The pharmacy operations are consistently slow. The wait line is always ridiculous, often to the front of the store. There’s an Express Pickup section that’s never in use, and yet they make everyone line up in a singular fashion for all needs. Worst and slowest location I have yet to encounter. At minimum, 30 mins on their line always. Management really needs to review their processes and get this pharmacy in order.
Visited the JFK BLVD Walgreens went to drop a fedex package the manager Marcela told me she can’t take the package because it was large there isn’t enough space. The shelf was empty with 6 packages. She stated to go to the parkave Walgreens “ they take anything” . I use to go to that Walgreens it’s almost the same size as this location. I told her please show me a policy and she said it’s on the website. I pulled the website up and I found and no policy exist . I’m stop shopping and at Walgreens because they can’t accommodate a loyal customer and make any policy they seem fit. I want an area manager to call me back ASAP.
The pharmacist is a racial unprofessional tech. They turned away a person who is high risk for the booster vaccine for covid 19 delta. Im reporting then to the state and the CDC! In top of that that person was using his Insurance the pay for the Vaccine. Also there are two other people in the house that have autoimmune health conditions.

12/12/20 todays pharmacist was very rude to me is not the first time also over the phone, this lady embarrassed me in front of others telling me what i do with the medication hopefully the CEO SEE THIS MESSAGE She got my pressure high thanks god i was the most of patient with her and over and over talking to me like i was her daughter. Cant wait to move my self from pharmacist.
I come here just just about DAILY.Service: In my opinion, everyone here seems to be doing their jobs well. But honestly, its a Convenience Store. All one would really expect is that one could find the most basic necessities, and be able to get in and out as fast as possible.Cashiers always changing but most know what theyre doing. BUT, some customers are either hell of slow trying to figure out how to use a credit card machine or how to enter their telephone number, or just plain LOST. But remember, this is NOT A LUXURY BOUTIQUE. Sometimes everyone comes in all at once and that it could be your lucky day to stand in line for a while.Store: Generally this location is almost always clean and organized inside and out.Prices: If its not on sale, DONT BUY IT if youre looking for a reasonable price. However, Cigarettes here are pretty cheap compared to gas stations and/or other smaller convenient stores.
Nice cashiers and clean organized location. Lines have never been longer than 3 people for me. It’s one of the only places where I can find NeilMeds wound wash to clean my piercings!
This location could sorely use an effective pharmacy and store manger. The customer experience here is nauseating. They are never adequately staffed and cannot handle the most routine transactions efficiently.

I have a bad experience there, I was not given full medicine and My son could not finish the treatment for the flu, I hoped they would deliver the missing medicine to me, Because the mistake was theirs. There it is more expensive than others pharmacies.Lots of people and few staff there is a long wait for medicine.
The worst pharmacy service ever, not only they make you drive there cause is the only pharmacy that wont let patients know the availability of the prescription, and once there they say no they dont have it... and on top of that they are the only ones as well on not being able to let you know which Walgreens has them.. A total waste of time.. Never again doing business with them. I called CVS and they were able to tell me over the phone and made it painless. CVS hands down... Walgreens suck..
For the 3rd time, they texted me to let me know my medication is ready and when I get there, they said theres nothing on the system, is this a joke!!!!Also the they only have two people taking care of customers at the pharmacy area, slow as hell!! With a line going around the whole store, Union City is a busy area please!!!!!
Speaking from pharmacy aspect staff is extremely slow. 5 representatives in the back and I had to wait over 15 minutes on line with only 3 customers in front of me. However, social distancing protocol was put in place and store is was clean.
The pharmacy is always helpful with drug interaction questions .
