Alpha Auto is the best. I absolutely recommend them for their skill, honesty, and friendly service. Ive been going there with my 02 BMW 325i - which as you would expect is having little problems here and there - and they not only take care of me quickly their prices are more than fair and I enjoy visiting with the guys while I wait for my car. I do not have insurance coverage on my windshield so I was looking for a reasonable amount to spend on my windshield replacement. After commuting everyday my windshield has definitely taken a beating. I called various local places around to get estimates, which all estimates were about the same $300 or so for a 2006 Honda Accord. I called Alpha Auto and I spoke to David who immediately was straight forward with me. He gave me 2 options of having good, brand new glass, with life time warranty for $195 or cheap glass with warranty for $165. I instantly set an appointment for the next day; they were able to see me the same day if I had wanted. David was very nice and informative when I met him the next day, so was his staff! They give you the option of going to your home or taking your car there to their office. They warm, friendly, and caring. This place is great! I will definitely come back in the future if needed.

I saw the rock come up and hit my windshield so it was no surprise that Id find the glass chipped when I got home to take a closer look. I saw 2 small lines leading out from the chip, but I didnt expect it to grow into a crack. Well, it did when I looked again 3 days later. As I began to research where Id go to get my repair, I became disheartened when I read the poor reviews from the company that your hear on the radio that goes around in the mobile van. I expected to use them, but so many were unhappy, particularly with the office in Union City. Alpha Auto Glass only had a few reviews, so I decided to visit them and hopefully come away confident that they knew what they were doing. I was happy to find that A.J. restored my confidence in a shop that uses experienced technicians. He took the time to answer my questions about using an original windshield vs. an after-market product. He had both in stock so he didnt steer me in any particular direction, although the original would cost me $1,005 vs. $285 for the after-market. I think he thought I would go for the after-market, but I decided to pay the $1,005 and restore my car with an original part. Since this is my weekend car and my baby, I was willing to spring for it. Im happy I did. They did a great job and the car came back as clean as I brought it in. I was told the job was much more difficult than they had expected, so I was happy that I went with an experienced shop. I think the other guys would have broken parts trying to take the windshield off. This job took 3.5 hours vs. an hour for a different car. In a nutshell, if you want a good job, use Alpha. Their prices are competitive and they warrant their work for life. My Lexus SC convertible looks great (year 2003 with only 34,000 miles) and the kicker is that I found out today my State Farm paid $750 of the claim after my deductible. Im a very happy customer. Knowledgeable and very professional people in the trade. I am very satisfied with the workmanship they did with my front windshield and endorsed them 100% to my family and friends. I am encouraging everyone to go to the APHA AUTO GLASS shop and never let those mobile services do your vehicle glass parts because I had a very bad and sad experienced with them. All works done are warranted giving you a peace of mind.

Went in the day after my window was smashed after calling ahead for a quote. They got to my car right away and turned it around in about 45 minutes. Charged exactly as quoted - which was about half the cost that Safelite quoted. Very highly recommend. Very courteous.

These guys are the best. Made room for us same day on a Saturday and replaced my windshield in an hour - also $200 less than what I’d been quoted elsewhere and have a warranty. Awesome quality and price.

I came in today to get a new front passenger window since mine was shattered by thieves. David helped me out and got me a quote, and I found out its so much cheaper for me to pay out of pocket than to use my insurance. Also I had miscommunicated with them earlier about the model car I had, but they immediately ran to the warehouse and got me the right part minutes before it closed. They put a new window in while I waited, and were so polite and nice to me throughout the whole process. Excellent service, great people skills, and an AWESOME price.

These guys are absolutely the best. I had my car broken into and they shattered my vent glass and ruined the gasket that normally goes around the glass. I found Alpha on Google and called in, got a quote and went in. When I got there, they told me I that they dont normally carry the gaskets for the vent windshields (and this was consistent with what I found online as well) - so AJ went out of his way and personally drove to a few junkyards to find a replacement part and replaced it for me. They went way above and beyond on my opinion and I will be taking my cars here from now on.

I had an appointment on Friday 7/8/16 from 9AM to 11AM. By 11AM they did not show up and never called. I left and came back at 12PM and noticed a missed call at 11:20AM. The guy was 20 minutes lateand never called to let me know.
