I bought a 2011 Nissan Maxima from here in oct 2016. These guys treated me well the minute I arrived through the door. The car I was interested was not a hassle to get to (they had a 13’ maxima and the 11’ maxima I took the 11 maxima because it had nav and the price was great). I test drive it, everything worked and ran great. The 3 star review is based on how these guys handle the financing process a bit deceptive If you ask me. Car sticker was $10k granted my credit wasn’t in the best shape. I gave them a cashiers check for $5k deposit which they then said I need another $1k to get the financing approved. So I went ahead and gave it to them. I thought they would be financing the balance of the sticker price, which would be $4k. When I receive my first statement from the bank that was doing the financing I owed $18k. Did my deposit vanished? I took the extended warranty which was about $2- $3k. But even at the highest interest rate possible and whatever dealer fees they built in, my loan should never been $18k on a $10k car that had a $6k deposit. As I said no problem with the car still have it to this day runs great but Buyer beware get your own financing or buy cash.

Avoid at all costs. Orlando and his team are crooks. Bought a 2013 x3 riddled with issues. I am now in 10k+ in repairs. Refused to let me return the car 1 day after purchasing. Hasn’t returned my warranty check and blocks my number when I follow up. If he would have let me swap cars, I would have been a happy customer and extremely impressed with their service. He’s done nothing but scream at me on the phone and hang up.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.Adding to this review after Orlando’s response: I never asked to trade the car in. I wanted to return or do a 100% covered exchange (so long as the car I chose was the same price as the one I purchased). After 10k of repair bills, the owner offered to trade the car in starting from scratch but would not cover any repairs or exchange the car for me. We all know this is a continued attempt to rip me off. I now have been informed that the warranty company sent a refund to Twin Auto and they kept more than half of it and sent a very small portion to my bank. This place just gets worse and worse.....

Dont buy from here!!They sell bad cars by resetting engine light signs.I purchased a car for 8k from this place and the next day the engine light sign turned on. The issue is with the turbocharger which is a $5k job. I took the car back to them 3 times and they kept resetting the engine light. I am so unhappy and angry, I tried calling the police and tried to take all the legal actions. I lost $8k. The owner has so much bad attitude! I only pray that this place goes to hell!

I met with Albert and I just want to mention how patient and understanding he was. The first vehicle I was looking at had problems after having my mechanic look into it but I found another car even better. Turns out it work out for the best . Not even a week later my engine and transmission both go and now no one wants to deal with me, I see all the reviews and how many times they take you to BBB, I will be contacting them. Stay away from this place people they will kill you with lies and then throw you to the side.

Came from quite a distance to look at a car. It was in really bad shape, very dirty on inside. Much more scratches than in picture which isn’t a big deal but speaks to the integrity of the place. Bottom of car was completely rusted & Many problems were evident during test drive (no highway) Was told something was getting fixed on Monday, but come Thursday still wasn’t repaired. Staff was friendly enough, but that doesn’t make up for junky cars! Maybe this was just my experience, but definitely be wary if coming from a distance.

Do NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I took them to court in Hudson country AND I WON the court case. because they refuse to return my 3,000 down payment after they sold me a vehicle where the check engine light came on within 10 minutes of driving off, it was purchased on 4/25 and returned the vehicle on 4/26.They sold me a vehicle for 21k with check engine light issues, I returned the vehicle immediately and they refused to return the money. In court even the judge advised the owners that they need to be happy I did not hire a lemon lawyer. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Came in looking to get a new car after mine gave out on me a few months ago. Customer service was very attentive and helpful in answering questions. Definitely helped me through the headache of car shopping, and I couldnt be happier.

