Mike was very knowledgeable and very personable. Answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me through laying on the mattresses to test them out. I really enjoyed making this purchase at Mattress Firm and I’m happy to get the platinum service that will deliver the bed and set it up for me.

I had an issue with 2 mattress I purchased not even 6 months ago. I called the store & spoke with Mike the manager. He went above & beyond to resolve the issue. I’m so thankful that he helped & we will get two replacements delivered only one day after the issue. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do anything since it was 5 1/2 months after the original purchase.But Mike made it possible to purchase two new mattress & get credit for my previous ones.I will not buy mattress anywhere else, the customer service is excellent! Michael is AMAZING! I am moving next month and needed twin mattresses for my kids bunk bed. Michael was interested in knowing the type of bunk bed I had (which I showed him), so that he can determine which mattress would fit best. This is my family’s second time in a year purchasing from Mattress Firm in Union Landing. Both times were great experiences! The customer service was fantastic. Shoutout to the manager, Mike, he really went above and beyond to connect with us, help us navigate the promotions and not just sell us the most expensive thing, and hear our story. He was very considerate of our needs/budget. Even during covid, we felt safe shopping in store. Common surfaces are kept clean, they give you a protective layer to carry with you if you try a pillow or mattress. 10/10 would recommend someone to stop in and check it out.

Walked in with the intention of buying a mattress for sure, the girl that helped us was very nice and definitely not pushy. We really wanted a tempur pedic, but the price was holding us back. Then, she mentioned a mattress from their outlet warehouse for 40% off. We were instantly sold. We’ve received the mattress and it’s literally still brand new for almost half the price. So we’re really grateful and happy!

We needed a new bed for the guest room. After my wife picked out the one she wanted, I headed out to the Union City Mattress Firm store. I was a bit early but Michael opened up and greeted me enthusiastically. Following a short conversation about the choice we made, Michael offered a knowledgable critique and offered suggestions in our chosen price range. He took the time to guide me through each additional mattress test with commentary on each. I did make a choice of firmness change and left a happy camper. We needed to replace a mattress on a twin bed. Walked in knowing our budget and ready to go. Michael Bell, met us at the door, listened to our needs and showed us our options. The first one he showed us was perfect, but we tried two more. There was no high pressure sale or crazy up sales. We were in and out the door in 45 minutes with just what we needed. We could not be happier.

BEWARE!!! I bought a mattress and some accessories. Mattress came (LATE!) and I have yet to see the accessories (2 MONTHS!). I asked for a refund and they REFUSED saying they had been shipped to me. I never received a package, tracking number or anything.
