (monday) i was asked to come down to the store because they had two sets similar to the ones i ordered. I was told they didnt know how long mine was going to take to be here so i had to chose something else and after i chose one, we had made an arrangement for it to be delivered on thursday ( I was disappointed because i wanted what i ordered and paid for). So i was all set until this morning when i received another phone call and was told i was just going to have to wait til mine get here....etc... Blah blah blah blah ......... So once again i am back to waiting. I dont know if its me, my name, my race or whatever it is, but i know my money is the same color and just as good as everyone elses. But FDC just reminded me of why i should never do business in ukiah.....

I am done with this. I have been waiting over 30 days for my bed. It finally comes in after being delayed a couple weeks. Only know it was delayed because I called. They suck with follow up. Tell me they tried calling but never had a missed call from them. I buy all my furniture there but no more. I have to pick my bed up or wait until Wednesday. I always pick up my stuff because I always have to wait at least week. You deserve zero stars but it wont let me

Always helpful, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and yep the no haggle pricing will try to find you a discount, just ask, (attitude depends on discount, lol ) we have spent 13k there in the last year and will not go anywhere else! PLEASE give these hardworking guys a little patience ( shipping is delayed due to covid) Do not buy your recliners anywhere else! LAZY BOY IS NO MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT HAS GREAT WARRANTIES! Worst. Store. Ever. Unless you like being lied to, do Not shop here. Went there and bought a bed, told it would be there on monday, and they would call me when it came in. That was the end of any good experience there.They never called. I called them, and was told um....wait a minute... Came back a few minutes later and told me he did not know where my order was and he would call me back. Never called back. I called the next day. Now he is getting arrogant and rude, telling me he would call me back when it came in, but no delivery date. When I told him I needed to know a date, he got angry, said wait a minute, Ill be right back, but he did not put me on hold and I could hear talking in the background and I could hear him yell at someone Why was it never ordered!, then he came back on the phone and told me the truck did not come. The lies just continued and continued for nearly 2 weeks. The single worst shopping experience in my life. When I told a friend of my experience, his first comment was its a front for drug money. Stay Away!

I am very pleased to give a good review for this store. After dealing with a new big box store that just opened down the street I bought from Furniture Design Center and received better quality at a lower price. Customer service is outstanding.

They have nice things at reasonable prices. If you are there early enough the can even do same day delivery if its local. The delivery drivers are nice and they take away your old furniture. They even financing available. I had less than perfect credit and they were still able to help me out.

Mike was amazing, being fire survivors, he made sure we got the most bang for our buck! We were treated like valued customers from day 1& we purchased our furniture in may. They held our furniture free of charge until we were FINALLY able to move home on Dec. 30th

Wont buy anything else from them...chair had detective fabric and took months to get it dealt with...then sofa sleeper which was literally never used as we are gone a lot and dont have company to use it..broke on the first use. No sense trying to get it fixed as thats the last thing they want to do....buy smart...buy quality.

Absolute horrible customer service. My husband and were approached by the same sales person the two different times we went there to price a mattress set. Both times he was pushy and rude. The sales person made us feel unwelcome and seemed annoyed that he had to assist us. We took our business else where and got great customer service and a much better price at Currys furniture downtown. Never going back to Ashleys.

I enjoyed working with the people of FDC in Ukiah. Over the phone I was able to get concise information on the items I was interested in. Accurate delivery information. They worked with me on my time availability. The men who delivered and set up my furniture were not only very nice, but considerate of my home and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. Even when I changed my mind several times.I am going to be shopping with them again and cant tell my friends and family how wonderful the whole experience was.
