Drove for almost two hours to go here for brake lines that Mike said he had over the phone, I get there and he has NONE! But he says he can order them for me. I could have ordered them myself without driving two hours! When I got there, he cared more about talking with his friends than helping a customer. This guy is a waist of time and I will never do business with him.

Ive had some really unacceptable experiences with the service done to my Bike. This was not one of those. Customer service is a dying art, but down at Bio I was kinda blown away . Everyone down at Bio was friendly informed and Respectful. Wont be taking my girl anywhere else!Thanks Guys!