I want to enlighten anybody trying their luck at this place. They have a nice selection of cars. I went there for a 2012 Honda Civic coupe, With great mileage of 70,500, 2 owners and a couple dings on the bumper and a visible key scratch on the rear side, all 4 tires needed to be replaced and wouldn’t pass inspection for a decent price of $6,990. The car didn’t start he had to jump start the vehicle. The test drive went smoothly although the salesman kept trying to get me to finance through them, even though I clearly said I was approved through my bank. They warmed me up to the idea that this is how they make their money through finance. Your cash isn’t “king” here people. I mean today’s market is different, they want you to finance a little here and pay cash there,that was my plan. But when they hiked on their over the top dealers fee of $995 on top of adding taxes on to other things besides the regular tax fee! The price came up to to an whopping price of $9,700. At that point we Didn’t even get to discuss warranty. I was ready to spend $8,000 maybe a little more but almost 10k for a 2012 car with all that maintenance issues I found that it wasn’t worth it. They wouldn’t even budge to help with the fact that all the tires wouldn’t even pass inspection. I just want to say if you don’t mind paying a ridiculous price and their ridiculous MADE UP dealers fee. Just a heads up anyone can make up their own dealers fee. For example at a place like Major World (not an advertisement major world now has a fixed price for dealers fees because they were sued before for scamming people: disclaimer) they have a fixed dealers fee of $75. So they can play with that price. Point blank people, If you don’t mind Salesmen reminding you that they have like 2-3 other people looking to buy this car at the same exact time as you and your the only one at the dealership, and paying over the top robber dealers fees. Then this is the place for you. If your an internet savvy person who knows how to spend their money the right way and know what your doing and research the vehicle before you show up at a dealership then you may have second thought before showing up at this place. I was a serious buyer they passed on my Offers I hope someone buys that car for the price they have. That person who does buy it probably doesn’t care that they are spending nearly 10k on a 7 year old vehicle that needs work that including probably having to buy new tires and getting your dings and key scratches fixed as well. Terrible!Worst auto dealer EVER! Purchased vehicle without even seeing it, thinking the manager had our best interest assuring me the vehicle was being repaired to its top notch condition. The vehicle was actually never worked on and had all the damages it did initially. Asked for service invoice, manager was unable to provide. Took car to actual BMW dealer where we learned the vehicle had over $10,000 in damages. The entire total for the vehicle was $11,999.00, you do the math! Dealer was unable to accommodate us, contacted finance company looking to get out of vehicle. DO `NOT purchase form these people. They are fast talkers and will try to talk you into anything! They are not due diligent in the work they do, very unorganized and trashy! Oh, did i forget to mention we havent even gotten the paperwork from the purchase sale agreement!? YEAH!

Do NOT purchase a vehicle here! My boyfriend recently purchased his new car here. The purchase was contingent upon the fact that they would replace the front bumper, headlight and side mirror. They said the repairs would take 2-3 days. Six days later, we recieved a call that the car was ready. The mirror and light were replaced but the bumper was not. They replaced the grill but not the entire bumper as promised. It is not aligned properly. They are now claiming that they never agreed to replace the entire bumper. Although, I am also in the market for a new car I will not be purchasing from them. They do not keep promises.*** In response to Twin Autos reply***Actually, I was with him at your establishment when we picked the vehicle up after repairs. Also, it is quite common for someone to run the details of a large purchase such as a vehicle by their significant other. I am sure you are aware of that. So yes, I was very aware of what was negotiated. I am attached a picture of a receipt of what you owe to the buyer. It clearly states...1. Front bumper2. Grill3. Angel lights4. Passenger side mirrorHowever, We thank you for your response as it exemplifies the lack of professionalism at your establishment.

I too wen to go see the 2012 honda civic coupe but was planning to pay cash. The service was fine and everything went as planned with what i expected of the vehicle up until I made my offer of 7k which would include their fees and ill pay the taxes. Then they mentioned to me that they have a 399 dealership fee plus a 900 Prep fee so i shook their hand and left even though the guy ran after me twice. Though the salesmen treated me well and tried his best to change the price the owner did not want to hear it. Dont waste your time here.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD.Terrible service. Really could care less about the condition of the car theyre giving you. Only care about the money. Basically I had purchased a car and was told it was in tip top shape. Few weeks later the car was acting up so I went back to the dealership. Told them what was going on, THEY DIDNT CARE. Didnt even bother to check what was happening. Just blamed it on me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. And if youre feeling curious keep documentation of everything. They just want to scam their way in to your pockets.

These guys are your average stereotypical dealership. Neither good nor bad, considering the reputation car dealers have. The usual stuff- theyll tell you anything you want to hear, play the nice guy, and after the money changes hands, youre on your own. Dont be swayed- know exactly what youre buying and what youre willing to pay for it, and stick to it.
